Marvel, especially in the #mcu is shying away from conventional evil villains, opting instead for the more sympathetic (or at least relatable) villains. Disney seems to have abandoned the concept of villains altogether opting instead for #generationaltrauma and crimes of history in lieu of good vs evil.
