New York Times said that Durham set forth a legal theory that the #hillaryclinton campaign colluded with the DOJ and FBI to discredit Trump and affect the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election. That article states that there was no evidence to suggest that these allegations were true, but a few paragraphs later they acknowledge that the Steele dossier was funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
