The #internet is full of lies, and #business lies are no different. One of the unfortunate consequences of the internet and #socialmedia combined with corporate job enhancement titles we now have a vast online community of fast food workers calling themselves sandwich artists. Hourly sales people calling themselves associates and people who start a #smallbusiness out of their bedrooms calling themselves a #ceo . There is nothing wrong with starting a small business, there's a lot of good things actually, but a title like CEO conjures up a very specific idea in the heads of most people. Being able to give oneself a title on an online profile (with #linkedin probably being the worst offender) just breeds a world of BS.
