Tony Khan has made several poor decisions when it comes to creative and management in AEW. He literally had the ultimate talent he could have asked for in CM Punk and ruined it because he couldn't keep Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks in line. One of his best EVPs #codyrhodes was run off from the company he helped start and went back to WWE. Cody Rhodes is now arguably a much bigger star than the rest of The Elite now.
