It's true that an adjustable rate mortgage can save you #money in the short-term, but it's risky. If you're in a situation where you know you're going to move within only a few years it's definitely possible to save money, but then why are you buying a #house as opposed to renting? We're saying it doesn't make sense to buy a house conventionally with an adjustable rate mortgage because it's too big of a risk.
