Is it poor plot planning? Is it trying to play into a child's deduction skills? Am I really just waaaay over thinking everything? Also, what do you think of that original prince scam? I'd ask if people really sent random strangers money across the ocean, but they still do that nowadays over the phone so..... who am I kidding? Of course that British law firm would get duped by a shady American detective agency.
