Firstly, Trump is on record numerous times being a supporter of IVF and even floated the idea of the government subsidizing it. Secondly, what Kamala referenced during the debate wasn't even the state barring access to IVF, it was IVF providers temporarily halting services while they maneuver through legal ramifications that now allow couples to sue the IVF providers in cases of lost or damaged embryos.
