Joe Biden is senile. But the Democrats are stopping at nothing to tell you otherwise, much like there is no crisis at the southern border. Well, there IS crisis, but it's the fault of Donald Trump and those MAGA Republicans. They created the problem. There's also nothing to see when it comes to Joe Biden mishandling classified documents. It's not like he shared classified information with anyone, or did so on tape. Wait, he did just that. It's true that these cases are not identical, but the double standard is clearer than ever. That's not to mention the Biden corruption that has yet to be indicted in anyway. As if this wasn't all, YouTube removed yet another one of our videos talking about the then upcoming Tucker Carlson interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, citing it as inappropriate. All this and more politics on this week's Average Intelligence Podcast. #biden #joebiden #trump #donaldtrump #2024 #2024election #2024elections #foryou #fyp #podcast #podcasts #livepodcast #politics #livestream #youtube #youtubepodcast #youtubepodcasts #southernborder #texas #florida #vladimirputin #tuckercarlson #russia #ukraine #israel #hamas #palestine #gaza #politics #theleft #themedia #karinejeanpierre #mexico #benshapiro #borderpatrol #immigration #illegalimmigration #gaslighting #gaslight
[00:00:00] There we are.
[00:00:23] Welcome everyone to the unfortunately for them. And the sad part is this is still going to work to a certain extent, but we have video evidence. Like you can't lie. What was it, Haley said, only thing I cared about was the Wicked Movie Trailer, which I watched 20 times. That's separate news, that's a different podcast. But if you're more interested in that kind of news,
[00:01:41] you can check out Haley's podcast,
[00:01:43] the part of your Broadway World podcast,
[00:01:45] part of the R I have here is a year-long investigation into President Biden's handling of classified material will not result in any charges. Special It does appear that Trump was being, at the very least, difficult with the National Archives. It seems pretty clear that Biden and
[00:04:20] presumably a lot of his predecessors, Republicans and Democrats included,
[00:05:24] Biden's time as vice president. And that's another very important distinction is these classified documents obviously didn't come from the Biden presidential administration because
[00:05:28] this is his first term. These are all documents from when he was vice president, or I believe
[00:05:34] some even go back to when he was a Senator, at least the investigation went back that far
[00:05:38] allegedly, according to Joe Biden himself. So right out of the gate, these two cases are me when we get to why they're not filing charges this this is just asinine this is laughable like this shows one of two things and probably both at the same time it shows the just complete ineptitude of joe biden as a head of state currently in his current mental state condition and the obvious political double standard that frankly we've been pointing out
[00:07:03] since day one we've said adamantly if you break the law you should be prosecuted but you can it would have been in the same vein as the Gerald Ford fall and then the Chevy Chase skit. Like it should have been, it was written like an SNL skit. But we shared that photo and these photos were being circulated last year. Like as soon as this news broke that Biden was caught with classified documents in his garage, these photos were all over the internet, all over, so they're not hard to find.
[00:08:22] And we're talking old photos, not investigator photos,
[00:08:25] like photos that people took of Joe Biden's garage
[00:08:27] and then now that people knew what they were looking for, The report they just released talks about how this was in a broken box in your garage next to dog food in a dog crate and a dog bed. Like, come on, in the words of Joe Biden, come on, man. Like, he got up there and just lied. And he was like, honestly, the Biden administration is so stupid
[00:09:41] that they're not even taking the win because now they have an excuse for all the lies.
[00:09:44] Joe just didn't remember. of cancer two years earlier. And look, we are unfortunately going to talk about Beau. Well, not specific. Well, we're kind of talking about Beau, but it's only because like there's a reason for it. I really don't want to bring up Joe Biden's son. I don't, not this one. Hunter Biden, I'll bring up all day long. I don't want to bring up Beau Biden because I mean he died and that's a terrible thing that
[00:11:02] nobody should have to experience for from Joseph R. Biden, the President of the United States, who would later go on to say and defend himself by saying that those notebooks did not contain classified information after saying that he never shared classified information with anyone. And then when
[00:12:21] someone called him out on it, he then made. Hearst said the evidence doesn't establish Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and that it would be hard to prove that Biden willfully intended to break the law.
[00:13:40] That's where I was going about intending to break the law when we first started.
[00:13:43] For example, quote, Mr. Biden's decision to read notes nearly verbatim to ghostwriter problem meaning a lot of women who get abortions do not actually believe they are killing a human being so that creates at one of many reasons it creates a legal problem of intent but with this one I don't I mean is it's kind of like you know I didn't intend to I guess that would be the difference
[00:15:04] between like murder and manslaughter for example but I mean a crime they the the Biden even ran for president, much less becoming president. The report states that Biden's 2017 memoir, Promise Me Dad, A Year of Hope, Hardship and Purpose, which focuses on Biden losing his son, Bo, to brain cancer during the waning days of Biden's vice presidency, was written by a ghostwriter who received classified information from Biden's notebooks.
[00:16:20] Her wrote, the special counsel wrote, that Biden should absolutely be prosecuted. At least indicted. That is where the gaslighting just gets beautiful. Her wrote that Biden's quote memory was significantly limited both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017 and in his interview with our offices in 2023,
[00:19:01] before suggesting that jurors would find the president to be quote a quote sympathetic
[00:19:05] figure at any potential trial. were applied evenly, shall we say. But we continue. Her would have declined charges even if Biden were not in office. Oh, I'm sorry. We're gonna, I'm sorry. I'm jumping around a bit here.
[00:20:21] So I mentioned the press conference and, ooh so many jokes and I've seen it happen. Like there was a speech he gave not that long ago where immediately after he was done his wife Jill runs up the stage, beeline to the stage to keep him from wandering around the stage. The jokes being that Biden turns into a Roomba after he's done speaking. But anyway in this press conference at one point
[00:21:40] because the report does mention Beau Biden gets pretty heated about this which I'll be real I sentence tries to remember can't do it and then talks about something else. Like I said, don't take my word for it. Go watch it. Go watch it because I'm telling you they're pulling an animal farm. They're going to pull an animal farm. In fact, um, the elder millennial on tick tock who, by the way, if you don't watch his stuff,
[00:23:00] he's excellent pointed out, he had said not like you can't look up the documents. They're kind of easy enough to find. So at best it's a mistake, which you could easily fact check, particularly with the original
[00:24:24] document, but even if you have a digital copy of it's more fun to get it. It kind of triggers your mind if you read it at more of a normal pace. But basically the elite animals continually change some of the laws to better fit their purposes. So it's a fun bit of literary device there. So whenever I say they're
[00:25:42] pulling an animal farm, that's what I'm talking problem. But after all this, and after this report came out, Joe Biden I would like, and you are the first people seeing it outside of my immediate circle, in the new championship. But this leads into their sponsor. Where did we get such an incredible belt made? And honestly, I'm kind of shocked how inexpensive this was. Cause again, this is extremely good quality.
[00:29:40] Like they said, it's a six pound belt.
[00:29:41] It is in fact a six pound belt.
[00:29:43] It's pretty hefty.
[00:29:45] But we got this made from our official partner for belts and trophies.
[00:31:01] And in fact, I'm recanting,
[00:31:04] this was the first year we did the arty awards
[00:31:06] and I said they're getting digital trophies this year violation of the Espionage Act. The Espionage Act makes it a crime to retain records containing sensitive national security information. Now I ask you, did Biden or did Biden not admit to holding on to classified information dealing with military operations in Afghanistan? That was a rhetorical question because you can't answer me. I guess you could in the chat,
[00:32:21] but nobody has yet. The answer to that question of charge. So this is a report from the Cato Institute and I always go on about numbers and how statistics can be numbers and statistics specifically can easily be manipulated. I'm not again going to
[00:33:41] read the whole thing but I do recommend you check this out. It's kind of hard to follow honestly. And it doesn't go into that. But another excerpt, of course, the absolute numbers of releases have been higher under President Biden, but that reflects much higher arrivals, not any meaningful change in policy. Now you see what they did there? You see what they did there? So this is when they're using percentages, because okay, let's, I'm not even gonna try
[00:35:03] because they don't give a full picture.
[00:35:04] Let's assume, let's just assume I don't know. Okay. You asked a question. You don't even have to ask the question. Higher percentage of people answer surveys. Oh shit, I'm sorry, I lost it. I'm pulling goodbye.
[00:36:21] That is actually embarrassing. I don't know how, why would you get on stage that often
[00:36:23] if that happens to you?
[00:36:25] I just completely.
[00:37:26] immigration we have a couple more excerpts but one thing that comes to mind is so the numbers that we're seeing aren't even it's not that they're not valuable but they're not even the whole picture
[00:37:30] because what you're seeing now and like honestly watch any news outlet you can see it they have
[00:37:36] people with video cameras watching people just walk across the border and border patrol in many areas
[00:37:42] has effectively become a shuttle service we've seen the side. And then we have a report from the Heritage Foundation. Again, not reading the whole thing, but I highly encourage you to read the full article. Quote, catch and release has become quote, greet and release. That's the title of the article.
[00:39:00] In the section under key takeaways, since President Biden took office, the number of
[00:39:04] illegal aliens encountered at our southwestern border were told, okay, here is your court date, be here. And it's usually not close to where they are. For example, just, I think, I think everybody I know that has an asylum claim going, their court date is in Chicago. I think one was in Texas.
[00:40:22] And then they're just let in,
[00:40:24] but they're not given work permits.
[00:41:32] publicly that they are working illegally. There has been no significant reduction in illegal entrance.
[00:41:36] They have simply been renamed and redirected tens of thousands of illegal aliens whom the
[00:41:40] border patrol would have, quote, encountered, that is administratively arrested.
[00:41:44] Crossing between ports of entry are now being pissed off that states like Florida and Texas, and I will, I do not agree with this. However, I understand why they're doing it. I think it's wrong because these people are being used as pawns to prove their point.
[00:43:00] But, I mean, if you forget that these are people,
[00:43:07] it's kind of funny. it. You know these are people that just wanted the problem to be someone else's problem. The not in my backyard crowd. Well then when they get when the illegal alien and when the illegal migrants get sent to their backyard now all of a sudden they want to solve the problem because now they see it. So you have literally just validated what these red state governors have done and you
[00:44:23] put them in that position because you refuse to do anything about it until now Now, one of the other major gaslighting things has been, and I mean, it's okay. It's partially true. I shouldn't even say partially true. It's partially accurate. So there is a bill currently being sent to the house. I believe it did pass the Senate. Yes, it did pass the Senate. It's on its way to the house, but it's being called dead upon arrival because, and they're
[00:45:43] blaming it on Donald Trump.
[00:45:44] It's an immigration.
[00:45:45] It's, it's, I'm sorry. truth social of the legislation, which was crafted in part by conservatives Senator James Linkford, Republican from Oklahoma, quote, this bill is a great gift to the Democrats and a death wish for the Republican Party. It takes the horrible job written in all caps that Democrats have done on immigration and the border absolves them and puts it all squarely on the shoulders of
[00:47:02] Republicans. Trump continued, quote, don't be stupid with three exclamation points in an all bold So on an average day the border remains wide open so it in fact does not do anything So before you blame Republicans for not passing this bill just and I will be honest. I have not read the bill yet I plan on doing so Unfortunately, we got a little sidetracked Eric was sick, which I think I'll be real
[00:48:20] I think this is fairly impressive for having like one day's notice because he actually texted me last night
[00:48:25] I didn't see it till this morning. So
[00:49:26] countries, I really don't see how Donald Trump can't win a Nobel Peace Prize for the Abraham Accords.
[00:49:27] I mean, come on.
[00:49:29] And it's laughable.
[00:49:30] He gets virtually no credit for that.
[00:49:32] And in fact, in Joe Biden's little press conference that he held, he talks about how he was talking
[00:49:37] with the Saudis to normalize relations with Israel at the time, which to be fair, that
[00:49:43] is true.
[00:49:45] But that started with the Abraham Accords. your own conclusion. But I will say this much. After talking with people who have gone through the asylum process, I can personally testify to how broken up a system it is. It is wrong. It is exploitative. And it's inefficient. There is nothing good about it. And that's, you know, shit, I sling at Trump, Biden, Obama, all of them. Listen, and I've said it
[00:51:01] before, I'll say it again, I'll probably say for the rest of my
[00:51:03] life, because they're never going to fix it. They don't
[00:51:05] nobody wants to fix the immigration system. Because if And part of the video was Tucker's introduction to the interview where he tells them You know basically explains What happened in the interview and you know some other things? YouTube flagged it as Inappropriate content and Here's the interesting part the only other videos that we had removed
[00:53:24] And he entertains him to a certain extent and lets him keep talking, which I wish more interviewers would do.
[00:53:26] Because if you want to trip somebody up, if you want to trip somebody up when you're talking
[00:53:30] to them, let them talk more.
[00:53:34] But yeah, so if YouTube again, and we will probably, it is my intention to do a special
[00:53:41] F YouTube episode, talking about that, and be up for grabs soon. Just like the All Events Welcome Championship, we are going to commemorate competition for this belt with a game of Cards Against Humanity. And everyone's invited, but unfortunately you have to make it here. And I will be uploading a video of the rules
[00:55:01] and bylaws on the Aritay Media channel. That will be coming very, very soon. Hopefully we can start
