[00:00:00] Come with me to discover the transformative power of kindness and the joy it brings. Join me as we explore every Monday morning simple yet profound ways to elevate your happiness one gesture at a time.
[00:00:19] Oh wow, fantastic baby dance!
[00:00:30] Fantastic day to one and all. Welcome to the 13th episode of The Complete Guide to Happiness.
[00:00:39] And this time of year, we should really be happy because it's two days before Christmas. Happy holidays to one and all, whatever your religious beliefs are.
[00:00:53] Especially when you have little kids, because you, in essence, are Santa Claus.
[00:00:58] And four years ago, I was the best Santa Claus on the planet for my grandkids.
[00:01:10] And I ran out how to be a fantastic person because to be a fantastic person means you're not going to lull me.
[00:01:18] All the evil things Ben does, and I hope they do, Ben does it a little bit less during this holiday season.
[00:01:28] I'm not going to do an interview today. I had a couple lined up.
[00:01:31] I'm talking to some really big organizations, World Kindness Foundation, Global Kindness Group.
[00:01:38] And they're spreading kindness as well.
[00:01:41] The update is we have 10,106 ambassadors of kindness in 145 countries.
[00:01:51] Vida Tamala wrote a very nice article about this organization and a little bit about me.
[00:01:57] I hope you'll read it. I'm putting it out in social media.
[00:02:03] But today, I read a lot about kindness.
[00:02:08] So as the complete guide of kindness, some of the interviews, you know, all the interviews, this little dissertation,
[00:02:16] I'm going to read is one is my dissertation on kindness from my school, the School of Hard Knocks, where I graduated summa cum laude in.
[00:02:26] And a couple other things that I wrote through the last few months on kindness.
[00:02:31] I write every day on kindness.
[00:02:33] I send out motivational quotes on this and on positivity and all those sorts of different things.
[00:02:40] So without further ado, let's sit back, relax, get you a cup of coffee or a cocktail or a glass of water
[00:02:47] and enjoy these kind words that hopefully resonate with you.
[00:02:50] And hopefully you'll share this podcast, like, subscribe, share with others because, well, I don't know what a fantastic YouTube channel.
[00:03:07] I've gotten 12 fantastic interviews.
[00:03:10] You really should take the time to learn about food, you'll learn about kindness, all kind of fantastic things from these wonderful ambassadors.
[00:03:21] So here we go. Happiness should be your life's goal.
[00:03:26] Because we're here to be happy.
[00:03:28] And unless you make yourself happy, you can't make others.
[00:03:32] And don't expect others to make you happy.
[00:03:34] It's a life goal, individual on each other, on oneself.
[00:03:41] By the way, here in Lewis, Missouri, where it's 32 degrees, the first time in five years, I felt cold weather.
[00:03:48] It's amazing. It's actually quite invigorating.
[00:03:52] I was hoping it was going to snow, but it doesn't look like there's a chance of that.
[00:03:56] But Christmas is around the corner.
[00:03:59] Okay, here we go.
[00:04:00] The secret to happiness often lies in lifestyle purposes on kindness, gratitude, and meaningful connections.
[00:04:15] To think or unhappy you are.
[00:04:17] Like Rene Descartes once said, I think, therefore I am.
[00:04:21] So it's very important to think happy.
[00:04:27] Or make it till you make it.
[00:04:29] Because you're not smiling, you're not releasing those endorphin tonin, which releases stress, anxiety.
[00:04:35] And the word fantastic forces you to smile.
[00:04:37] So have a fantastic Christmas.
[00:04:39] Hopefully this show, this episode will be fantastic and you'll learn something.
[00:04:43] And sharing is caring, caring is kindness, and kindness leads to happiness.
[00:04:47] Okay, that was one line.
[00:04:49] At any rate, here are some key elements that contribute to lasting happiness.
[00:04:56] We don't want fleeting happiness.
[00:04:58] We want lasting happiness.
[00:05:00] And here goes.
[00:05:01] Gratitude.
[00:05:02] Focusing on what you have and appreciating the present.
[00:05:08] Well, some people have a little house and they're miserable because they don't have a big house.
[00:05:14] Having a little house is fantastic.
[00:05:17] Most people don't have houses.
[00:05:19] And most people don't have food.
[00:05:22] I mean, if you have food and shelter and love in your life, that's the ticket, my friends.
[00:05:29] Okay, number two.
[00:05:31] Kindness.
[00:05:32] Acts of kindness towards others not only improve their well-being, but also improves your own sense of fulfillment and joy.
[00:05:40] And that is commitment number two.
[00:05:42] Being kind to all others.
[00:05:43] They call it the golden rule.
[00:05:45] Do random acts of kindness.
[00:05:46] Open doors for people.
[00:05:47] I've talked to many people around the world in my travels.
[00:05:50] And a lot of people said, yeah, I used to open doors for people, but they would never say thank you.
[00:05:54] And you want to yell out, you're welcome!
[00:05:56] Because, you know, you didn't have to open the door.
[00:05:58] But just keep opening the door even though they don't say thank you.
[00:06:00] Because it makes you feel good.
[00:06:01] And that's the most important thing.
[00:06:04] Okay, positive relationships.
[00:06:07] You know, we're social creatures.
[00:06:09] We have to have relationships.
[00:06:11] Or we're going to be unhappy.
[00:06:13] And I was told that depression, just recently,
[00:06:17] accounts according to the World Health Organization,
[00:06:19] I think 70% of people are depressed.
[00:06:25] That's a depressing thought.
[00:06:26] That's terrible.
[00:06:30] Okay, meaningful connections with family, friends, and community provide emotional support and enhance overall life satisfaction.
[00:06:40] We are social creatures.
[00:06:42] Be kind to everyone.
[00:06:45] Purpose and meaning.
[00:06:46] Having a sense of purpose, whether through work, hobbies, or service to others, gives life direction.
[00:06:52] Read more.
[00:06:55] And fulfillment.
[00:06:58] You know, you got to laugh at life.
[00:06:59] You got to laugh at yourself.
[00:07:01] I've got over 2100 videos on Be Fantastic YouTube channel.
[00:07:06] Never a second take.
[00:07:09] It's just me talking from the heart.
[00:07:11] I know it's not big production value with girls with big boobs jumping up and down and music and subtitles and captions.
[00:07:17] And it's just me talking from the heart because I've got a lot to offer in the world.
[00:07:22] Because I've been around the block a couple of times.
[00:07:25] Oh, by the way, that's my book cover.
[00:07:26] If I didn't say that already.
[00:07:29] You got to excuse my memory.
[00:07:30] I'm probably going to repeat myself a few times today.
[00:07:34] Mindfulness.
[00:07:34] Staying present and practicing mindfulness helps reduce stress and increase joy by focusing on the here and now.
[00:07:43] All we have is the here and now.
[00:07:46] Enjoy the here and now.
[00:07:47] Yesterday is history.
[00:07:48] Tomorrow is a mystery.
[00:07:50] And today is a gift.
[00:07:51] It's a Christmas gift.
[00:07:52] It's called the present.
[00:07:55] Enjoy every day.
[00:07:56] Many philosophers have said, enjoy every day as if it's your last because one day it will be.
[00:08:03] In that note, tell your loved ones you love them every day.
[00:08:06] Every time you leave the house.
[00:08:07] Because it might be the last time you leave the house and it might be the last time they hear that you love them.
[00:08:14] And don't be afraid to kiss your children.
[00:08:16] I don't know how many cultures don't kiss their children.
[00:08:19] They're your children.
[00:08:20] You kiss them when they're babies.
[00:08:22] Kiss them when they're adults.
[00:08:23] Kissing goes a long way.
[00:08:24] And for a long marriage, I'm told that your kiss shouldn't be a peck on the cheek or a peck on the lips.
[00:08:29] It should be a six second kiss.
[00:08:31] That's what keeps love alive.
[00:08:33] A six second kiss.
[00:08:34] Because when you first kiss your girl or your guy, it was quite amazing.
[00:08:40] I mean, I love life's firsts.
[00:08:41] Your first kiss to someone that you adore or you're attracted to or you like or you love.
[00:08:46] It's fantastic.
[00:08:48] I try to fill my life with as many firsts as I can because that's what life's about.
[00:08:54] Self-care.
[00:08:55] Taking care of your physical and mental health through exercise, proper sleep, and balanced nutrition is fundamental.
[00:09:03] Fundamental.
[00:09:05] Fundamental.
[00:09:06] Fundamental.
[00:09:06] Fundamental.
[00:09:07] To feeling good.
[00:09:08] And you don't want to feel good.
[00:09:09] You want to feel fantastic.
[00:09:11] So, you know, I can talk for hours on how and why you should be kind to yourself.
[00:09:15] The first commitment to kindness.
[00:09:17] And that is taking care of yourself.
[00:09:18] I didn't take care of my teeth properly and didn't have much of a good upbringing or guidance or love.
[00:09:25] And so, there's a lot of things that I wasn't taught and they're not a habit, you know.
[00:09:29] So, that's okay.
[00:09:31] Everything in your past, however negative, however hurtful, however catastrophic it was in your life.
[00:09:39] It's the past.
[00:09:40] Let it go.
[00:09:40] Forget it.
[00:09:41] I am so happy because I don't have a memory.
[00:09:43] So, I can't remember all the problems that I may have or have had.
[00:09:47] But don't carry it with you.
[00:09:49] Forget about the past.
[00:09:50] It's over.
[00:09:50] It's done.
[00:09:51] Move on.
[00:09:52] Enjoy the present.
[00:09:54] And enjoy what tomorrow might bring.
[00:09:56] And don't stress about tomorrow.
[00:09:58] Anything you stress.
[00:10:00] Anything.
[00:10:01] Money.
[00:10:02] Traffic.
[00:10:03] Weather.
[00:10:04] Relationships.
[00:10:07] If you stress it, it's your fault.
[00:10:09] Because you let it stress you.
[00:10:11] Walk away from fights.
[00:10:12] Don't let arguments stress you.
[00:10:14] Tell people they're right.
[00:10:15] Big deals.
[00:10:16] Tell them they're right.
[00:10:17] What's the big deal?
[00:10:19] Okay.
[00:10:20] Personal.
[00:10:21] Of course, these are just brief paragraphs.
[00:10:23] I can expand upon those.
[00:10:25] You're busy.
[00:10:27] I appreciate that you're watching this.
[00:10:29] Remember to like, share, and subscribe because this is important stuff.
[00:10:32] You may not need all this stuff, but someone does.
[00:10:35] Let you know.
[00:10:36] Personal growth.
[00:10:38] Continuous learning and setting goals for personal improvement can provide a sense of
[00:10:42] achievement and satisfaction.
[00:10:44] And there goes, because I'm a philosopher, the more you know, the easier your life is,
[00:10:49] and the more valuable you'll be.
[00:10:51] That's a really tough word for me to say.
[00:10:53] Valuable.
[00:10:54] Can you say it easily?
[00:10:55] Valuable.
[00:10:56] Valuable.
[00:10:57] And the more valuable you'll be to others.
[00:10:59] Be curious as you were when you were a kid.
[00:11:02] Why?
[00:11:02] Why?
[00:11:03] I want to know how everything works.
[00:11:04] I'm still curious as hell.
[00:11:06] So learn every day.
[00:11:08] And this little device here is a great learning device.
[00:11:11] It's free.
[00:11:12] Every answer you want to know is on the internet.
[00:11:15] How to fix this.
[00:11:16] How to do that.
[00:11:17] How to go there.
[00:11:19] It's pretty amazing.
[00:11:20] Pretty amazing.
[00:11:22] Happiness often comes from within.
[00:11:24] It always comes from within.
[00:11:26] It always comes from within.
[00:11:27] What do you mean often?
[00:11:28] It always comes from within.
[00:11:30] By aligning your action thoughts with values that resonate deeply, such as kindness and positivity, which are the central to your philosophy.
[00:11:40] To everyone.
[00:11:42] To everyone.
[00:11:42] Positivity.
[00:11:43] Think positive.
[00:11:44] Always.
[00:11:44] Always.
[00:11:45] Look at the bright side of everything.
[00:11:46] Get rid of negative thinking and negative people in your life.
[00:11:49] They are cancerous to your health.
[00:11:52] Negativity.
[00:11:53] You know, it's called manifestation.
[00:11:55] If you think that's going to go wrong or you think she's not going to call or he's not going to.
[00:11:59] That's not going to happen.
[00:12:02] It can manifest into that.
[00:12:03] Or if you think positive, I'm going to make it on time.
[00:12:06] Everything.
[00:12:06] The station works.
[00:12:07] I've been.
[00:12:08] I've proved this shit for 50 years at least.
[00:12:14] I mean, I've manifested the best parking spots at free Zuma in California.
[00:12:19] Every time it's a lot to get in at the beach.
[00:12:23] I always said, we're going to get the right spot.
[00:12:24] And we always did.
[00:12:26] It's manifestation works.
[00:12:28] I manifested my 65.
[00:12:30] Yeah.
[00:12:31] I said, I'm going to get this.
[00:12:33] I said, I just started thinking I'm going to get it.
[00:12:35] I'm going to couldn't afford it.
[00:12:37] Got it.
[00:12:38] It's amazing what the mind can do.
[00:12:40] The mind could cure the body physically and mentally.
[00:12:44] The mind could put down the body.
[00:12:47] Once.
[00:12:48] The hypnotism.
[00:12:49] There's all kind of.
[00:12:50] The mind is.
[00:12:51] It's it's it's we got a long way to go to.
[00:12:54] Okay.
[00:12:55] So, um, is there a read more on that one?
[00:12:59] I guess that's the last of that quote.
[00:13:01] Now, as I traveled around the world and I introduced the three commitments to kindness
[00:13:05] and to join this community of again, 10,000 plus individuals in 145 countries.
[00:13:11] Very proud of that.
[00:13:12] People say, well, what for me?
[00:13:14] Actually, the poor and ignorant say that unfortunately, but I've made videos on the
[00:13:18] to answer that question because I've heard it too many times.
[00:13:21] I want to hear people from you or if you're kind to say, how can I help?
[00:13:24] I want to start a group in my community.
[00:13:26] I want to be an admin in a group.
[00:13:29] I want to be a director of a country.
[00:13:31] You know, I want people to want to help spread kindness and I'm reaching out to you.
[00:13:36] And hopefully you're still watching this and enjoying your drink.
[00:13:38] And, um, again, this is important stuff.
[00:13:43] Kindness is the most important attribute that man can have.
[00:13:47] There's too much evil in the world, too many wars, too much violence, too many protests,
[00:13:52] too much pollution and poverty and not enough education and corporate greed rampant.
[00:13:59] I mean, I could go on and on and on about the whole negative shit that's going on in the world.
[00:14:05] It's just horrible.
[00:14:05] And I'm going to do something about it.
[00:14:08] I'm going to save your planet from what I call the insanity of humanity.
[00:14:11] So here's the advantages of becoming an ambassador of kindness, if you didn't get it quite yet.
[00:14:18] Number one, holistic well-being.
[00:14:23] By embracing the three commitments to kindness, you will look better, feel better, live longer,
[00:14:29] enjoy more success in both business and personal relationships,
[00:14:32] all while contributing positively to our planet.
[00:14:36] Now, all the things are true.
[00:14:38] Because when you say the word fantastic, it reduces stress, which makes you live longer.
[00:14:42] Look better?
[00:14:42] When you smile, you look better.
[00:14:44] Everybody looks better with a smile.
[00:14:46] It's fantastic.
[00:14:47] Um, you'll live longer because less stress.
[00:14:49] You live longer.
[00:14:50] My mom died from stress in her 30s.
[00:14:53] Uh, and you'll, you'll enjoy more success.
[00:14:55] Because when you go to a job interview and someone says, the interviewer says, how are you?
[00:15:00] And you look at them and say, I am fantastic.
[00:15:04] They'll hire you.
[00:15:05] And when you meet a girl or a guy and they say, how are you?
[00:15:07] You say, I am fan-freaking-tastic.
[00:15:09] That's really impressive.
[00:15:11] That means you love yourself.
[00:15:13] People want to be around people who have confidence that love themselves.
[00:15:16] It's just a fact of nature, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.
[00:15:21] Share this with your children.
[00:15:22] This is kid-friendly stuff.
[00:15:24] Okay.
[00:15:25] Teach and share your expertise.
[00:15:27] That's very important.
[00:15:29] We're launching the e-commerce site.
[00:15:33] As an ambassador, without the need of a formal education or qualifications, whether live or pre-recorded,
[00:15:40] your lessons will reach a global audience through our e-learning platform, all at no cost to you.
[00:15:46] No cost to join.
[00:15:48] If you're an expert in, um, basking, mechanics, carpentry, you name it.
[00:15:54] There's lots of fields in the world.
[00:15:56] And believe me, my ambassadors represent them all.
[00:15:58] Anything you're proficient at, and you've done it a long time, and you have maybe some testimonials to back you up.
[00:16:03] You could do live.
[00:16:05] You can do recorded.
[00:16:06] And people can join for free.
[00:16:08] The students join for free.
[00:16:11] And they just pay for the classes that they want.
[00:16:13] They look around.
[00:16:14] They see what they want to learn about.
[00:16:15] You, as an instructor, as an ambassador, or it's free to join.
[00:16:20] And you just do a rep share with us.
[00:16:22] And the money that we make of our little portion, little portion, goes to humanitarian causes around the world.
[00:16:28] So that's number one.
[00:16:30] Um, you know, it's pretty cool.
[00:16:34] Um, I call it, um, mentoring or apprenticeship like they had in the old days.
[00:16:39] On the old days, you didn't go to school.
[00:16:40] You just served in an apprenticeship.
[00:16:42] You learned how to, um, you know, make horseshoes.
[00:16:45] You didn't go to college to learn how to make horseshoes and put them on and in veterinary science and things like that.
[00:16:50] So anyway, so that's the e-learning program.
[00:16:54] I think it's going to be very successful and help a lot of people.
[00:16:58] Uh, okay.
[00:16:58] Here's a speech I wrote to the United Nations, uh, in hopes that one day you say it to them, but it's more important to say it to you.
[00:17:05] Because if I said it to the United Nations, you probably don't tune in all the time.
[00:17:08] And it goes, this is for you.
[00:17:09] And again, share this with your loved ones.
[00:17:12] Um, everyone wins when kindness prevails.
[00:17:16] Okay.
[00:17:17] Here it goes.
[00:17:17] Distinguished, delicate, and honored guests of this beautiful United Nations.
[00:17:21] I love life.
[00:17:23] Um, it is both a privilege and a profound responsibility to stand before you today to share a perspective that truly, that I truly believe can benefit all of humanity.
[00:17:34] Now, when I do the UN speech, it's going to be blown up a little bit.
[00:17:37] So I don't make too many mistakes because this is, I'm reading from my phone.
[00:17:41] I bring you both good news and bad news.
[00:17:45] As I said before, the bad news is this.
[00:17:48] We are a species of nearly 8 billion, have in just a few short centuries, polluted our streams, rivers, oceans, seas, skies, and lands, and even ours.
[00:18:01] We are a polluting organization.
[00:18:05] 8 billion people polluting.
[00:18:07] Imagine that.
[00:18:08] We are faced with the consequences of unchecked corporate greed, persistent poverty, continuous warfare, a potential third world war, nuclear annihilation, inadequate education, and perhaps most concerning, a lack of kindness in our world.
[00:18:29] Yet there is good news.
[00:18:32] Around the globe, there are people with brilliant ideas and inventive solutions who are working tirelessly to address these problems.
[00:18:40] I, too, am inspired by a vision of a kinder world.
[00:18:43] To this end, I founded the Be Fantastic Philosophy and the Foundation for World Harmony.
[00:18:48] And that's why I'm here in St. Louis, by the way, to open the account for the nonprofit 501c3 so we can start taking in some money and feeding more people.
[00:18:57] As you know, I feed people and then do it.
[00:18:59] And because I get daily requests from my thousand ambassadors.
[00:19:02] They need food.
[00:19:03] They need shelter.
[00:19:04] They need a computer.
[00:19:05] They need books.
[00:19:06] They need stuff.
[00:19:08] So hopefully we'll be able to supply a lot of people through this Foundation for World Harmony.
[00:19:15] This philosophy is centered on three.
[00:19:19] Again, I'm going to repeat myself because it doesn't hurt to repeat.
[00:19:25] Simple yet transformative principles that if embraced, that's the if, or I should say when embraced by all, could indeed and will indeed solve humanity's most pressing problems.
[00:19:38] Kindness cures all.
[00:19:40] The three commitments to kindness in it are the Ten Commandments.
[00:19:44] In it are the Four Agreements, a very famous book written.
[00:19:46] I made it simple.
[00:19:47] Three.
[00:19:48] Everyone can remember three.
[00:19:49] I've got little kids that can remember three.
[00:19:50] An article was just written about this organization, which I'm sharing on my groups and in social media.
[00:19:57] Vida de la Paz, a journalist, author, environmentalist.
[00:20:04] She wrote a great article on, because she's now an ambassador of kindness.
[00:20:08] And so she's getting it.
[00:20:09] And it's spreading.
[00:20:12] Okay.
[00:20:14] Allow me to share these three commitments with you.
[00:20:17] Again, I'm repeating myself.
[00:20:18] First, be kind to yourself.
[00:20:21] When you don't truly love and respect yourself, it becomes challenging to serve your family, community, or even a higher purpose.
[00:20:28] This commitment fosters self-worth and the sense of inner peace that radiates outward, inspiring wellness and personal growth.
[00:20:36] This principle allows two crucial sustainable development goals.
[00:20:40] SDG three.
[00:20:42] Good health and well-being as kindness to oneself.
[00:20:46] Promote mental and physical health.
[00:20:49] Emphasizing self-care and self-respect.
[00:20:52] SDG four.
[00:20:53] Quality education.
[00:20:55] Because nurturing self-worth inspires individuals to pursue lifelong learning, thereby enhancing personal development.
[00:21:03] Commitment.
[00:21:04] Commitment number two.
[00:21:05] Second, be kind to all others.
[00:21:07] This principle is a universal call to treat every person with respect, compassion, and understanding.
[00:21:14] Known as the goal of the seat in violence, if practiced universally.
[00:21:18] This commitment supports several SDGs.
[00:21:23] SDG ten.
[00:21:24] By the way, if you don't know what SDG is, some might not.
[00:21:29] Sustainable development goals.
[00:21:32] SDG ten.
[00:21:33] Reduce inequalities.
[00:21:34] As kindness fosters inclusion and helps bridge social and economic gaps.
[00:21:41] Kindness cures all.
[00:21:45] SDG sixteen.
[00:21:47] Peace, justice, and strong institutions.
[00:21:50] By building communities rooted in peace and justice.
[00:21:54] Of course, these are just brief introductions of SDGs.
[00:21:56] SDG five.
[00:21:58] Gender equality.
[00:21:59] By promoting respect and equality for all genders, which is fundamental to a fair and compassionate society.
[00:22:07] Third, commitment to kindness.
[00:22:09] Some people say it's the most important, but if you're not alive, how can it be important?
[00:22:13] You can't help.
[00:22:14] Be kind to our Mother Earth.
[00:22:16] Our environment.
[00:22:18] Some call it Mother Nature.
[00:22:20] She's our mother.
[00:22:21] We live only, we have only one planet.
[00:22:25] And it is our collective responsibility to protect it from threats.
[00:22:30] Both human and natural.
[00:22:32] You know, I'm going to say something about that.
[00:22:37] Kindness to the Earth means taking meaningful action.
[00:22:40] Recycling, conserving resources, and embracing sustainable technology.
[00:22:45] This principle aligns with SDG thirteen.
[00:22:49] Climate action.
[00:22:50] Now, we have a climate crisis, but it's not man-made.
[00:22:53] We are contributing to it.
[00:22:55] I want to maybe say 10, 15%.
[00:22:57] But volcanoes, the farts from the cows.
[00:23:02] There's a lot of contributing factors to the ozone layer being depleted.
[00:23:06] And we've had climate changes throughout, poll changes throughout the history of our planet.
[00:23:11] So, but we need to take, that's what I wanted to say just a second ago.
[00:23:16] Accountability for our actions.
[00:23:18] Don't litter.
[00:23:19] Use less.
[00:23:20] Buy less.
[00:23:20] It's really important.
[00:23:22] Become a minimalist like me right now.
[00:23:26] Um, so, uh, climate action.
[00:23:28] Responsible consumption to combat climate change.
[00:23:31] Responsible consumption.
[00:23:33] S G D S D G 14.
[00:23:36] Life below water.
[00:23:38] By advocating for actions that protect our oceans and rain life from pollution.
[00:23:42] You know, people are throwing crap in streams and rivers and lakes.
[00:23:47] And it goes downstream.
[00:23:48] Well, in a lake.
[00:23:49] But the streams and rivers go down and it's like, oh, it's out of my hands.
[00:23:54] Next guy's lap.
[00:23:56] That's not being kind to others.
[00:23:59] Polluting.
[00:24:01] Not taking responsibility for your actions.
[00:24:03] And the lakes, the people are throwing trash.
[00:24:06] Yeah.
[00:24:06] I still.
[00:24:08] Just throw the trash overboard because it's a big ocean.
[00:24:13] No one's going to believe me.
[00:24:15] They noticed they have an island in the ocean, a big, as big as some of the states in America.
[00:24:20] And they form islands.
[00:24:22] It's amazing.
[00:24:23] Amazing.
[00:24:24] Terrible.
[00:24:27] Life on land.
[00:24:28] You know, I mean, there's a lot of land out there and it's polluted.
[00:24:33] As it emphasizes preserving and restoring our land.
[00:24:37] Well, that was, by the way, SDG 15 is life on land.
[00:24:40] As it emphasizes preserving and restoring our land ecosystems through sustainable practices.
[00:24:46] One of our ambassadors is Dr. Tello.
[00:24:51] And he has, I think, 15 million trees.
[00:24:54] Go green.
[00:24:55] We've got some amazing ambassadors in this group.
[00:24:58] We've got Ambassador 263, I think it is.
[00:25:02] Jim Gayle.
[00:25:04] And on this podcast, there are a lot of these interviews.
[00:25:09] Johan.
[00:25:09] If you watch these dozen, now 13 episodes, you're going to learn a lot.
[00:25:13] And I want you to share it.
[00:25:17] Because people need to know this stuff.
[00:25:20] I won't say this crap, but these three commitments form the foundation of Global Kindness Pledge.
[00:25:30] A simple, yet powerful tool for creating positive change.
[00:25:35] Imagine if every community group of an organization adopted this pledge as part of their daily routine.
[00:25:42] It's not political, religious, or commercial.
[00:25:45] It's a universal call to action for a brighter future.
[00:25:48] By reciting this pledge, we build self-confidence, foster camaraderie, energize our spirits, and remind ourselves of our daily duty to each other and our planet.
[00:25:57] I encourage everyone here and around the world to make this pledge part of their lives.
[00:26:02] Please join me in reciting this Global Kindness Pledge.
[00:26:05] Feel the strength in these words.
[00:26:07] And here's how it goes.
[00:26:07] Please repeat after me.
[00:26:09] And say it with vigor and emotion.
[00:26:10] I think you'll feel a lot better.
[00:26:12] And you should do this every day in the mirror, by the way.
[00:26:14] In groups, of course, it fosters camaraderie, which is important.
[00:26:17] And hopefully it reduces bullying.
[00:26:19] But look in the mirror every day and say this.
[00:26:25] Say it.
[00:26:26] Say it with energy.
[00:26:28] I pledge to be kind to and strive to love all others.
[00:26:32] You feel it?
[00:26:33] I pledge to be kind to love and respect our Mother Earth.
[00:26:38] We are all fantastic.
[00:26:40] You are fantastic.
[00:26:41] I am fantastic.
[00:26:42] That pledge says it all, can do it all.
[00:26:46] Please share it with your schools.
[00:26:48] Share it with your children.
[00:26:50] Recite it at events.
[00:26:52] Recite it at schools.
[00:26:53] At concerts.
[00:26:54] It's a pledge that helps everybody.
[00:26:57] Please.
[00:27:00] And I'm not doing this for me, everybody.
[00:27:01] I'm doing it for the planet.
[00:27:03] I'm trying to save the planet from the insanity of humanity.
[00:27:06] And, you know, food fraud.
[00:27:09] Everything that's going on that's bad.
[00:27:12] I'm doing it.
[00:27:20] My dream is that one day, children, communities and leaders worldwide will embrace this pledge.
[00:27:28] Grounding us all in the principles of kindness.
[00:27:31] Together, let's turn these words into action.
[00:27:34] Let us remember.
[00:27:34] Be kind.
[00:27:35] Two words.
[00:27:36] Hold the power to save our world.
[00:27:41] Thank you, Monty Cook III, a.k.a. Dr. Fantastic.
[00:27:45] My website, just so you know, is BeFantastic.today, thefoundationforworldharmony.org, worldkindnesslist.com, drfantastic with an S, Dr. Fantastic World, which is a lot of my projects, which I really want to look up the global.
[00:28:07] What is it?
[00:28:08] The global?
[00:28:09] I think I have to say this today.
[00:28:11] The global monument for kindness.
[00:28:13] A billion dollar project that's going to happen, trust me.
[00:28:16] The destination for vacation.
[00:28:22] The kindest revolution.
[00:28:23] Okay, so here's another little thing I wrote.
[00:28:25] Join the kindness revolution this new year.
[00:28:28] As we stand at a crossroads in history with the threat of global conflict, unchecked corporate greed, widespread poverty and environmental crisis, we must rise together in unity.
[00:28:38] A new consciousness rooted in kindness to ourselves, and our planet is the path forward.
[00:28:45] This new year, we invite you to make kindness your resolution by joining the kindness revolution.
[00:28:51] A global movement inspired by the BeFantastic philosophy with over 10,100 members worldwide.
[00:28:56] This philosophy is built on three simple yet transformative commitments.
[00:29:00] And I hope you've memorized it so far.
[00:29:02] Be kind to yourself, be kind to all others, and be kind to Mother Earth.
[00:29:06] Three simple yet profound agreements.
[00:29:12] Commitments.
[00:29:13] You know what a commitment is, right?
[00:29:15] A promise.
[00:29:17] An agreement.
[00:29:17] These three principles, when practiced, have the power to solve humanity's greatest challenges.
[00:29:24] Be kind to words that can save our planet.
[00:29:27] A call to action for our future.
[00:29:30] We are especially encouraging schools, where the leaders of tomorrow are nurtured, to recite the Global Kindness Pledge daily.
[00:29:38] This simple act, built confidence, as I said before, fosters camaraderie, which is very important.
[00:29:44] Spreads positive energy, which is crucial.
[00:29:47] Teaches the value of words.
[00:29:49] Words matter.
[00:29:50] Words affect water.
[00:29:51] We're at 85% water.
[00:29:53] So saying kind words to people make them feel mentally and physically fantastic.
[00:30:00] Words matter.
[00:30:01] They say black lives matter.
[00:30:03] I think all lives matter.
[00:30:04] But words matter.
[00:30:05] Because we all use words.
[00:30:07] Sometimes.
[00:30:09] Join us for a better world.
[00:30:11] Be part of this global mission for kindness and unity.
[00:30:14] Text your first name only, city and country, to plus 502-553-18892 to join the Kindness Revolution.
[00:30:24] Be part of it.
[00:30:26] Help spread it.
[00:30:27] Or just enjoy the daily quotes and the positive information.
[00:30:30] Politics or religion.
[00:30:33] We promote kindness, positivity, love, peace, happiness.
[00:30:44] And I told you about the website before.
[00:30:46] YouTube is BeFantastic.
[00:30:49] Facebook is BeFantastic.
[00:30:51] Instagram is BeFantastic02.
[00:30:53] And then I like this quote a lot from Dr. Seuss.
[00:30:57] I say here, together let's make this next quarter century one of profound change.
[00:31:03] Because we want to do another quarter century in that week.
[00:31:05] As Dr. Seuss so wisely said, unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing will get better.
[00:31:14] It will not.
[00:31:15] So I am asking my ambassadors and my admin and my directors for a simple few seconds a day to forward the quote.
[00:31:22] To invite people into the group.
[00:31:24] To share our philosophy.
[00:31:26] To share this video.
[00:31:28] Is that too much to ask?
[00:31:30] If you're still listening, I think you're going to be fantastic.
[00:31:33] Well, I think that's it for today.
[00:31:36] That's enough reading.
[00:31:38] You know, lots of speeches.
[00:31:41] Lots of people have met.
[00:31:43] Lots of places I've gone.
[00:31:44] On the BeFantastic YouTube channel, you've got to check it out.
[00:31:47] I have a cooking class that people seem to love.
[00:31:49] Because I'm a fairly good chef.
[00:31:51] Love to eat.
[00:31:52] Shows on my belly.
[00:31:53] I have what's called the billionaire belly.
[00:31:56] These billionaires like Trump and all kinds of wealthy people around the world that I've met.
[00:32:01] A lot of them have big bellies.
[00:32:03] They say that's a sign of success.
[00:32:05] When you have a big belly, it means you're a successful businessman.
[00:32:08] Of course, I want to see a big belly on a girl.
[00:32:10] But anyway, big belly is on guys.
[00:32:11] Be proud of it.
[00:32:12] Call it a billionaire belly.
[00:32:15] Look at the positive there and everything.
[00:32:18] I can't see negative.
[00:32:20] And I won't associate with negativity.
[00:32:22] There's been two people out of the 10,000 that have said unkind things.
[00:32:26] I won't even repeat them.
[00:32:29] One was about me and one was about life.
[00:32:30] And I barred them from our organization.
[00:32:33] We don't want negative people.
[00:32:35] We don't want greedy people.
[00:32:36] We want people that want to share our commitments to kindness.
[00:32:41] Our Be Fantastic Philosophy.
[00:32:43] Our Global Kindness Pledge.
[00:32:46] And be part of the Foundation for Real Harmony.
[00:32:48] If you donate, you can help feed a lot of people.
[00:32:51] Clothe a lot of people.
[00:32:52] One of my goals is to hire people to host these kindness classes.
[00:32:57] This is kind of like a kindness class I just read.
[00:33:00] Also, we want to put computers in these.
[00:33:02] Because I'm very big in Africa.
[00:33:03] The movement is.
[00:33:05] I shouldn't say I am.
[00:33:06] The movement is.
[00:33:07] And they really are getting behind it.
[00:33:11] I'm in 34 countries in Africa.
[00:33:12] And a lot of the schools need computers.
[00:33:16] Because computers are the access to knowledge in the world.
[00:33:20] We've got hundreds and hundreds of orphans in this group.
[00:33:24] Where someone had submitted their first name.
[00:33:26] Usually a teacher or a person hosting the orphanage.
[00:33:30] Because you don't need a phone to be an ambassador.
[00:33:32] You don't need the internet to be an ambassador of kindness.
[00:33:35] You just need to follow the three commandments.
[00:33:37] Be kind to yourself, all others, and Mother Nature.
[00:33:40] Okay.
[00:33:42] It's pretty simple.
[00:33:44] You know, mankind has a long way to go to solve the problems.
[00:33:48] Sure, we're in outer space.
[00:33:49] Sure, we have people living on a space station.
[00:33:53] The Odyssey is out of our solar system.
[00:33:55] No, no.
[00:33:56] Not the Odyssey.
[00:33:57] The, um...
[00:33:59] What was it?
[00:34:00] Was it the Odyssey?
[00:34:01] You know, the probe that launched in 77.
[00:34:06] I think it's called the Odyssey.
[00:34:07] There was two of them.
[00:34:08] And they're outside the solar system.
[00:34:10] Still transmitting, uh, uh, information with less, um, less knowledge or less capacity than a VCR.
[00:34:19] Our phones today are most amazing.
[00:34:22] Uh, by the way, everyone I meet, I give a sticker to.
[00:34:24] And they usually put it on the back of their phone.
[00:34:26] Um, so this is, uh, the Christmas special.
[00:34:30] Uh, have a fantastic Christmas.
[00:34:32] Santa Claus is in all of us.
[00:34:35] Typically.
[00:34:36] Um, well not all of us, of course.
[00:34:39] But the ones that do celebrate Christmas, the fathers in the world, uh, they're Santa one time a year.
[00:34:45] I was Santa, uh, four years ago.
[00:34:47] For my grandkids.
[00:34:49] I grew up with that beard.
[00:34:50] That's my natural beard in the back on there.
[00:34:52] Uh, not telling anyone.
[00:34:55] When you're wearing regular clothes and you're unshaven and it's long and scraggly, you look like a friggin bum.
[00:35:02] Um, and I didn't tell anyone what I was doing.
[00:35:04] Not even my grandkids.
[00:35:06] I don't, I think I told my wife.
[00:35:07] Maybe.
[00:35:08] Um, and then when I put that Santa outfit on, boy, I tell you, people love me.
[00:35:13] They, they were, they looked up to me.
[00:35:15] They looked up to me.
[00:35:15] The kids looked at me like a God.
[00:35:16] There was one event.
[00:35:17] Well, after I did, um, the kids, well, before I did the kids, I, I wore the outfit a couple of places just to test it, to see the reaction to the public.
[00:35:25] And an agency, uh, heard about me or saw me and wanted to hire me.
[00:35:30] And I did cause 150 bucks an hour and free booze and free food.
[00:35:33] I'm in.
[00:35:34] Right.
[00:35:34] And so I did a lot of parties and, uh, the bell, the ball, so to speak.
[00:35:39] But there's one particular event.
[00:35:41] Um, I pulled up in a hook and ladder fire engine.
[00:35:45] It was seven o'clock at night.
[00:35:46] So it was dark and they had the lights, uh, blaring, uh, lights flashing and the, and the sirens blaring.
[00:35:52] And we pulled up to the school and all the kids rushed out to the, to the fire engine.
[00:35:58] Uh, and I opened up the, the, the passenger door to get out and all my regalia, like you see there.
[00:36:04] And it was, oh, the people, all the kids were like looking up going, God is here for Santa's here.
[00:36:11] It was a fantastic experience.
[00:36:13] So when I told my accountant that I, that experience, and as I recounted to others, he said, you gotta write a book.
[00:36:19] I wrote up another book, by the way, my life history, that you might want to get.
[00:36:24] It's Lester's legacy.
[00:36:26] Um, and, um, it's on lulu.com.
[00:36:29] At any rate.
[00:36:29] So you gotta write another book, call it how to be a good Santa.
[00:36:33] Well, you know, I don't like the word good.
[00:36:35] And I encourage you to throw away the word.
[00:36:36] It means morally right.
[00:36:38] But when you say, Oh, this was a really good cup of coffee or a cup of beer, you just said it was a morally right.
[00:36:46] That's what the word good means in the dictionary.
[00:36:49] There's defined.
[00:36:51] Yes.
[00:36:52] Morally right.
[00:36:55] Fantastic.
[00:36:56] Now is unimaginably great and beautiful.
[00:36:57] So when you say that was a fantastic cup of coffee.
[00:37:00] And so I was a fantastic Santa Claus, not a good Santa person.
[00:37:05] And, and I, uh, more than what I just read, obviously it's 512 pages of how to be a fantastic person.
[00:37:14] And that's what you want to be in life.
[00:37:16] You don't want to lie, still cheat or kill.
[00:37:21] Right.
[00:37:22] As a fantastic person or even as a good person.
[00:37:26] If you must lie, lie.
[00:37:32] If you must steal, steal away from bad company.
[00:37:36] Stay alive as long as you can by thinking positive and eating healthy and exercising.
[00:37:40] If you must fight, fight tyranny.
[00:37:42] Cause there's a lot of that out there.
[00:37:44] And we, we need to fight it.
[00:37:45] That's the only time you fight.
[00:37:46] And if you must kill cause you still have it.
[00:37:51] So, um, as a philosopher, I love, uh, sharing my knowledge.
[00:37:56] Cause sharing is caring, caring is kindness and kindness leads to happiness.
[00:37:59] So I encourage you to share this, this video, this, this, uh, series, this revolution, the kindness revolution.
[00:38:06] It's a new consciousness.
[00:38:08] We need to come into a new consciousness.
[00:38:10] The government is going to try to make a new world and scare everyone into, um, following it, man.
[00:38:16] And everybody ran for cover when we were told by the government, uh, that was COVID.
[00:38:21] And they were told to put on masks and, and wash your hands 20 times again, squashed you in your, in your home.
[00:38:28] I said, hell no.
[00:38:30] No one tells me what to do.
[00:38:31] No one ever told me what to do.
[00:38:33] And no one will ever tell me what to do.
[00:38:35] I got 70 years of planet doing it my way.
[00:38:38] And I've been a hedonist my whole life.
[00:38:40] I partied like a rock star, still partying like a rock star, having fun in life, sharing positive energy, kindness, love, words of wisdom, motivational quotes every day.
[00:38:52] Join one of my, you know, I send out to, you know, thousands of ambassadors, of course, that are, they have a WhatsApp part of the group.
[00:38:58] Hundreds of thousands of people know about this.
[00:39:02] But I send out motivational quotes from famous people.
[00:39:05] He says those who have it in their minds to be happy are the ones that are.
[00:39:09] I mean, there's lots and lots and lots of sayings from famous people, uh, and famous celebrities.
[00:39:15] People have known, people have done something in their life, and words of wisdom.
[00:39:18] And I share that every day along with my own personal quote, which is a spin on the same topic.
[00:39:24] Typically, it's happiness and kindness, um, love and health and happiness, you know.
[00:39:29] But, um, so this is the Christmas special.
[00:39:32] Uh, in two days, you know, Santa's coming.
[00:39:35] Hope you've been nice.
[00:39:37] Um, hope you've been happy.
[00:39:39] That's more important.
[00:39:41] To be nice will bring happiness.
[00:39:43] To be kind will bring happiness.
[00:39:45] To share your love.
[00:39:47] Tell your friends that you love them.
[00:39:50] Tell your friends you love them.
[00:39:51] Don't be afraid to say love.
[00:39:54] All you need is love.
[00:39:57] All you need is love.
[00:40:00] Love.
[00:40:01] Love is all you need.
[00:40:03] Merry Christmas.
[00:40:05] Happy holidays.
[00:40:06] Uh, Rosh Hashanah.
[00:40:08] I think that's, I don't know.
[00:40:10] I'm not a religious believer, but if you need the religion, we have a group called Christianity
[00:40:15] is fantastic.
[00:40:16] We have a group called Islam is fantastic.
[00:40:18] We have a group called Judaism is fantastic.
[00:40:22] We have a group called business is fantastic for those that want to promote their business.
[00:40:26] I do promote my ambassadors businesses, um, NGOs and charities on the foundation for world
[00:40:31] harmony.org.
[00:40:32] Check that out.
[00:40:33] Um, go to world kindness list.
[00:40:35] No, no, no.
[00:40:36] On the same site, the foundation for world harmony.org or our kindness pledges.
[00:40:41] I, I, I encourage you to state your name, where you're from and recite the pledge as a selfie, send it in.
[00:40:49] We'll post it on the site.
[00:40:50] The more people that pledge, the more people that will be, will be encouraged to pledge.
[00:40:54] We've got young children, uh, taking the pledge.
[00:40:57] We've got school orphanages and schools pledging, uh, uh, in unison.
[00:41:01] We've got, um, John Paul, the Jory of the billionaire, my, my good friend and ambassador number 171.
[00:41:07] He sent his pledge in from St.
[00:41:10] Tropez, France.
[00:41:10] I was on vacation.
[00:41:11] So if a man like that with a very little time on his hands can do the pledge, you can too.
[00:41:19] And it's not for you.
[00:41:21] You're doing it for the planet.
[00:41:22] You're doing it for humanity.
[00:41:23] You're doing it to set an example.
[00:41:26] So be kind this holiday season, be kind every day of your life, make every day on the top side of the grass.
[00:41:32] Fantastic.
[00:41:33] Cause one day it might be.
[00:41:35] Don't worry about the future.
[00:41:37] Don't worry about shit.
[00:41:39] Cause if you worry about money, relationships, the weather, what's going to happen, what's not going to happen.
[00:41:48] It's fruitless.
[00:41:49] My mom died from worrying, as I said, because if you worry and it doesn't happen, it didn't do any good.
[00:41:54] And if you worry and it does happen, it didn't do any good.
[00:41:56] Creative planning, constructive thinking, positive thinking that's going to turn out well is the way to deal with it.
[00:42:04] Don't worry.
[00:42:05] Cause it'll tear up your innards and make you die sooner than you should know that everything's going to work out.
[00:42:12] You are the star of a Hollywood movie.
[00:42:15] You're not only the star of that movie, you're the writer, director, producer of that movie.
[00:42:20] Right?
[00:42:21] Every scene is a movie.
[00:42:24] Every scene in your life is a scene in the movie.
[00:42:27] Right now, if you've watched it this long, I don't know what is it, half an hour I've been talking, I'm not sure.
[00:42:32] I don't keep track of time anymore.
[00:42:34] Um, is a scene in your movie.
[00:42:37] And you're a scene in my movie if you're watching it.
[00:42:39] So make it a fantastic movie.
[00:42:41] Don't make it a horror film where you go out and kill people.
[00:42:44] I mean, people do that and that's not kind.
[00:42:47] You know, what does humanity want to kill and conquer?
[00:42:52] Oh, why do they need $12 trillion in the bank?
[00:42:57] Why do they want to conquer the world?
[00:42:59] Why?
[00:43:00] See, I'm still asking why.
[00:43:01] I'm still a child.
[00:43:03] My wife used to say, when are you going to grow up?
[00:43:04] And look at her straight face and say, never.
[00:43:07] I don't believe in rules.
[00:43:09] I'm a rule breaker.
[00:43:10] Everyone can't follow my philosophy.
[00:43:12] I've lived most of my life reading my book, Lester's Legacy.
[00:43:16] Um, I'm still, um, doing some crazy ass things.
[00:43:19] If you follow, if you've been following my YouTube channel, you've seen me in some amazing
[00:43:24] places in the last five years.
[00:43:26] Throughout America, Ukraine, before the wars, Turkey, um, Egypt.
[00:43:33] Um, and I'm going slow.
[00:43:35] Slow is pro.
[00:43:36] Now I'm a yacht captain.
[00:43:38] And that's the first rule of the seas.
[00:43:40] Slow is pro.
[00:43:42] The slower you go, the less damage you can do.
[00:43:44] People driving at 120 miles an hour.
[00:43:47] Sure.
[00:43:47] It's fun.
[00:43:48] And we're crazy teenagers and we do that and we're risking our lives.
[00:43:51] And not many people die because of it, but they died happy because they were going really
[00:43:55] fast.
[00:43:56] Slow is pro.
[00:43:57] Um, in the, in the boating world.
[00:43:59] I love yachting.
[00:44:00] Uh, the other day I was in Fort Lauderdale.
[00:44:03] Yeah.
[00:44:03] I've got some videos on be fantastic.
[00:44:05] You should check out the super yachts, the mega yachts, not quite as big as the ones in
[00:44:09] Monaco, but still quite impressive.
[00:44:11] So I made a little video on, um, my trip to St. Louis, just a couple of, maybe it was the
[00:44:16] last video I posted on B E fantastic YouTube, B E fantastic Facebook, subscribe to these all
[00:44:23] positive information, kindness.
[00:44:25] So this is the Christmas special, no interviews.
[00:44:28] Maybe I'll still find an interview, um, uh, and, and throw it on there because you got
[00:44:33] to make your life simple.
[00:44:34] You got to make your life fun.
[00:44:35] And instead of doing a live broadcast on Monday mornings, which you're watching this on, uh,
[00:44:39] I decided to do it around my, my ambassadors because it's only ambassadors I interview around
[00:44:46] their schedule, make it convenient for them and make it easy on me.
[00:44:49] So they're prerecorded, uh, as, as all the cooking shows are, you're going to, um, in
[00:44:56] a minute, I'm going to air one of my cooking specials.
[00:44:59] Actually, I might do the one that I shot last night.
[00:45:02] I'm cooking a prime rib.
[00:45:03] Uh, and it's a different method.
[00:45:05] I've never even heard of, uh, cooking it in a plastic bag.
[00:45:08] So you might want to watch that.
[00:45:11] And I'm told by these experts here, cause my show is called, um, Dr.
[00:45:16] Cooking with Dr. Fantastic or Dr. Fantastic cooks, one of those things.
[00:45:19] Um, and, uh, as I love cooking, but more than that, I love eating.
[00:45:23] So I'm a really, really good chef, the best pizza, the best guacamole, the best Mexican
[00:45:28] food, the best Italian.
[00:45:29] Um, and, uh, so yeah, I think I'll air the.
[00:45:32] Um, cause it'll be done today.
[00:45:33] Uh, the prime rib, uh, unique, um, method.
[00:45:38] You never seen something like this.
[00:45:40] I never seen something like this, but you'll see it in this video coming up and, uh, like,
[00:45:45] subscribe, share.
[00:45:46] Hope you enjoyed, uh, the Christmas special.
[00:45:49] Joy to the world.
[00:45:51] The Lord has come.
[00:45:52] I usually don't speak religious things, but in Christmas time, it's a lot of it's about
[00:45:57] God, you know, and if you believe in God, that's fantastic.
[00:45:59] We have, um, those religious groups, spiritualism, uh, consciousness, self.
[00:46:05] If you believe in yourself, I'm told you believe in God.
[00:46:08] And that's my, my theory on the three commitments where God fits in.
[00:46:11] You know, they had the, um, the, the, the, the Ten Commandments.
[00:46:15] Nobody can recite them.
[00:46:16] So, uh, but they do fit into the three.
[00:46:18] When I was living in Egypt, there used to be four commitments and the fourth was say kind
[00:46:23] words, which is very important.
[00:46:25] Uh, because the words affect water and we're water.
[00:46:27] But I realized that number two, be kind to others is where you say kind words to people,
[00:46:32] to plants, to animals.
[00:46:34] So there's three, which makes it a lot simpler.
[00:46:36] People can't remember for.
[00:46:37] So, but I was going to do a play on the movie, um, the, um, the book of life or something
[00:46:43] like that with, um, Mel Brooks.
[00:46:45] And, uh, it recounts the history, no, the history of the world.
[00:46:48] That's what it's called.
[00:46:48] You got to watch that movie.
[00:46:49] It's hilarious.
[00:46:50] So there's different scenes on how the world evolved.
[00:46:53] And one of these was, um, Mel Brooks being, um, Moses.
[00:46:56] And he comes down from the mountain Olympus where I used to live.
[00:46:59] Not where, whatever the mountain was, uh, in Egypt with two tablets or three tablets.
[00:47:05] And he says, I am Moses and I bring you these 15 and one drops because it's clay and it
[00:47:11] breaks and smashes.
[00:47:12] And he says, 10 commandments.
[00:47:15] It's hilarious.
[00:47:16] So, so we used to have 15 command commandments, but now we have 10, but more importantly,
[00:47:21] we have three commitments to kindness, follow them for a better life, for a happier life,
[00:47:27] for a longer life, for a better society, for a finer world.
[00:47:32] I can't say it any clearer.
[00:47:34] Be kind to words that save the planet, save your soul and make you happy because happiness
[00:47:39] has got to be your goal.
[00:47:42] And this is the complete guide to happiness.
[00:47:44] This probably should have been my first episode.
[00:47:46] Um, but, uh, everything happens in life as it should, when it should.
[00:47:50] I feel like when I pass cross with people,
[00:47:56] pass, what am I trying to say?
[00:48:00] As I pass cross, crosses,
[00:48:06] path crosses,
[00:48:08] pass across.
[00:48:09] What the hell am I trying to say?
[00:48:11] You cross paths.
[00:48:12] Okay.
[00:48:12] There is.
[00:48:13] When I cross paths with people, but that was pretty tough.
[00:48:16] I'm not even drinking.
[00:48:17] I'm sober as a judge.
[00:48:18] I promise you.
[00:48:19] I'll drink later.
[00:48:21] But, um, as I cross paths with people, I feel obliged to tell them that there's a secret
[00:48:25] out there and only 10,000 people know about it.
[00:48:28] And it's called the three commitments to kindness.
[00:48:30] And you, you heard about them.
[00:48:32] You know about them now, spread them, like them, share them, join a group.
[00:48:35] Plus 502-553-18892.
[00:48:38] Like, subscribe, share.
[00:48:39] We've got all the social media,
[00:48:42] four websites, all the information you could ever want to be happy.
[00:48:45] This is the complete guide to happiness.
[00:48:47] Thanks for watching.
[00:48:49] Have a fantastic week.
[00:48:50] Whatever you're doing this week, or whatever you did that made you happy, keep doing it.
[00:48:54] And, uh, now time for the cooking show with Dr. Fantastic.
[00:48:58] See if I could turn this thing off.
[00:49:00] You know, my, all my, by the way, all my, um, all my episodes, all A-L-L, all my 2,100
[00:49:08] episodes on Be Fantastic are one take wonders.
[00:49:10] Not high production value, but great.
[00:49:14] Um, a lot of people like bells and whistles and music and, and fancy shit, but no, and
[00:49:21] this, uh, with me, you're going to get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
[00:49:29] Merry Christmas, happy new year, happy holidays for those that don't, um, celebrate Christmas.
[00:49:34] Happy holidays.
[00:49:36] And here is the final result.
[00:49:38] Prime rib, corn, potatoes, snow crab, uh, andouille sausage, shrimp.
[00:49:45] That is a meal of meals.
[00:49:48] Fantastic.
[00:49:49] Thanks for watching everyone.
[00:49:51] Like, subscribe and share.
[00:49:52] Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, be kind to Mother Earth.
[00:49:56] And we're going to have a fantastic 2025.
[00:50:03] Welcome to another edition of Dr. Fantastic Cooks.
[00:50:06] I'm in Imperial Missouri and we're going to cook a prime rib in a 24 hour period.
[00:50:13] We're first going to sear it.
[00:50:14] I rubbed it with oil and some spices that I like.
[00:50:17] And I'm searing all four sides before we show you the next secret step.
[00:50:22] So as you can see, I'm searing all the sides, seal in that juice.
[00:50:31] And it's going to come out unbelievable.
[00:50:34] $80 worth of prime rib here you're looking at, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:50:40] Can you smell it?
[00:50:43] And we put the roast, prime rib, into a vacuum sealer.
[00:50:51] So it's going to seal it without any air.
[00:50:53] And then I'm going to show you the next step.
[00:50:58] 135.
[00:51:00] Yeah, we seasoned and seared it.
[00:51:06] Salt, pepper, salted pepper, garlic.
[00:51:11] No, quite a, not a lot, but a good amount.
[00:51:15] Okay.
[00:51:16] Did you sear it?
[00:51:17] Yes.
[00:51:18] Sealed and sealed.
[00:51:19] Seared.
[00:51:20] No, sear.
[00:51:21] Both.
[00:51:22] We sealed it and we seared it.
[00:51:32] What temperature?
[00:51:41] I'm thinking probably 160.
[00:51:43] Because we did 131 with the roast beef.
[00:51:46] Oh, that's how I was going to do it.
[00:51:48] Okay.
[00:51:48] Roast beef is six half dozen.
[00:51:50] Roast beef is the same as a prime rib without the bones.
[00:51:56] Okay.
[00:51:56] It is a prime rib without the bones.
[00:51:59] That's right.
[00:52:00] It's rib.
[00:52:00] They're all rib-eye.
[00:52:02] It's rib-eye.
[00:52:03] So as you can see, we've got the sous vide warming up.
[00:52:07] It's going to go up to about 160 degrees for 24 hours.
[00:52:11] Right, Ian?
[00:52:12] Five.
[00:52:15] How about 20 hours?
[00:52:18] Five, right?
[00:52:19] That's about right.
[00:52:21] Okay.
[00:52:22] So it's 135 for the sous vide.
[00:52:24] 135, right?
[00:52:26] Pardon?
[00:52:27] 135.
[00:52:33] We want rare.
[00:52:39] We don't want it too rare.
[00:52:41] Right.
[00:52:42] It takes 24 hours to do that.
[00:52:50] How about 20 hours?
[00:52:51] Can we do it in 20?
[00:52:56] So about 15 to 20 hours.
[00:52:58] Depends on how you want it cooked.
[00:53:00] And what do you do at the end?
[00:53:01] It will sustain that cooked temperature.
[00:53:09] That's what's killer about a sous vide.
[00:53:12] It holds the temperature.
[00:53:14] Doesn't overcook it.
[00:53:15] Okay?
[00:53:16] But once you want to serve it, the suggestion, my suggestion is that you take it out, let it rest for a minute, and then you put it under the broiler just to sear the outside.
[00:53:35] To crush it up.
[00:53:37] Which I already did.
[00:53:38] It doesn't tell you anything.
[00:53:39] No.
[00:53:42] It hasn't sous vide yet.
[00:53:44] I seared it before I sous-deed it.
[00:53:47] Hey, just hang out.
[00:53:48] We're leaving.
[00:53:49] We're done.
[00:53:50] I'll be there.
[00:53:51] Okay.
[00:53:51] Talk to you soon.
[00:53:52] When?
[00:53:53] Tomorrow.
[00:53:54] Whenever.
[00:53:55] Whenever you want.
[00:53:56] I'm here for a while.
[00:53:57] Tomorrow.
[00:53:58] Okay.
[00:53:58] Bye.
[00:53:59] It's been almost 20 hours, I think.
[00:54:04] 15 minutes.
[00:54:06] It will be 20 hours since this prime rib was in the sous vide.
[00:54:09] Now, since then, this afternoon, I made lunch.
[00:54:13] And I cut the hell out of my finger because they have this thing in Missouri.
[00:54:19] It's a candy and it's a gummy and they roll it into paper and I think they call it marijuana and it's legal here.
[00:54:26] So, I took some of that marijuana and I got stoned.
[00:54:31] And I cut my fingers.
[00:54:33] Do not cook with a sharp knife when you're stoned or drunk.
[00:54:37] Usually you have a cocktail but we're not drinking here.
[00:54:40] So, I took this stuff, marijuana and I'm feeling fantastic but my fingers don't feel too good.
[00:54:46] So, but here's the great news.
[00:54:48] The guy you saw on the phone earlier, heard, is coming over here.
[00:54:51] He's hightailing over here with a bunch of crabs.
[00:54:53] We're going to have what's called a crab boil and prime rib.
[00:54:57] It's going to be fantastic.
[00:54:59] So, I'm going to, when he gets here, I'm going to film him showing us how to do the Missourian crab boil.
[00:55:04] So, stay tuned.
[00:55:04] We're going to have some more fun in Dr. Fantastic Cooks.
[00:55:10] All right.
[00:55:10] Okay.
[00:55:10] We've got Ian who is our newest ambassador of kindness.
[00:55:14] The cheese man.
[00:55:14] I've known him for a long time but I never made him an ambassador.
[00:55:17] A cheese man?
[00:55:17] I am the cheese man.
[00:55:19] He has the cheese man.
[00:55:19] He's got the hat on.
[00:55:22] Make America great again.
[00:55:23] We will be great.
[00:55:24] We are great.
[00:55:25] We are great.
[00:55:26] We have the crab boil.
[00:55:27] So, what did you do here?
[00:55:28] What we have is, you know, a lot of people that are going to make this use fake ingredients.
[00:55:35] Right.
[00:55:35] This product is actually real andouille sausage.
[00:55:40] That's what you have to do in that taste.
[00:55:45] probably got five pounds of crab in here we're we've got ten ten corn cobs probably
[00:55:53] four pounds of potatoes all right everything should be cooked well sausage is delicious
[00:55:59] oh that's the newy man that's the louisiana special wow but if you're gonna make spicy
[00:56:04] oh yeah if you're going to make crab or you cannot cannot use kielbasa or some bogus substitute for
[00:56:15] andy right okay you have to have andy it's really what makes it you know it's hot as hell but delicious
[00:56:22] oh come on don't be a wuss and we're getting ready to throw a couple pounds of shrimp in there
[00:56:29] okay the reason the shrimp were thrown in is so they don't overcook okay yeah yeah you put it in
[00:56:34] last you gotta have lemon lemon okay so as soon as this comes up i'm heating it back up just to throw
[00:56:42] the shrimp in and then we're gonna ready to go on that okay and mikey yeah we do mikey well i found
[00:56:48] that earlier we made a prime rib in a sous vide which i have a sous vide as well they're fantastic
[00:56:55] if you know how to use them right yeah it's extraordinary food so but you have to have a
[00:57:01] vacuum shield um what what i say is don't ever trust a skinny chef i am trustworthy my man i call
[00:57:09] these billionaire bellies because all the leaders i'm not a billionaire yet okay we're working on it
[00:57:14] we'll get there yeah you know but i'm happy to be part of the part of the group fantastic let's okay

[00:57:26] well we all want to be fantastic and that just means you're going to be kind
[00:57:30] i'm kind to everybody okay no juice i'm i'm no i've squeezed most of that out prior
[00:57:36] very little juice there and there goes the shrimp well look at this nice size shrimp come on and you
[00:57:41] don't want to overcook shrimp you don't want to overcook anything that's why people overcook
[00:57:46] everything they cook precisely pork if pork is cooked correctly it should be pink pink yeah
[00:57:53] because the days of trichinosis let's not misunderstand days of trichinosis are way gone that was back in
[00:58:00] the 20s right because they didn't know how to handle food correct you know but you don't but they
[00:58:05] overcook vegetables they overcook everything it's just ridiculous everything everything it's just
[00:58:10] terrible look at that big pot of uh delicious crab oil and then real deal and that's we're gonna
[00:58:16] uh ian's gonna be the carver on the prime because you let it rest a little bit right after you take
[00:58:21] it out oh no we're gonna see it again right you said we're gonna see it one more time i see it
[00:58:25] once in my opinion they just throw it under the boiler to crust it up a little bit and then i think
[00:58:31] you've crusted i think we should i think we should cruss it up a little bit i agree and great to have

[01:00:42] you did it could have time
[01:00:44] have you ever seen hangover man
[01:00:46] obviously a sear is very very hot
[01:00:49] and this is going to give it a little crunchy outside texture to it
[01:00:53] we're gonna sear all sides
[01:00:56] we're gonna sear all sides
[01:00:58] all four sides
[01:00:59] i wouldn't turn it yet
