From the characters and story to the nostalgia, callbacks, emotional moments, and the way it tries to recreate the magic of the original series, there is A LOT to talk about.
Once & Always had the chance to give longtime Power Rangers fans something genuinely special. Instead, I walked away wondering how a 30th anniversary celebration could feel this disconnected from the series it's supposedly celebrating.
So let's talk about what went wrong, why the nostalgia doesn't work, and why Once & Always might be one of the most embarrassing Power Rangers projects ever made.
