Visit our website: https://www.aretemedia.org Donald Trump is currently in the middle of four criminal cases and one civil case. In addition to these, a verdict was recently reached in another civil defamation case. Needless to say, Trump will be spending a lot of time in court in 2024. Obviously this will affect the campaign, but many Americans are beginning to think these cases are nothing more than a political witch hunt. In this podcast we'll briefly go through the background of each case, where things currently stand and our two cents on what we think is going on. #trump #donaldtrump #trumpnewstoday #maga #politics #courtcases #classifieddocuments #ejeancarroll #faniwillis #alvinbragg #newyork #florida #georgia #georgia #ny #nyc #fyp #foryou #podcast #podcasts #youtubepodcast #youtubepodcasts #youtube #youtubevideo #livepodcast #livestream #politician #2024 #2024election #2024elections #election2024 #election2024news #news #newstory #viral #viralvideo #viralvideos #trial #trump2024campaign
[00:00:00] Righty, then. So then basically, all I am providing. Okay,
[00:00:05] you're you're contributing. All right. Um, we make sure toner.
[00:00:10] Yes. I'm gonna say the cameras working.
[00:00:18] Yeah, it looks fine. It looks bad as it is. Anyway,
[00:00:22] actually, I'm gonna check OBS audio levels real quick. Shoot
[00:00:25] me some audio, buddy.
[00:00:26] Hey, little mama.
[00:01:25] it easy for you. So yeah, the link for that short will be in the description. It's I actually I try, I'm a little bit I have a little bit more decorum than you do. When it comes to the YouTube comments
[00:01:30] section. I generally refrain from insulting people. But the end of this, I just said, you're an idiot.
[00:01:38] I don't know for the for the most part, I even get insulted because I'm just like really if you only knew That's that's the go-to though on the internet and literally it's If they can't win an argument, you're a virgin but or Racist or but here's what kills me about it though. Here's what kills me out of them. What's your plan if and when you're wrong?
[00:03:04] Because now nothing you say has any weight because you've already been wrong
[00:04:02] done that and he did fairly well. Could he do it in a live setting? No. Well, but I mean, okay. So, I guess here's the
[00:04:06] thing. It's the most basic cadence that's like one step
[00:04:10] away from speaking but I have hold on II gotta push back on
[00:04:14] that real quick because the thing is uh I know you're
[00:04:16] saying cadence but I feel like most of his word bites were
[00:04:20] literally just tweets he tweeted true but I don't I'm
[00:04:25] not suggesting that if he didn't write anything, he I guarantee you it was Tom McDonald who contacted Ben. Oh, I'm sure hey, I've got an idea and Let's let's do this and this is just great publicity for Tom McDonald because Ben Shapiro has a Gigantic fan base and it's about Tom. Yeah. Now. They're working together. Yeah, pretty cool I see where this is going and I understand what you're saying and I agree
[00:05:43] Yeah, it's his part wasn't that great a dude like Sasha, my wife, she was she heard that and she didn't instantly like laugh when she heard that and like so obviously my whom my humor is a little different but I was like dude that line is Everything. Oh man. It It takes a second because you're like yamaka. No, cuz we always you're just like
[00:07:01] That is funny because I was Shapiro report. It's literally like this on the Ben Shapiro show like that it sounds like a normal person's speed but it's he just sounds because the who where I got them from except this first one because I'm stupid and I only needed the last page of this one. This one was from USA Today though I remember. So we're gonna start with the defamation case involving E. Jean Carroll in Donald Trump and I'm gonna, this part
[00:09:40] I'm actually gonna read because it's only a couple short paragraphs. And this
[00:09:45] has been in the news recently so everyone should be at least tertiary Trump was ordered to pay $5 million in damages. Trump is appealing the verdict. At the trial this month, the jury was asked to decide how much Trump must pay for his 2019 statements. On January 26, the jury awarded Carole $83.3 million.
[00:11:02] Because words can do that much damage apparently. say anything against this dude because until he decided to comment and be an idiot, I didn't even know he's just I don't even think I think this I think honestly he's 14. And I don't know. And here's the thing too. It's like obviously he at least has a somewhat favorable opinion of DeSantis because he was like the soundboard when we set back up. Yeah. Oh yeah yeah. You're an idiot. Uh so anyway so yeah the eejin carol thing and I obviously I wasn't in the courtroom and I don't know but it's my understanding
[00:14:42] since she was even able to file the suit is because of that law that was passed in New York state, which, see,
[00:14:45] here's where people get into trouble all the time,
[00:14:46] because I don't have a problem with this bill sentiment
[00:14:51] at all.
[00:14:53] But I'm a big believer in the fact that in the belief,
[00:14:57] now, well, that's not entirely true.
[00:15:00] I'm a big believer, a proponent of the law
[00:15:02] not being able to be applied retroactively,
[00:15:06] with the exception, because I let's no, no, no, no, that's not what I mean. It's there are there are a lot of people who are victimized and assaulted that never report it for various very, very tragic, regrettable and sad reasons, but reasons
[00:16:22] nonetheless and reasons that these people have and have a Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, sexual abuse? Yes. But it's a civil suit though. So basically sexual abuse would be like she was there willingly and then it got out of hand. Not necessarily. Well, sexual abuse is not sexual assault. See, you're thinking criminal though. This is civil.
[00:17:41] So then what the fuck, what?
[00:17:44] I'll say, the allegation is that Trump raped her.
[00:18:44] But you see this a lot actually, especially in older cases where victims come forward later, there usually aren't criminal cases.
[00:18:47] But very often there are civil cases.
[00:18:50] See it's just wrong for any woman to literally just be, it's okay for her to just say these
[00:18:56] things and get any man in trouble.
[00:19:00] And they have to literally fight and claw their way out of trouble, even if the woman
[00:19:04] lied. or max one million dollars. I believe I'm fairly certain. I was gonna say I don't I don't know but See here's it and dollars that was worth a million dollar paycheck and this is but I'll be honest here This is the part that really frustrates me because as I've said repeatedly As I as I've said well, he's appealing all of it too, so it's not like he's paid yet
[00:21:23] Oh, that's in addition to the 5 million. So 87.3 million dollars.
[00:21:29] Million dollars.
[00:21:32] That's million dollars.
[00:21:34] Sorry, it's my camera.
[00:21:36] And this is the kind of crap.
[00:21:38] So now the Trump supporters can say it's a witch hunt and whether it is or isn't is irrelevant
[00:21:43] because you you're behaving like this from the Associated Press. So this is the New York civil fraud case.
[00:23:01] So this is another civil case.
[00:23:04] Okay, once again, I'm not gonna read it all,
[00:23:06] but bullet points.
[00:23:07] New York statute known as Executive
[00:24:21] Law 63, uh, parentheses 12.
[00:24:24] The law, passed in 1956, gives the state's attorney general broad power to investigate For example, James says Trump claimed his Trump Tower penthouse in Manhattan was nearly three times its actual on October 2 Manhattan state lawyers called more than two dozen witnesses over six weeks band they included Trump his sons Eric and Donald Jr. and daughter Ivanka as well as longtime Trump
[00:27:02] organization executives, accountants, bank officials, and
[00:27:05] Trump's former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen. They also complainants, there's no injury, Trump lawyer Christopher Keys said. And it's my understanding that part of that law is that somebody has to be defrauded, like there has to be a victim. And in this case, arguably because they hadn't, they weren't able to carry it through yet.
[00:28:23] But arguably, there, no, I'm sorry, 700 million. Million. So 500 million, like something like that. So I guess though, nobody's hurt unless somebody agrees to pay that price. And if they agree to pay that price,
[00:29:40] then they're not hurt because they willingly agreed
[00:29:43] to pay that price.
[00:29:44] And what would overestimate,
[00:29:46] like he wasn't going to after this guy so hard on nothing? I wonder what Joe Biden's Vacation home is valued at on his insurance. Oh probably like 900 million
[00:31:03] I'm just saying I'd be curious. I would like to see that I can't wait to see his net worth net worth after he leaves the presidency. That's gonna be fun
[00:32:03] and his MC Hammer.
[00:32:07] Can't touch this.
[00:32:11] I was very happy that that short did well on most platforms.
[00:32:13] Which one was that? The one where I said, what is that?
[00:32:15] What does Paul Pelosi say before he's ready to have sex?
[00:32:21] Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, it's hammer time.
[00:32:22] It's hammer time.
[00:32:24] Yeah, because the funny thing is it was a gay joke.
[00:32:27] It was all kinds of jokes. went there had to have known something they had to have known that like the guy that was there with him like was known for something because like the cop man I mean dude had a hammer any other instance like dude has a hammer dude I've seen I've seen all the videos cops go straight to blood you know but yeah I
[00:34:43] I think it was already a verdict. No, no, no, no, no, not yet.
[00:34:44] And they're filing on appeals.
[00:34:46] They are filing some appeals, but that's
[00:34:48] because there was a summary judgment.
[00:34:52] OK.
[00:34:53] Must have misread.
[00:34:55] Well, it's very difficult because there
[00:34:58] are so many counts.
[00:35:00] Oh, I'm sorry.
[00:35:01] No, I think they've been to trial,
[00:35:02] but there's been no verdict yet.
[00:35:03] My mistake.
[00:35:06] Well, he said he, oh, LegalEagle, he is a lawyer who comments on legal cases. Actually, the YouTube channel's pretty good. Now, I will say this, the guy obviously leans left, but he, well, but, but, but, he does a pretty good job of,
[00:36:23] when he says something, he backs it up.
[00:36:26] He has receipts. Yeah, not good. However... Yeah, well, ain't nothing you can do about it though. Well, I mean, the judge can. Well, I mean, just because she has COVID, you know, like, if she goes around people, there's no law against that. What are they gonna do? Yeah, but...
[00:37:40] No, don't get me wrong. Don't get me wrong. It's real scummy to do, but there's nothing they can do about it.
[00:37:45] It doesn't reflect well. in a scheme to illegally try to overturn his narrow loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. Among the others charged along with Trump are former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and former New York Mayor and Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani. The alleged scheme includes a wide-ranging list of alleged acts, including Trump's infamous
[00:39:01] January 21 phone call to Georgia's Secretary of five penalty of five to 20 this show. It looks like an improv game show where people have to dois, Mr. Wade has been ordered to appear at a hearing regarding his
[00:43:00] divorce case on Wednesday. The is accused of having hired Mr. Wade, but never led a high-profile criminal prosecution, because she was in a romantic relationship with him. Spock, get those tribbles out of your pants. I forget the first time you said that, but it was the exact same delivery and I still laugh about it. Spock, get that tribble out of your pants.
[00:44:23] That was from a show. I can't even remember what it was.
[00:44:25] You know what? Yes, it was. I don't remember there's a conflict of interest there. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Yes. So anyway, there's motion claims that the two lawyers began the relationship before Mr. Wade was hired and argues that Mr. Wade was under qualified to handle such a big case. Reporting from the New York Times did not turn up any evidence of Mr.
[00:47:03] Wade having ever prosecuted a major political corruption case or criminal
[00:47:07] racketeering case.
[00:48:01] This is racketeering!
[00:48:05] This is the legal dission of racketeering and conspiracy!
[00:48:08] Riiiiicola!
[00:48:14] Like, holy shit, you hire your boyfriend to get paid fat stacks of money,
[00:48:18] which up to this point over half a million dollars, and the case hasn't gone to trial yet.
[00:48:23] Yeah, a little bizarre, but yeah, there's fucking speeding Trump through.
[00:48:25] Well, they're trying to, but...
[00:49:40] So, but I guess like, oh my god, this is criminal! vacations. A separate filing for Mr. Trump on January 25th argued that Ms. Willis violated Georgia bar rules for prosecutors when she claimed during a recent, which I agree with, but they may already be influencing the way future jurors think about Ms. Willis's integrity and the prosecution team. Duh.
[00:51:01] I think she should be fired for this.
[00:51:04] Fired, disbar, every- kick-ass name. C.I. McBurney. Well, just McBurney, but... McBurney? McBurney. McBurney. McBurney. Disqualified Ms. Willis and her office from developing a criminal case against Burt Jones, now Georgia's Lieutenant Governor because Ms. Willis had headlined a fundraiser for one of his political opponents.
[00:52:21] So this isn't even the first time she's pulled this bullshit. supplies for personal use, drove county vehicles for personal errands, or plagiarized portions of their student review notes. Except those are actually big fucking problems! Maybe not the office supplies, but driving a county vehicle for personal errands, I have
[00:53:40] an issue with that.
[00:53:43] And plagiarizing portions of their student law review notes? they will receive. A federal judge has rejected attempts by five of the defendants to move their charges to federal court and all five have appealed. The federal appeals court rejected Mark Meadows' repeal and the other four appeals remain pending. Prosecutors have asked for a trial for the remaining defendants to begin on August 5, 2024. Trump and the other defendants have rejected to actual shit. I mean, I don't I don't know to its validity because I don't speak. Who was it not Rashida Tlaib Ilhan Omar? Did you see her recent speech to like a
[00:56:22] group of Somalians? And she was literally saying that she backs I don't know if Smali, is that how you say it? Okay, so the two official languages are Samali and Arabic. However, two minority languages exist, Gare and Oromo. That is rough. What? So many damn languages, man. I don't know, the United States has a lot of languages. We just, because we're white,
[00:57:40] we don't experience a lot of the mother in Spanish,
[00:57:42] but they're out there.
[00:57:43] There are still towns where German is pretty heavily spoken.
[00:57:47] Oh no, I mean, those kind of allegations against them and not being investigated. Well, she is. She is. I know, I know. It just hasn't happened yet. Like, how do you not have the evidence to convict? Well, I think they will. I mean, it's pretty obvious. I mean, they've already got the credit card records. She's getting her ducks in a row.
[00:59:02] She knows she's about to go away.
[00:59:04] Well, and people will.
[00:59:05] She might just be disbarred or something.
[00:59:07] I don't even think she It's sad. I wish we didn't have to resort to it, but pissing people off is the best way to get your content out there. Andrew Tate was right.
[01:00:22] Who would have thunk it? Who would have thunberg? The charges he faces. Trump is charged with four counts, obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. So obstructing the proceeding and conspiring to obstruct the proceeding, which are separate charges. Conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and conspiracy to prevent others from carrying out their
[01:01:40] constitutional rights.
[01:01:42] The quote, official proceeding in the obstruction hold while Trump pursues his claim in appeals court that he is immune from prosecution. That raises the likelihood that Trump's trial will be postponed. But Chutkin left open the possibility of preserving the current trial date if the case returns to her court.
[01:03:00] Trump has said he did nothing wrong and has characterized the case as an attempt to hurt
[01:03:04] his 2024 campaign. this before. I think you have some slightly different views than I do, but I'm of the opinion, when a bunch of states change the voting rules for one election that heavily favor Democrats in most, if not all cases, I mean, legally speaking, they can because the Constitution lays out that each state has the right to decide how they do elections. But really? That's the way they work.
[01:05:24] immunity claims. How quickly the appeals court decides the issue could determine whether the case goes to trial in March. Trump has repeatedly sought to push off the trial until after the 2024
[01:05:28] presidential election. Meanwhile, Jack Smith's team had asked the Supreme Court to bypass the
[01:05:33] appeals court and immediately take up the immunity question, citing the looming March trial date,
[01:05:37] but the Supreme Court declined to do so. The justices could still weigh in on the matter
[01:05:42] once the U.S. Court of Appeals wants the U.S. Court of said go and kill these people. I'm not actually saying this on Trump's side right now. It's not a good thing. He was an okay guy in South Park. Oh Manson. Then he changes his forehead tattoo to a smiley face. Yeah, even though you can't
[01:07:02] do that, that's not how free pony. I'm not joking.
[01:08:20] This is a real person.
[01:08:21] Well, okay.
[01:08:23] I guess you learn something new every day.
[01:08:25] Yeah, Google, verbal and supreme.
[01:08:27] You yourself a favor.
[01:08:28] I don't make weren't prepared.
[01:09:40] Yeah. Well, because of their sheer stupidity, ignorance and hubris.
[01:09:43] Yeah. They they literally said, oh, he like a dog, Ted. You have a dog wife. Just like, what do you say to that? And then, and he's like, and then a month later, Ted Cruz is up on stage endorsing Donald Trump and he goes, what a fucking pussy. Pretty much.
[01:11:00] You know what though, I'll be honest.
[01:11:02] That's why I've never respected Ted Cruz because let's, let's be real here.
[01:12:06] Yeah, it's it's every half day for me. I don't know about you there Wolverine.
[01:12:15] I don't shave it every I probably could but actually that's my favorite comeback to people who because again like down the middle again we get called neck. Well we get called neck beards Sue and I'm just like at least I can grow a beard fuck one on top of that. It's more. It's more of the chin. It's not neck.
[01:13:26] and then like just inform all of his voters like not publicly somehow through some way and like don't tell a fucking soul just wait just just wait till they all get dismissed
[01:13:32] and then be like I'm back bitches magga because if they did it right in like there's no controlling
[01:13:40] that like you can get all the million ballots to, you know, listen to James O'Keefe and you kind of, you kind of get from him. I don't know about, well, you might, but I think he's somewhat. Well, okay. So yes and no. Clickbaity, clickbaity. No, no, no, it's not. It's not. It's not clickbaity that I have an issue. So I, James O'Keefe strikes
[01:15:02] me as a person who actually wants to find the truth, but he wants to find the truth he wants to find.
[01:16:06] biases from the rooftops. You knew it. And that's the problem with today. You don't know where anyone's loyalty lies. Except honestly, that's why I respect the daily wire because
[01:16:13] they come out and outfits like the daily wire. I shouldn't say because like TYT is the same
[01:16:16] way. At least they tell the truth in terms of where they're coming from. Like Ben Shapiro
[01:16:23] is not going to come at things from a, dude, I was like, I did too. Something that something you say is so one point. And he's smart. And he always says something stupid. Well, but that's just it. He's like how I view James O'Keefe. He wants to find the truth, but the truth that he wants to find. Cenk is a very, very smart guy. He's so smart that he can twist and manipulate facts to work for his narrative.
[01:17:43] Just like Ben Shapiro can, FYI, except I think're not like Hassan like I would say they're closet conservatives maybe Anna I don't know if this is Cenk per se, but I believe this about Anna. I think Anna is a person who, for example,
[01:20:20] Anna sees injustice in the world,
[01:20:23] and there is absolutely injustice in the world.
[01:20:26] But I think if you were to actually, should be brought back is literally mental institutions because an overwhelming majority of homeless people are mentally ill and they need help. It's not like I've ran into so many and they're not bad people. No, they just need help. They're off their, I don't know, whatever you wanna call it. They are not in a sound state of mind
[01:21:41] and are literally incapable of taking care of themselves
[01:21:44] without assistance.
[01:21:45] Like I wanna say if you don't like the homelessness thing. Ask Ben the same question. Okay, homelessness exists. Is this a situation where the government really should get involved? Because I don't think he asked that question to himself. He does sometimes. But that's just one example. Because I'll be honest, I think if the government did get involved
[01:23:01] legitimately with the homeless,
[01:23:02] like with the goal of ending homelessness, not.
[01:23:05] It would just get worse.
[01:23:06] No, I, well, it goes to, you know, urban revitalization and planting trees, you know, because there's a, you know, a lot of deforestation. I'm like, yeah, but it's, it's, it's the law in the United States that a longer lumber company that is not cutting out of a tree farm has to plant, replant trees when they cut them down. So that's bullshit.
[01:24:21] And what I mean by where, where does your money go? What organizations do you send it to? What did off track but well when you have people who aren't bought and literally have their own money well when they have fucking money you know Elon Musk has decided free speech is his crew current crusade your fricking stove and- Yeah, it's fully furnished. I think it doesn't come with a bed, but yeah, appliances and cabinetry is included.
[01:27:00] I don't think you have a washer and dryer though.
[01:27:02] No, no, but I have a washer and dryer, so.
[01:27:04] But I mean, even so,
[01:27:05] you can just head to the laundry 10, $15,000, that's them making a profit on that. I think you would still have to tie into the energy grid. You would. So I don't think you would actually, there would be no point for you to store that energy. But what you do is that. Well, no, you store that energy.
[01:28:20] You store that.
[01:28:21] You send it back to Duke and you get paid for it.
[01:28:24] I was gonna say you store that energy.
[01:29:26] conspiring to ask a Saffir to delete surveillance video at the property and withholding onto a document described by the prosecutors as a Pentagon, quote, plan of attack. He's alleged to have shown
[01:29:31] to visitors at his golf club in New Jersey. All told, Trump faces 40 felony counts related to both
[01:29:37] the possession of the documents, including crimes under the Espionage Act and the alleged obstruction.
[01:29:43] The charges include willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, with him to Mar-a-Lago, but there's no evidence that that happened and his own lawyers have not echoed that assertion in court papers. Even so, one potential argument his team may try to invoke is that Trump enjoyed a wide latitude under the Presidential Records Act for how he handled documents from his presidency. They may also say that he was in the process of cooperating with the government and returning documents at the time that the FBI conducted
[01:31:02] a dramatic search of Mar-a-Lago on August Yeah, it will. Like I said, the bulk of this case is pretty weak. What they do have him on, again, there's no minimum sentence. And once again, the argument that they're probably going to make is like, okay, if he did something wrong, he's not the only one to do this yet.
[01:32:22] Nobody else has been indicted on this kind of shit.
[01:32:25] Okay, now I remember what to do how to live their life. It's like, and weird thing conservatives have been saying for a very long time, like, I don't know why people don't get that. Well, I mean, to me, I was thinking about this today. So, like, yeah, we say that because we and it's not because of the color of our skin, it was mostly
[01:33:40] our economic situation. But we did benefit under Trump. I'm sure there one or the other one or the other. I don't want to have to pay him property tax, you know, especially then that's like personal. And you know what though to the libertarians defense that statewide so but whenever I have ever driven on a toll road. I've never once seen a bottle ever on a toll road.
[01:35:04] That's all. So basically everything to do with Democrat policies. Yeah. I mean how you can literally say we're not going to prosecute robberies and you don't expect crime to go up immediately. I love how they had a shitty mayor uh and how they got it. Yeah
[01:36:22] and then and then literally freaking got even worse one. except... well okay yeah they came out later so I guess technically yes he did. The case centers on payoffs to two women porn star Stormy Daniels and playboy model Karen McDougal who said they had extramarital sexual encounters with Trump years earlier, as well as to a Trump Tower doorman who claimed to have a story about a child he alleged Trump had out of
[01:37:43] wedlock. Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 and arranged for the publisher of the National I know this one wasn't subpoenaed so no but subpoenaed for he didn't show to and like any other American would be in jail Right now. Oh what I found so funny is that he got up and left as Marjorie Taylor Greene was ripping him a new one You know as she called it she called him a coward I think she called him a wuss
[01:39:04] I'm starting to respect her a little more at first I was like man who is this idiot and if she's saying all this and then she's starting to back it up to paid these women off to keep it from interfering with the campaign. Of course I do. People do this shit. Well, but people do it all the time. It's a public image issue. Well, wasn't his lawyer pretty scummy? Well, I mean, yeah, but that's not Trump's fault. No, but like I said,
[01:41:40] Trump keeps people around him that look really bad to make himself look better.
[01:41:45] All right.
[01:41:46] And then so the charges. and you can't do that apparently I mean now maybe maybe they can in which case then yes Trump is guilty but it this seems rather dubious I'm judge Juan Manuel Merkin that that's his name or maybe its merchant maybe its merchant
[01:43:03] Juan Manuel merchant in legal expenses not part of any cover-up Trump lawyer Susan Nick Niekles Nickles and ECH ELES Nicklies Nicklies Nicklies Nickles Nicklies Nicklies and Trump episodes. Did Trump boink point stars? Yeah, I believe it. Did he give them money to keep their mouth shut? Yeah, probably. Like a lot of people do. Does that make him a good person? No, it makes him a scumbag, but... Is it illegal? No. There's a lot of scumbags out there, which again, he's our scum... To quote MJF,
[01:45:43] he's our scumbag. No, it's just I..., no. I'm talking about the lowest that we got to within the recent years. Yeah, so mortgage interest rates. Yeah, I think the lowest. Yeah, which is 1.8 is basically free. That's what I'm saying. They said they were doing this to help combat inflation.
[01:47:00] And I'm like, yeah, it's not working, guys.
[01:47:03] Well, actually, to be with you, but I'm just saying like the it's pointless. Well because I guess here's Here's here's my case in point. Let's say you get let's even be generous Let's say you get six percent rate, but six percent on three hundred thousand is $18,000 whereas Let's say forty thousand
[01:48:24] What did I what did I say sixteen thousand dollars I
[01:49:25] than interest rates. Oh yeah prices are inflated like crazy like my my home's inflated that's why it's not selling right now because 100% you know and it's
[01:49:30] it's hard to because people are coming in and then they see six and a half
[01:49:35] percent interest rate and they're just like oh man like you know I'm not trying
[01:49:41] to inflate it too much but like well but that it's like you're saying drop it are actually what got most people into wanting to buy, buy, buy and seller saw that and obviously it raised the prices of the whole thing. Well, yeah, because there was a lack of inventory. Yeah, and that's- Still is. Apparently, I'm like, how the hell is there a lack of inventory? Because a lot of those houses didn't get sold before the bigger interest rates got kicked
[01:51:02] in and money is now more expensive to borrow, so there's less building. I'm starting to think I don't want to. You know, like, I don't know, just figure it out. But- Yep. Well. So, Trump. Yeah, he's, I think, I don't think any of this is going to go anywhere. Like- Well, what's funny-
[01:52:20] Like he said, if he wins, it's gone.
[01:52:22] Yeah, well, and if he loses, it's gone.
[01:52:25] It's not gonna get Democratic front runner man. I don't I don't trust her one bit. I didn't I didn't I didn't from the beginning man. I don't know there was something about her. I'm like you're **** and I can smell it. That's what I'm saying like in a in a country so divided and we had that many
[01:53:43] Republican people trying to run for it and I'm just like listen the most effective to win a general election, but he's not the worst. But what this election is going to come down to, because apparently America as a country is a frigging masochist and loves to live through the worst parts of its history is, I said, you've had four years of Trump and you've had four years of
[01:55:00] sleepy Joe, which one do you like better?
[01:55:05] Which is why I think Trump will win because I think the vast majority of Well, you know all this really, this is just a nostalgia play. People just want to go back to 2020. Fuck 2020. Right. Could you imagine this though? Imagine this one. Let's say Trump wins 2024. And somehow Joe Biden lives to 2028. And he fucking runs again.
[01:56:25] That shit would be holy.
[01:56:27] Number 92. It changes the past and now Trump wins this future and he has a casino. No, we have a we have pocket dimension like hit. Valid. Because we can't escape this reality, unfortunately. At least you can, but I don't recommend it.
[01:57:41] Yeah, because you can only do it once.
[01:57:45] Oh, oh, that was morbid. as it just do you. I didn't tell you the belt ship today. Oh no you told me you ordered it. Yeah I told you I ordered it. Jeez. But it shipped today. Yeah. Should have in a couple of days. I can't wait to see it. I'm stoked. And actually Brian came up with a great idea. I didn't know what to do with the side plates because
[01:59:00] I had it where one was the world which I like because it's the world title. But
