Update on Baby James in the Philippines - Globe Aware ( Jan. 2024)

During LGCY's volunteer vacation last November 2023, the Robinson Family saw the condition of baby James, who was suffering from sepsis and bronchopneumonia, and living by the creek. His family could not afford his continuous medication, and his mother still needed to look after his older brother, who was suffering from brittle bone disease, while his dad needed to work in rice fields to make ends meet.

Through generosity and kindness, the remaining hospital balance has been settled, the baby has undergone a blood transfusion, and his continuous medication, vitamins, and check-ups are being covered.

Also, the donation I received from the Rolph family this recent Christmas, helped in getting the baby clean water, formula milk, and diapers."
