This double standard has always existed in politics, but lately the left is perpetrating it far more often than those on the right. Joe Biden in particular is very guilty of this. Whenever his administration changes course, they either say that it's enlightened to change your mind with new information or they just flat out lie about the change. Whether it be fracking or new weapons being sent to Ukraine, they are constantly shifting positions to pander to a particular crowd.
