Warriors of Virtue is a weird movie... Even by 90s standards. This movie has been called a rip off of Power Rangers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles simultaneously. If you like wacky, kung fu fantasy movies from the 90s it's right up your alley though, as it tells the story of a young boy who needs to find his courage, transported away to a fantasy world featuring kangaroo warrior monks who know kung fu.
