Project work came to a lively end, with local families joining to celebrate Peruvian culture and the spirit of giving! A friendly match was even held during the week with a mix of locals and volunteers forming two teams. The children were given the spotlight and shared speeches and songs, and over 50k in donations were handed out, which included sports gear and much-needed educational materials.
An immense amount of progress was made on a variety of project work, especially important because of the original state of neglect the school had been left in due to the pandemic. Watch to learn more!
