[00:00:00] This podcast is brought to you by the Down The Middle Podcast and by the Foundation for World Harmony.

[00:00:10] Come with me to discover the transformative power of kindness and the joy it brings.

[00:00:17] Join me as we explore every Monday morning simple yet profound ways to elevate your happiness one gesture at a time.

[00:00:30] Oh wow! Fantastic baby dance!

[00:00:57] Fantastic day! I hope your last week was a happy week. I hope you're happy today and if not after watching this these next two interviews and my cooking episode I think you'll be happier.

[00:01:10] You know that's what we're here for to be happy. This is the Complete Guide to Happiness episode number 12 and the I've had some fantastic interviews.

[00:01:21] I'm just so happy to have this community of now 10,100 Ambassadors of Kindness around the world and now in 144 countries.

[00:01:37] The Equatorial Guinea was the last one to join. So it's all about happiness. You've got to make yourself happy.

[00:01:46] I'm going to try. I could lead you the way, but you've got to decide for yourself that you're going to be happy.

[00:01:52] And so I've got to start, I've got a few quotes. This one is from Wiz Khalifa. I have no idea who that is, but he's obviously someone of note.

[00:02:02] And you don't need too many people to be happy. Just a few real ones who appreciate you for who you are.

[00:02:11] And you've got to love yourself first and foremost if you're going to be happy.

[00:02:17] You've got to love yourself. Respect yourself.

[00:02:23] If you don't love yourself, who's going to love you? And without love, it's going to be tough to be happy.

[00:02:28] I think Ellen DeGeneres said the key to happiness is being happy by yourself and for yourself.

[00:02:35] Do the same note of note. So stay tuned for these two fantastic interviews.

[00:02:43] Okafor is our director in Nigeria and Muhammad is our new director in Pakistan.

[00:02:53] Now, the goal to spread happiness throughout the world is to tell everyone about the, about kindness.

[00:03:04] Because kindness leads to happiness.

[00:03:06] The three commitments to kindness solve all mankind's problems.

[00:03:11] The first, hardest, most important is be kind to yourself.

[00:03:14] Second, be kind to all others. It's the golden rule.

[00:03:17] And third, be kind to Mother Earth.

[00:03:19] And if we all follow those three commitments, we're going to, it's going to be a happy place.

[00:03:25] Like McDonald's. The happy place to go to.

[00:03:30] So, you know, these, these podcasts and my 2,100 videos on Be Fantastic YouTube are never scripted.

[00:03:38] It's me talking from the heart. Sometimes I'll repeat myself.

[00:03:41] I apologize for that. But it's just, I'm just a one guy in the eight billion that has a plan.

[00:03:49] Because I'm upset with the insanity of humanity. And it's leading us down a path of greed.

[00:03:56] It's all about greed. And that's a shame. That, that greed is destroying the world.

[00:04:03] It's, it's, greed is profitable. It creates wars. Wars are profitable.

[00:04:09] Poverty is profitable.

[00:04:11] Poverty is profitable.

[00:04:12] Diabetes is profitable. Cancer is profitable.

[00:04:18] COVID was profitable.

[00:04:19] There's a lot of things that are profitable, but they're not good for mankind.

[00:04:22] So, uh, this guide to happiness might change a few people's lives.

[00:04:29] Might open their eyes to how important kindness is.

[00:04:32] This last week I released the, um, kindness class curriculum, which I, um, asking children, parents, teachers, anyone that wants to help to read these, uh, read the curriculum to the group, to the class.

[00:04:52] Of course, the global kindness pledge will change the world.

[00:04:58] Repeat after me.

[00:05:00] I pledge to be kind to and love myself.

[00:05:03] You feel the power of that power of words.

[00:05:06] Words matter.

[00:05:07] Words can make you happy.

[00:05:08] Words can make you sad.

[00:05:10] I pledge to be kind to and strive to love all others.

[00:05:13] Second commitment.

[00:05:14] I pledge to be kind to love and respect our mother earth.

[00:05:19] We are all fantastic.

[00:05:21] You are fantastic.

[00:05:21] I am fantastic.

[00:05:23] Let's make a fantastic world.

[00:05:25] Like subscribe and share this program.

[00:05:27] Uh, the interviews are off the chart.

[00:05:29] Uh, they're, they're all ambassadors of kindness that you'll be meeting on, on this, um, on this podcast.

[00:05:36] And I invite you to be on this, on this podcast.

[00:05:39] We all have a great story.

[00:05:41] We all have a fantastic story.

[00:05:44] And, you know, sharing is caring.

[00:05:46] Caring is kindness.

[00:05:47] Kindness leads to happiness.

[00:05:48] And this is the complete guide to happiness.

[00:05:51] So I hope you're doing things that make you happy.

[00:05:54] First and foremost.

[00:05:56] And you'd be surprised.

[00:05:57] Making you happy will make other people happy.

[00:05:59] Because you can't make anyone else happy unless you're happy.

[00:06:03] Does that make any sense?

[00:06:04] Am I making any sense?

[00:06:05] Am I getting through to you?

[00:06:06] So, uh, without further ado, let's, let's meet our two, uh, uh, interviews.

[00:06:12] For the day.

[00:06:14] You know, uh, not everyone gets, uh, my mission.

[00:06:20] You know, the kindness revolution.

[00:06:22] But when they do like, uh, Muhammad and Okafor and many, many, many others, they become admin.

[00:06:29] And then from admin, they become a director.

[00:06:31] And from director.

[00:06:35] Sorry about that.

[00:06:37] Let me, let me, um, how do you stop this thing?

[00:06:43] I have a slide for you.

[00:06:44] Anyway, I will.

[00:06:46] Oh, that's a manual.

[00:06:46] So, okay.

[00:06:48] So let's, let's not take that right now.

[00:06:52] Let's get to the show.

[00:06:54] That's what you're here for.

[00:06:54] So stay tuned for some cooking and some great interviews.

[00:07:00] I've got a guest here with a fantastic smile.

[00:07:03] His name is Okafor and he's coming from life from Inugu, Nigeria.

[00:07:08] What's happening in Inugu, my friend?

[00:07:12] Oh, uh, it's amazing.

[00:07:14] Everywhere is cool.

[00:07:15] Just that our politicians are really not trying at all.

[00:07:19] Okay.

[00:07:20] Our leaders are bad.

[00:07:22] So you're in Nigeria, which is one of the biggest economies in the world.

[00:07:28] Oh, that, that, they are the biggest economy, but we are suffering.

[00:07:34] We're all suffering, my friend.

[00:07:37] Okay.

[00:07:37] So my first question to you as my guest is how do you define happiness?

[00:07:46] Happiness is a choice.

[00:07:50] It's a personal journey.

[00:07:54] Happiness has to do with loving yourself.

[00:07:58] Despite the hurdles around you, making a choice to be, to be who you are.

[00:08:03] Be kind to yourself.

[00:08:06] Just be fantastic.

[00:08:07] That is happiness.

[00:08:08] It's a choice.

[00:08:10] And what did you do today to be happy?

[00:08:13] Oh, I do what I love.

[00:08:15] That's fantastic.

[00:08:16] So, um, you know, we have an audience that are watching and, um, this is the complete guide

[00:08:22] to happiness.

[00:08:23] So, uh, I guess what makes you happy is, um, you're an entrepreneur, which is a fantastic

[00:08:29] thing to be because very creative entrepreneurs don't have fear.

[00:08:33] They, they tackle things and they love things.

[00:08:36] Well, tell us about being an entrepreneur in Nugu.

[00:08:39] Yeah.

[00:08:40] I will speak being an entrepreneur practically.

[00:08:42] It's not easy.

[00:08:44] Being a young entrepreneur is a challenging one.

[00:08:48] I began as an entrepreneur.

[00:08:51] Um, when I was 19 years, it wasn't easy, no background, no finance, no funding, only my

[00:09:01] vision and my dreams that kept me going.

[00:09:05] Despite all the hurdles, I thought myself, I'm going to go there.

[00:09:10] It's not, it's not easy being an entrepreneur in our environment whereby assessing funding

[00:09:17] for your dreams is extremely difficult.

[00:09:21] So, but with tenacity, with persistency, I kept going to this level.

[00:09:28] Today, my company is global.

[00:09:32] We're still growing.

[00:09:33] We're still growing, but we are not where we should be.

[00:09:36] So, there is a lot of difference.

[00:09:38] So, tell us about your company and your passion.

[00:09:43] Okay.

[00:09:43] My passion.

[00:09:44] I love to teach.

[00:09:46] I love teaching.

[00:09:48] I love to be kind.

[00:09:49] I'm, I am empathetic.

[00:09:52] I love to see people smile.

[00:09:53] I want them to become happy.

[00:09:55] I want them to become successful.

[00:09:58] So, I started my company name.

[00:10:01] The name of my company is GCDC, which means.

[00:10:06] Global Changers Development Communication, Nigeria Limited.

[00:10:11] It's a legitimate company.

[00:10:13] It's incorporated here in Nigeria.

[00:10:15] It's a limited liability company.

[00:10:18] And then we offer people the right knowledge they need to excel.

[00:10:22] It is an interesting company.

[00:10:25] The company of the 21st and the 22nd century.

[00:10:30] The company that's there to provide people with the right knowledge.

[00:10:34] You know, AI is improving on a daily basis.

[00:10:40] Robots is increasing.

[00:10:41] And the more robots increase.

[00:10:45] That shows you that human power is going to decrease.

[00:10:50] So, that's bounce a, a, a, a, a, a pressure in some people to develop, to innovate, to think outside the boss.

[00:10:59] If you want to become valuable in the future, you've got to have something to offer.

[00:11:05] And people don't have this knowledge.

[00:11:08] So, in GCDC, we want to make sure that people have the right knowledge they need to excel.

[00:11:13] We also offer book writing and publication.

[00:11:17] We love authors.

[00:11:19] We want to have authors to author more books.

[00:11:23] It's a nice thing to be able to share your knowledge.

[00:11:26] And that's in writing books, you know, and making videos and doing what I'm doing.

[00:11:31] You know, spreading the three commitments to kindness.

[00:11:35] So, take us through what an author would do.

[00:11:38] Because I have a few people, including myself, that want to publish another book or a book.

[00:11:44] What's the process?

[00:11:47] Of writing a book?

[00:11:49] To publish a book.

[00:11:51] I've written a book.

[00:11:52] What do I do now?

[00:11:54] Thank you.

[00:11:55] Is the book written?

[00:11:56] That is the first thing.

[00:11:58] Yes.

[00:11:59] Is it written already?

[00:12:00] Well, I sent you my book.

[00:12:03] Okay.

[00:12:04] Now, to publish your book, we need an ISBN number.

[00:12:08] ISBN number.

[00:12:09] You are going to provide it.

[00:12:11] They are in US.

[00:12:13] You are going to go to the library.

[00:12:14] And apply for ISBN number.

[00:12:18] Now, with this, your ISBN number will help you and publish your book for you.

[00:12:22] If you want the fiscal copy, no problem.

[00:12:25] If you want the PDF, no problem.

[00:12:29] But the most important thing is the ISBN number.

[00:12:31] It's very important.

[00:12:32] Right, right.

[00:12:33] That's how they track it.

[00:12:35] You said?

[00:12:36] That's how they track the book, the ISBN number, or sell the book.

[00:12:40] You are going to provide it there in US.

[00:12:43] Send it to us.

[00:12:44] We can insert it in a book for you.

[00:12:47] Right.

[00:12:47] We can write you and arrange it chapters by chapters.

[00:12:50] Make it more professional, more amazing, more fantastic to read.

[00:12:56] Right.

[00:12:57] And then we can help you and publish it on Amazon, on eBay, and other ones.

[00:13:03] It's not costly.

[00:13:05] Great.

[00:13:07] Because a lot of people, you know, as a philosopher, I always say the more you know, the easier

[00:13:14] your life is and the more valuable you are to others.

[00:13:18] Do you have a skill set, you know about publishing, and you're helping people attain their dreams

[00:13:26] on sharing their knowledge in a book?

[00:13:28] That's fantastic.

[00:13:29] And your books, do you have a specialty niche?

[00:13:34] Fiction, non-fiction?

[00:13:38] Every book, both fiction and non-fiction.

[00:13:40] I have a magazine, journal, any book author will do that.

[00:13:44] So you must be a reader.

[00:13:46] What kind of books do you like to read?

[00:13:48] Oh man, I read versatile books.

[00:13:51] I read a lot.

[00:13:53] I've read over 400 books.

[00:13:56] That's a lot of books.

[00:13:57] Do you read them online mostly?

[00:14:00] No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

[00:14:02] I bought them.

[00:14:03] Bought them?

[00:14:05] I bought them.

[00:14:06] I have a library.

[00:14:07] So you have a library.

[00:14:08] That's fantastic.

[00:14:10] Yes.

[00:14:12] What's your native language in Nigeria?

[00:14:16] I'm Igbo in Nigeria.

[00:14:19] I'm Igbo.

[00:14:20] Igbo.

[00:14:21] That's the language.

[00:14:23] Yes.

[00:14:23] Yes.

[00:14:24] So you read the books in Igbo?

[00:14:26] No, no, no, no, no.

[00:14:27] I read in English and Igbo as well.

[00:14:31] Tell me about your city, Igbo.

[00:14:33] What is it famous for?

[00:14:35] Anyway, it's known for business.

[00:14:38] We have raw materials.

[00:14:41] We have natural materials.

[00:14:42] We have gold.

[00:14:43] We have coal.

[00:14:45] We have fuel.

[00:14:48] About there.

[00:14:49] So we have raw materials there.

[00:14:52] So people come out to mine these raw materials, you know, for something important.

[00:14:57] It's not just for business.

[00:15:00] It's practically business there.

[00:15:01] Well, I want to visit Africa.

[00:15:05] Today I heard it's very difficult and expensive to get visas.

[00:15:09] Is this true?

[00:15:12] It's true because of the new presidency is making things difficult.

[00:15:18] A lot of reshuffling in the system.

[00:15:21] A lot of policies, new policies are coming on boards, making things frustrating.

[00:15:27] But no matter what, we are unstoppable.

[00:15:29] Well, I need to get to the president and get permission to tour Nigeria and talk to the

[00:15:35] schools about kindness.

[00:15:37] Talk to, you know, the churches if you want, you know, talk to the people because we need

[00:15:43] more kindness in the world, as you know.

[00:15:46] Yeah, when you are coming to Nigeria, we are going to meet face to face.

[00:15:50] Yes, but it's going to be an amazing opportunity to meet with you.

[00:15:55] But I have to get a visa.

[00:15:59] Yes.

[00:16:01] I will make some inquiries on how to get a visa from there to here.

[00:16:06] Okay.

[00:16:06] And I'll get back to you on the other one.

[00:16:08] Tell them it's to Nigeria's advantage that I visit Nigeria.

[00:16:15] Well, it's going to be a lot of advantage.

[00:16:18] You know, I mean, as you know, we have over 10,000 ambassadors of kindness.

[00:16:25] You're Ambassador 9848, you joined recently.

[00:16:29] What are you getting from our philosophy, our kindness revolution?

[00:16:34] I've gotten a lot, a lot.

[00:16:38] I've gotten a lot, a lot, a lot.

[00:16:41] It's immeasurable.

[00:16:43] I've gotten a lot.

[00:16:45] My thinking has expanded.

[00:16:50] You know, my thought has increased.

[00:16:53] And sooner, my net worth will also increase.

[00:16:57] Right.

[00:16:58] And I would hope that if our current director in Nigeria doesn't fulfill his obligation to expand the presence in Nigeria,

[00:17:11] I would hope that one day you might be the director in Nigeria.

[00:17:15] Right now, you're helping out.

[00:17:17] I noticed today you sent a couple different groups.

[00:17:20] You're in like, what, eight different groups of ours?

[00:17:23] Yes.

[00:17:24] Yes.

[00:17:24] Yeah.

[00:17:24] We need a city in every, in Nigeria, we need every city to have a WhatsApp group.

[00:17:34] Yes, it's possible.

[00:17:36] It's possible.

[00:17:37] It's possible.

[00:17:38] But you know, it's not going to work overnight.

[00:17:40] But you know, it's a good point because Nigeria is very much populated.

[00:17:42] Nigeria has 36 states.

[00:17:45] And each of these states has local governments under them.

[00:17:49] So each of the states in Nigeria has millions of people living inside.

[00:17:54] Nigeria is a country with over 210 million people inside.

[00:17:59] Well, you know, unfortunately, Nigeria has a bad reputation, at least in America, because of scammers.

[00:18:08] And my hopes are that when I tour Nigeria, I'll show how beautiful the country is.

[00:18:13] I'll show how beautiful the people are.

[00:18:15] And there's, you know, we have scammers in America too.

[00:18:17] They have criminals all around the world.

[00:18:19] And if people just follow the three commitments, we won't have lying, stealing, cheating, arguing, fighting, bullying, killing, wars, violence, pollution, all the bad things man does.

[00:18:31] So I love the fact that you're, a lot of people don't get it, the Be Fantastic philosophy as quickly as you did.

[00:18:40] And maybe I'm explaining it better because a lot of people are really getting involved.

[00:18:46] We're not asking for money.

[00:18:48] We're not.

[00:18:49] All we're doing, and you know, that's the problem with it because it's free.

[00:18:53] People don't respect free.

[00:18:54] So I'm on a mission for a kinder world.

[00:18:58] And, you know, the more people like you, Akafor, that understand the importance of kindness, the better the world will be.

[00:19:08] And if we can publish this book together, I've got the book cover, by the way.

[00:19:13] I don't know if I showed it to you.

[00:19:15] Here's the back story real quick.

[00:19:17] So basically, I was Santa Claus about five years ago for my grandkids.

[00:19:23] And some companies saw me and they hired me and paid me a lot of money to be Santa Claus.

[00:19:29] I don't do things for money, but it was very, very rewarding because when you're a Santa Claus, you're like God.

[00:19:36] I mean, the kids love you.

[00:19:37] Everyone else respects you.

[00:19:39] And it's really phenomenal.

[00:19:40] So my accountant said, why don't you write a book called How to Be a Good Santa?

[00:19:45] Well, as you know, I don't like the word good.

[00:19:48] I think everyone should replace the word good with fantastic because it's got more energy, more positivity, more kindness, more love in it.

[00:19:54] So I write the book cover is called How to Be a Fantastic Santa Claus.

[00:19:59] But Santa's crossed off and it says person, because I don't know if you're a father or not, but all the fathers in the world are Santa Claus's because they're giving gifts to their children at Christmas.

[00:20:12] So it's a, what do you call it?

[00:20:18] What's the word for it?

[00:20:19] Analogy.

[00:20:20] You know, we have Santa in us.

[00:20:23] So I think the book could be a, I know the book would be very helpful if people read it.

[00:20:28] How much have you read of it so far?

[00:20:30] I've read 40 pages, 40 pages.

[00:20:33] 400 pages?

[00:20:36] 40, 40.

[00:20:37] 40 pages.

[00:20:38] Okay.

[00:20:39] Well, that's 10% of the book.

[00:20:44] Last night, just last night, I read 40 pages.

[00:20:47] Okay.

[00:20:47] So keep this in mind.

[00:20:50] When you're reading the book, imagine this.

[00:20:52] As you know, every day I put out motivational quotes, right?

[00:20:56] You like them, right?

[00:20:59] From famous people.

[00:21:00] I like to see if every page or every other page has a little box inside and has one of the quotes from Abraham Lincoln or Marcus Aurelius or, you know, those famous people.

[00:21:13] So I'd like to see a lot of those quotes in the book as well.

[00:21:17] Because the book is all about positivity.

[00:21:19] Being kind to yourself, being kind to others, being kind to Mother Earth.

[00:21:23] If everyone does all that, they're fantastic people.

[00:21:27] Yes, yes, yes.

[00:21:28] I don't know if you know it, but fantastic is defined in the dictionary as unimaginably great and beautiful.

[00:21:36] So as an example, you're not a good publisher.

[00:21:39] You're a fantastic publisher.

[00:21:42] You know?

[00:21:44] Yeah, I love that.

[00:21:45] Thank you.

[00:21:46] Thank you.

[00:21:46] Throw away the word good, everybody.

[00:21:48] Anyone who's listening, throw away the word good and replace it with fantastic.

[00:21:53] It makes you smile, which releases endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.

[00:21:57] The smile makes you look and feel fantastic.

[00:22:00] It's an amazing word.

[00:22:02] And I have now what's called, I don't know if you saw it or not, I call it the fantastic challenge.

[00:22:09] Everyone listening, for the next 30 days, three times a day, out loud, say, I am fantastic.

[00:22:17] It's called manifestation.

[00:22:19] Now, conversely, you can say out loud three times a day, I'm a loser, and that's what you'll be.

[00:22:25] Because it's called manifestation.

[00:22:26] If you say you're fantastic, if you say you're beautiful, if you say you're happy, if you say you're incredible, you will be those things.

[00:22:36] Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[00:22:38] Trying to get people to do so.

[00:22:39] I want you as well, Al Koper, three times a day, say, I am fantastic.

[00:22:44] Try it right now.

[00:22:45] I'm fantastic.

[00:22:46] See how it feels?

[00:22:48] I am fantastic.

[00:22:49] I know.

[00:22:50] I am fantastic.

[00:22:52] You are fantastic.

[00:22:55] And now another thing, Al Koper, very important in these groups that you're sharing information, we've got to try to get to the children to recite the Global Kindness Pledge.

[00:23:06] Now, repeat after me.

[00:23:08] I pledge to be kind to.

[00:23:11] I pledge to be kind to you.

[00:23:13] And love myself.

[00:23:15] And love myself.

[00:23:16] I pledge to be kind to.

[00:23:19] I pledge to be kind to.

[00:23:21] And strive to love all others.

[00:23:24] And strive to love everyone others.

[00:23:27] That's right.

[00:23:27] I pledge to be kind to.

[00:23:30] I pledge to be kind to.

[00:23:32] Love and respect our Mother Earth.

[00:23:35] Love and respect our Mother Earth.

[00:23:38] We are all fantastic.

[00:23:40] We are all fantastic.

[00:23:42] We are all fantastic.

[00:23:42] You are fantastic.

[00:23:44] You are fantastic.

[00:23:46] I am fantastic.

[00:23:47] I am fantastic.

[00:23:49] Do you feel the power of that?

[00:23:51] Yeah.

[00:23:52] I do.

[00:23:52] It's not political.

[00:23:53] It's not commercial.

[00:23:55] It's not religious.

[00:24:03] It's not religious.

[00:24:27] It's not political climate.

[00:24:27] The three commitments.

[00:24:29] In this book that you are going to help me with.

[00:24:32] It has to be.

[00:24:33] It really come out strong.

[00:24:35] Because that's the essence of the book.

[00:24:37] The three commitments to kindness.

[00:24:38] To be a fantastic person.

[00:24:41] The three commitments to kindness.

[00:24:43] The three commitments to kindness.

[00:24:43] Which I'm calling as you know now.

[00:24:45] The kindness revolution.

[00:24:47] We are you and me.

[00:24:49] And all your people in your groups.

[00:24:51] Are the kindness revolution.

[00:24:54] Of course.

[00:24:54] Some of them.

[00:24:55] You know.

[00:24:55] You know the good news I have.

[00:24:57] Some people chat me privately.

[00:24:59] And say Mr. Franklin.

[00:25:00] This is amazing.

[00:25:02] The philosophy is interesting.

[00:25:03] I was like wow.

[00:25:05] Some volunteer to be an admin.

[00:25:06] I don't know if they chat you.

[00:25:08] Some of them are going to be an admin to this fantastic philosophy.

[00:25:10] I love it.

[00:25:11] Some of them chat me.

[00:25:13] And say wow.

[00:25:14] That thank you for adding me to this group.

[00:25:15] Thank you for adding me to this group.

[00:25:17] I said thanks to Dr. Fantastic.

[00:25:20] He's the founder.

[00:25:21] He's a great mom.

[00:25:23] Well you know.

[00:25:25] A lot of people don't get it.

[00:25:27] And that's okay.

[00:25:29] We can't.

[00:25:29] You know.

[00:25:29] A lot of people weren't educated.

[00:25:31] But.

[00:25:32] I want to hear people say like you.

[00:25:34] How can I help?

[00:25:35] Because a lot of the poor people.

[00:25:37] A lot of the ignorant people.

[00:25:38] They'll actually say.

[00:25:40] What's in it for me.

[00:25:41] To be part of this organization.

[00:25:43] To be kind.

[00:25:45] And to me that's a crazy question.

[00:25:46] Because if you don't realize.

[00:25:48] That being kind to others.

[00:25:50] Comes back at you.

[00:25:51] Multi-fold.

[00:25:53] I think three-fold.

[00:25:55] Then you're just.

[00:25:56] You know.

[00:25:56] Well you're not.

[00:25:57] You're not going to be part of our community.

[00:25:59] That's for sure.

[00:26:00] So we're building.

[00:26:01] A community.

[00:26:03] And you know.

[00:26:04] Nigeria.

[00:26:05] Has millions of people.

[00:26:06] And the world.

[00:26:07] Has billions of people.

[00:26:09] So.

[00:26:10] Once.

[00:26:10] You know.

[00:26:10] A journey of a thousand miles.

[00:26:12] Begins with.

[00:26:13] But a single step.

[00:26:14] So one step at a time.

[00:26:15] One person at a time.

[00:26:17] Today.

[00:26:18] We are at.

[00:26:19] One thousand.

[00:26:19] Ten thousand.

[00:26:20] Ninety four.

[00:26:21] Probably by the end of the day.

[00:26:22] We'll be at.

[00:26:23] Ten thousand.

[00:26:24] One hundred.

[00:26:24] One person at a time.

[00:26:26] One.

[00:26:26] Some people.

[00:26:27] Get in.

[00:26:27] And they say.

[00:26:28] That's not for me.

[00:26:28] Or.

[00:26:29] They don't have the bandwidth.

[00:26:30] Or they just.

[00:26:31] Whatever.

[00:26:32] We can't help everybody.

[00:26:35] Not everybody's going to read my book.

[00:26:37] Not everybody's going to be.

[00:26:38] Going to read your books.

[00:26:39] Obviously.

[00:26:40] But.

[00:26:41] We can just keep trying.

[00:26:42] Keep trying to be kind.

[00:26:44] They need a fantastic philosophy.

[00:26:47] You know the truth.

[00:26:48] Tell me.

[00:26:49] Tell me.

[00:26:49] My small role.

[00:26:51] My small role says.

[00:26:53] Our world needs to be fantastic.

[00:26:56] My small role says.

[00:26:58] Our world needs to be fantastic.

[00:27:00] And if our leaders.

[00:27:01] Can have this fantastic philosophy.

[00:27:03] It will help.

[00:27:04] In the politics.

[00:27:06] It will help.

[00:27:08] In the government.

[00:27:09] I know.

[00:27:10] So.

[00:27:11] You know.

[00:27:11] One day.

[00:27:13] Hopefully one day soon.

[00:27:15] Maybe a celebrity.

[00:27:17] Gets a hold of this.

[00:27:19] And wants to help.

[00:27:20] Maybe a politician.

[00:27:22] Gets a hold of this.

[00:27:23] It's basically.

[00:27:24] The world's best kept secret.

[00:27:26] Right now.

[00:27:27] 10,000 people.

[00:27:29] Or actually.

[00:27:30] Probably.

[00:27:30] I would say.

[00:27:30] Probably about 300,000 people.

[00:27:32] Know.

[00:27:33] Of it.

[00:27:34] But only 10,000 are ambassadors.

[00:27:36] That are in groups.

[00:27:37] And a lot of people.

[00:27:38] You don't have to be.

[00:27:39] Have a phone.

[00:27:39] To be in the group.

[00:27:40] We have over.

[00:27:42] 300.

[00:27:42] In.

[00:27:44] In Uganda.

[00:27:45] We have over 300.

[00:27:47] Orphans.

[00:27:47] They don't have phones.

[00:27:49] But.

[00:27:49] They're following the three commitments to kindness.

[00:27:52] So.

[00:27:52] They're on the list.

[00:27:53] Everyone who's an ambassador.

[00:27:55] Gets on.

[00:27:57] Worldkindnesslist.com

[00:27:58] And on that website.

[00:28:00] Are videos.

[00:28:01] Explaining.

[00:28:02] How to be kind to yourself.

[00:28:04] How to be kind to others.

[00:28:05] How to be kind to the planet.

[00:28:07] And I could talk for hours.

[00:28:09] On all those three subjects.

[00:28:10] And you know.

[00:28:11] One of the things.

[00:28:11] Being kind to yourself.

[00:28:13] Reading.

[00:28:14] Educating yourself.

[00:28:17] Education is free.

[00:28:19] It's the internet.

[00:28:21] And people think.

[00:28:22] They have to go to a college.

[00:28:23] To get a degree.

[00:28:24] By the way.

[00:28:25] Everyone listening.

[00:28:26] And you too.

[00:28:27] Cooper.

[00:28:28] I don't know if you saw my post.

[00:28:29] On e-learning.

[00:28:30] One of my ambassadors.

[00:28:32] In.

[00:28:33] In Egypt.

[00:28:34] Created a platform.

[00:28:36] Called e-learning.

[00:28:37] And all.

[00:28:37] You don't need to go.

[00:28:38] Have you gone to college.

[00:28:39] You don't need a degree.

[00:28:40] All you need.

[00:28:41] Is an expertise.

[00:28:43] In what you're.

[00:28:45] Good at.

[00:28:46] Or what you're fantastic at.

[00:28:48] Now.

[00:28:48] If you.

[00:28:49] You can actually.

[00:28:50] And it doesn't cost anything to join.

[00:28:52] It's a rev share.

[00:28:54] You charge by a class.

[00:28:55] You can have a.

[00:28:56] Structured.

[00:28:58] Videos.

[00:28:58] Or you can do it live.

[00:29:00] I think I'm going to do mine live.

[00:29:01] Life coaching.

[00:29:03] And they take a little piece of it.

[00:29:05] And the students don't only pay for what they're.

[00:29:07] Taking classes on.

[00:29:09] It's a brilliant.

[00:29:10] Platform.

[00:29:10] It's called e-learning.

[00:29:12] And maybe I'll put a link here.

[00:29:13] In the description.

[00:29:15] But it's available to.

[00:29:16] What I'm trying to do is help all my ambassadors.

[00:29:19] I'm going to try to help you.

[00:29:20] As a publisher.

[00:29:22] Because you're in business.

[00:29:23] It's a fantastic group.

[00:29:24] I try to help everybody.

[00:29:26] And we have lots and lots of NGOs and charities.

[00:29:29] In the organization.

[00:29:30] They're all listed.

[00:29:31] At the foundation for world harmony.org.

[00:29:34] And you know.

[00:29:35] We just got to keep plugging away.

[00:29:37] And telling people.

[00:29:39] Be kind.

[00:29:40] Those two words save the planet.

[00:29:42] Be kind.

[00:29:44] Be kind.

[00:29:44] Be kind.

[00:29:46] That's amazing.

[00:29:47] How do you say be kind in e-book.

[00:29:52] In e-book.

[00:29:54] Can I speak it up?

[00:29:55] Yeah.

[00:29:55] In e-book.

[00:29:55] How do you say it?

[00:29:57] Okay.

[00:29:58] Derofema.

[00:30:00] Derofema.

[00:30:01] Derofema.

[00:30:05] Diri ofema.

[00:30:06] Dili ofema.

[00:30:08] Yes.

[00:30:09] Dili ofema.

[00:30:11] Yes.

[00:30:12] Okay.

[00:30:14] You know.

[00:30:15] The more you know.

[00:30:16] The easier your life is.

[00:30:17] And the more valuable you'll be to others.

[00:30:20] Yeah.

[00:30:20] So read books.

[00:30:21] Write books.

[00:30:24] Educate others.

[00:30:26] Yeah.

[00:30:28] Educate others.

[00:30:30] You know.

[00:30:31] Many people are ignorant.

[00:30:34] Yes.

[00:30:36] Many people.

[00:30:38] Yes.

[00:30:41] I.

[00:30:41] You know what I call it.

[00:30:42] I call it the insanity.

[00:30:44] Of humanity.

[00:30:46] People.

[00:30:47] Are.

[00:30:48] You know.

[00:30:48] We have lots of fancy machines.

[00:30:51] Spaceships.

[00:30:52] Space stations.

[00:30:54] Technologies.

[00:30:55] But.

[00:30:56] The essence of life.

[00:30:57] We're missing out on.

[00:30:58] Because.

[00:30:58] There's too much greed in the world.

[00:31:00] Greed causes wars.

[00:31:02] Greed.

[00:31:03] I want to share a story with you.

[00:31:06] Yes.

[00:31:06] Please.

[00:31:07] I read a book.

[00:31:08] Zero to one.

[00:31:10] Zero to one.

[00:31:10] The author is Peter Thiel.

[00:31:13] The founder of LinkedIn and PayPal.

[00:31:16] On the pages of the book.

[00:31:18] The man says.

[00:31:20] The essence of humanity.

[00:31:22] Is missing.

[00:31:24] Technologies.

[00:31:26] Are.

[00:31:27] Coming up.

[00:31:27] On a daily basis.

[00:31:28] On a daily basis.

[00:31:29] But there is.

[00:31:30] Only one thing.

[00:31:31] That is still missing.

[00:31:33] And that is the impactation of humanity.

[00:31:37] That humanity.

[00:31:38] I'm lacking in knowledge.

[00:31:40] So companies that will be established on that.

[00:31:43] Will last long.

[00:31:45] They won't be affected by the growth of AI.

[00:31:47] I said.

[00:31:49] Wow.

[00:31:49] That's amazing.

[00:31:51] And you are saying something here.

[00:31:54] James Allen have said it.

[00:31:56] If you read.

[00:31:57] From poverty.

[00:31:58] To prosperity.

[00:32:00] Or as a man thinker.

[00:32:01] He says it.

[00:32:03] The insanity of humanity.

[00:32:05] Because.

[00:32:05] Many people don't know what they're supposed to know.

[00:32:09] Exactly.

[00:32:10] I don't know.

[00:32:12] I ask people to be curious.

[00:32:16] Just want to know how everything works.

[00:32:18] Want to know what's going on.

[00:32:19] I think it's important.

[00:32:20] So today I looked up a quote.

[00:32:22] About kindness.

[00:32:25] From Africa.

[00:32:27] And there's a famous saying in Africa.

[00:32:29] That goes like this.

[00:32:31] A person.

[00:32:33] Is a person.

[00:32:34] Because of other people.

[00:32:36] Have you ever heard of that quote.

[00:32:38] In Africa.

[00:32:39] Yeah.

[00:32:39] Yeah.

[00:32:39] I've heard about it.

[00:32:40] What do you know about that quote.

[00:32:42] That's interesting to me.

[00:32:43] People.

[00:32:45] If there is no other.

[00:32:46] There will be a prison.

[00:32:47] Two things.

[00:32:48] Is involved.

[00:32:49] Two things.

[00:32:50] The prisoner.

[00:32:52] And the person in the prison.

[00:32:55] The prisoner.

[00:32:56] Is ignorance.

[00:32:58] That's what makes him to be there.

[00:33:00] The person who is.

[00:33:03] The master.

[00:33:04] don't want the prisoner to know

[00:33:06] what he needs to know

[00:33:08] because his knowledge will

[00:33:10] leverage him from that prison.

[00:33:12] Right, exactly.

[00:33:14] You got it? So a prison

[00:33:16] is because of other people.

[00:33:18] Because of other people. And

[00:33:20] this, my company, one of our

[00:33:22] goals, one of our goals

[00:33:25] in this company is

[00:33:26] to leverage people

[00:33:28] from slavery.

[00:33:31] Mental slavery,

[00:33:33] emotional slavery,

[00:33:34] and otherwise,

[00:33:36] many people are under slavery.

[00:33:38] Knowingly and unknowingly.

[00:33:40] I agree completely.

[00:33:42] And it's the greed

[00:33:44] that keeps humanity

[00:33:46] enslaved.

[00:33:48] Greed.

[00:33:49] It's a horrible, horrible thing.

[00:33:51] I think it's the worst word in the world.

[00:33:53] It's the worst

[00:33:57] thing that

[00:33:58] mankind does, is to be greedy.

[00:34:00] It's horrible.

[00:34:02] The worst, you're right.

[00:34:03] The worst thing.

[00:34:04] I agree with you.

[00:34:06] And fantastic's the best word.

[00:34:09] Yeah.

[00:34:09] If you're fantastic,

[00:34:11] you will not think of greediness.

[00:34:13] Exactly.

[00:34:14] So here's what am I saying.

[00:34:15] I don't know if you heard this or not.

[00:34:17] Fantastic people

[00:34:19] don't lie, steal, cheat,

[00:34:21] fight, or kill.

[00:34:22] You can agree with that.

[00:34:23] But if you must lie,

[00:34:26] if you must lie,

[00:34:27] lie next to someone that you love.

[00:34:29] If you must steal,

[00:34:31] steal away from bad company.

[00:34:33] If you must cheat,

[00:34:34] cheat death.

[00:34:35] If you must fight,

[00:34:37] fight tyranny.

[00:34:38] And if you must kill,

[00:34:39] kill a bad habit.

[00:34:40] That's the only time you should lie,

[00:34:42] steal, cheat, fight, or kill.

[00:34:45] Wow.

[00:34:47] I'm empowered today.

[00:34:49] I'm empowered.

[00:34:50] Well, that's what I'm trying to do.

[00:34:52] Empower the world to follow two words.

[00:34:56] Two words save humanity

[00:34:58] from what I call the insanity of humanity.

[00:35:01] I thought I coined it,

[00:35:02] but probably didn't.

[00:35:03] And that's be kind.

[00:35:05] Two simple words.

[00:35:07] But you know,

[00:35:07] we have the Ten Commandments.

[00:35:09] We have a lot of religious people out there.

[00:35:11] And most can't remember the Ten Commandments.

[00:35:13] So my theory is

[00:35:14] if you can't remember Ten Commandments,

[00:35:17] what good are Ten Commandments?

[00:35:19] But the Ten Commandments

[00:35:20] fit into the Three Commandments.

[00:35:23] The Four Agreements,

[00:35:24] which is a really big book.

[00:35:25] You should read the book

[00:35:26] if you haven't read it.

[00:35:26] It's a very old book.

[00:35:28] It's in 40 languages.

[00:35:29] It's called The Four Agreements.

[00:35:31] The Four Agreements

[00:35:32] fit into the Three Commitments.

[00:35:34] The Three Commandments

[00:35:35] are simple but profound,

[00:35:37] cover everything of man's ills.

[00:35:41] I mean,

[00:35:41] cures all man's ills,

[00:35:43] but covers all the problems.

[00:35:45] Those Three Commandments

[00:35:47] cover all the problems.

[00:35:49] Absolutely correct.

[00:35:50] So I need a lot more people like you.

[00:35:53] Now,

[00:35:54] I hope you can encourage other people

[00:35:56] to be admin in their groups

[00:35:57] because an admin,

[00:35:59] all they're asked to do

[00:36:00] is invite people in.

[00:36:01] If they like what they're doing,

[00:36:02] what we're doing,

[00:36:03] they can become

[00:36:04] an ambassador of kindness.

[00:36:06] If they like being

[00:36:07] an ambassador of kindness,

[00:36:08] they can be an admin

[00:36:08] and help grow the group.

[00:36:10] Now,

[00:36:10] people like you

[00:36:11] that are probably getting it

[00:36:12] really maybe more than

[00:36:15] Schwab is getting it

[00:36:16] can be what's called

[00:36:18] a director

[00:36:18] in their country.

[00:36:20] And the voice,

[00:36:21] because I can't be the voice

[00:36:22] to 195 countries.

[00:36:24] I am the voice

[00:36:25] to 195 countries,

[00:36:26] but I need someone

[00:36:27] local

[00:36:28] in each country

[00:36:29] the go-to guy.

[00:36:31] In other words,

[00:36:32] once you understand

[00:36:33] the complete

[00:36:34] power

[00:36:35] of the Three Commandments,

[00:36:37] the Global

[00:36:37] Kindness Pledge,

[00:36:39] the Kindness Revolution,

[00:36:41] once you understand

[00:36:41] it completely,

[00:36:42] you're the voice

[00:36:44] of Be Fantastic

[00:36:44] in Nigeria.

[00:36:46] And I hope that happens

[00:36:47] because this will help

[00:36:50] your publishing career,

[00:36:51] by the way.

[00:36:51] When you have,

[00:36:52] let's say,

[00:36:53] a million Nigerians

[00:36:54] as ambassadors

[00:36:56] in all the groups,

[00:36:57] let's say we have

[00:36:58] 30,

[00:36:58] 40 groups

[00:37:00] in Nigeria

[00:37:01] that are following

[00:37:02] the philosophy,

[00:37:03] it's going to help

[00:37:04] your publishing

[00:37:04] because you're not

[00:37:05] going to say,

[00:37:07] hire me as a publisher,

[00:37:08] you're just going to say

[00:37:09] kind words and say,

[00:37:10] I am a publisher.

[00:37:11] You don't want to

[00:37:12] push people

[00:37:14] to buy from you.

[00:37:15] You want to say,

[00:37:16] I'm a good person,

[00:37:17] I'm a kind person,

[00:37:18] I'm the director

[00:37:19] in Nigeria,

[00:37:19] and I also have

[00:37:20] a publishing company,

[00:37:22] and I'm an entrepreneur.

[00:37:24] You know what I'm saying?

[00:37:25] People,

[00:37:27] they just don't get

[00:37:28] salesmanship.

[00:37:30] When you're a salesman,

[00:37:31] you're not selling

[00:37:32] a product or a service.

[00:37:34] You're selling

[00:37:34] a relationship.

[00:37:36] So anyone who's

[00:37:37] going to hire

[00:37:37] your services

[00:37:38] isn't hiring you

[00:37:40] as a publisher.

[00:37:41] They're hiring you

[00:37:41] as a relationship

[00:37:42] that maybe will be

[00:37:43] 10 books in the future.

[00:37:46] But when you push people,

[00:37:48] buy my thing,

[00:37:49] buy my thing,

[00:37:50] buy my thing,

[00:37:50] like everyone's doing

[00:37:51] all over the internet,

[00:37:53] to me that's not cool.

[00:37:54] You should put

[00:37:56] a kind quote out

[00:37:57] and saying,

[00:37:58] here's a quote of the day,

[00:37:59] and by the way,

[00:38:00] I'm a mechanic,

[00:38:01] or whatever you are,

[00:38:02] right?

[00:38:03] And people will like you

[00:38:05] if you're doing

[00:38:05] kind things.

[00:38:06] So I want you to

[00:38:08] keep doing what you're

[00:38:09] doing in Anugu,

[00:38:10] and what are the other

[00:38:11] groups you're in there?

[00:38:12] You're in...

[00:38:13] Taraba.

[00:38:14] Taraba.

[00:38:15] Taraba.

[00:38:17] Well,

[00:38:17] I'm going to put you

[00:38:18] in a couple.

[00:38:18] We have a lot of groups

[00:38:19] in Nigeria.

[00:38:20] I have to look them up.

[00:38:22] I think they are...

[00:38:24] You put me already

[00:38:25] in Abuja.

[00:38:26] Yeah,

[00:38:27] we're in Nairobi,

[00:38:30] Kano,

[00:38:31] Abuja,

[00:38:32] Port Harkud,

[00:38:34] Lagos,

[00:38:36] Ibadan,

[00:38:37] Gombe,

[00:38:39] and...

[00:38:41] Denon,

[00:38:42] I think.

[00:38:42] Benon.

[00:38:44] So we're in all those groups.

[00:38:47] And as a director,

[00:38:49] as a director,

[00:38:50] you create a community

[00:38:51] with all those groups.

[00:38:53] So when you forward

[00:38:54] our daily quote,

[00:38:55] it goes to all of them

[00:38:56] at once.

[00:38:56] So it's five seconds

[00:38:57] a day

[00:38:58] as a director.

[00:38:59] But,

[00:39:00] as a director,

[00:39:00] you want to encourage

[00:39:01] admin

[00:39:02] to get excited

[00:39:03] and add their family,

[00:39:05] their friends,

[00:39:06] their neighbors,

[00:39:08] their associates,

[00:39:09] the people they know.

[00:39:10] And you can invite anyone

[00:39:11] from anywhere in the world

[00:39:12] to a group

[00:39:13] in hopes that

[00:39:14] they'll love what we're doing

[00:39:15] and want to be

[00:39:16] an admin in their group.

[00:39:17] Follow me?

[00:39:19] All right.

[00:39:20] All right.

[00:39:21] It's a mission,

[00:39:22] my friend.

[00:39:22] We have a long way to go.

[00:39:24] I'm done that.

[00:39:25] I'm dedicated.

[00:39:26] I'm ready.

[00:39:27] And I'm willing.

[00:39:28] Okay.

[00:39:29] Read more of my book.

[00:39:30] Let me know

[00:39:31] how you want to proceed

[00:39:32] or how we can proceed.

[00:39:34] And,

[00:39:36] unfortunately,

[00:39:37] I don't think

[00:39:37] we can get out

[00:39:38] for Christmas.

[00:39:39] It's really a Christmas book

[00:39:40] because when you see

[00:39:41] the cover,

[00:39:41] it's me as Santa.

[00:39:44] But,

[00:39:45] I was hoping

[00:39:46] to get it out

[00:39:46] for Christmas,

[00:39:47] but maybe in an e-book

[00:39:48] we can.

[00:39:48] I don't know.

[00:39:49] Let me know.

[00:39:51] It's a great Christmas gift.

[00:39:53] It can be done

[00:39:53] before Christmas.

[00:39:54] It can be done

[00:39:55] before Christmas.

[00:39:56] Christmas.

[00:39:56] Well,

[00:39:56] that would be great.

[00:39:58] Let's party.

[00:39:59] It can be done.

[00:40:00] It can be done.

[00:40:00] In fact,

[00:40:01] I'll proceed with it today.

[00:40:02] Let me see how to

[00:40:03] arrange the book for you.

[00:40:05] Do the cover,

[00:40:06] the cover page.

[00:40:07] Both the cover,

[00:40:08] the back cover

[00:40:09] and the front cover page.

[00:40:11] Yeah,

[00:40:11] I have both those

[00:40:12] someplace.

[00:40:15] It's possible

[00:40:15] before December.

[00:40:16] It's possible.

[00:40:17] Okay,

[00:40:18] let's work on it.

[00:40:19] Keep up

[00:40:19] being an ambassador.

[00:40:21] I'm so happy

[00:40:22] to have you on board.

[00:40:23] Thank you so much.

[00:40:24] We'll talk offline.

[00:40:26] Or online,

[00:40:27] whatever you call it.

[00:40:28] Thanks for the interview.

[00:40:32] It's my pleasure.

[00:40:33] And

[00:40:35] I'll talk to you in a bit.

[00:40:37] I appreciate it.

[00:40:38] Thank you so much,

[00:40:39] sir.

[00:40:39] How's it going,

[00:40:40] everybody?

[00:40:40] It's Jake from the

[00:40:41] Down the Middle Podcast.

[00:40:42] And I'm going to take a quick

[00:40:42] moment to invite you

[00:40:43] to check out our show,

[00:40:45] which airs every other

[00:40:47] Thursday at 8.30pm

[00:40:49] on YouTube.

[00:40:49] If you love pro wrestling,

[00:40:51] you're definitely going to

[00:40:52] want to check this out.

[00:40:53] We talk about the latest

[00:40:54] in pro wrestling.

[00:40:55] AEW's pay-per-views are rough,

[00:40:57] man.

[00:40:58] And it's obvious,

[00:40:59] like,

[00:40:59] Tony Khan is booking

[00:41:00] for Tony Khan,

[00:41:01] and it's obvious

[00:41:02] because Tony Khan

[00:41:03] has clinical

[00:41:05] freaking ADHD,

[00:41:07] but the kind where,

[00:41:08] like,

[00:41:08] you can hyper-focus

[00:41:09] on the thing you love,

[00:41:10] and he's like,

[00:41:10] I legitimately want to

[00:41:11] watch wrestling for seven

[00:41:12] hours.

[00:41:13] It's like,

[00:41:13] Tony.

[00:41:14] Nobody else does.

[00:41:16] Hardly anybody

[00:41:18] does.

[00:41:19] We talk about some of

[00:41:20] our favorite things

[00:41:20] in pro wrestling.

[00:41:21] One of the best promos

[00:41:22] ever.

[00:41:24] Like,

[00:41:24] can we just say,

[00:41:25] like,

[00:41:25] I had f***ing goosebumps,

[00:41:27] and here's the thing.

[00:41:28] I know f***s a work,

[00:41:30] but I'm watching that,

[00:41:31] and I'm like,

[00:41:33] I think MJF might have

[00:41:35] duped somebody.

[00:41:36] And we have a hot take

[00:41:37] here and there, too.

[00:41:39] Nothing against Riho,

[00:41:40] it's just like,

[00:41:40] do you think the audience

[00:41:41] is f***ing stupid?

[00:41:43] Riho weighs 98 pounds.

[00:41:45] The vast majority

[00:41:46] of great moments

[00:41:48] in professional wrestling

[00:41:49] have nothing to do

[00:41:50] with the move.

[00:41:51] Don't get me wrong,

[00:41:52] the moves are part of it.

[00:41:54] Cena's like,

[00:41:54] I don't even remember

[00:41:55] how I won.

[00:41:56] Everybody remembers this.

[00:41:59] But the best part

[00:41:59] about our show

[00:42:00] is that you

[00:42:01] are part of the conversation.

[00:42:03] So check out the show

[00:42:04] and join in the fun.

[00:42:14] Well, everyone,

[00:42:15] I'm glad to have

[00:42:16] our second interview today

[00:42:17] with Mohamed

[00:42:19] from Halepur, Pakistan.

[00:42:22] Is that correct?

[00:42:23] Yeah,

[00:42:23] thank you.

[00:42:24] Thank you very much.

[00:42:24] Yes,

[00:42:25] I'm from Halepur, Pakistan.

[00:42:26] He's an undergraduate student

[00:42:28] in linguistics

[00:42:29] and he's ambassador

[00:42:31] number 7,423.

[00:42:34] And he finally,

[00:42:36] I don't know finally

[00:42:37] where he got it before

[00:42:38] and I just didn't hear about it,

[00:42:39] but he finally got

[00:42:40] the message,

[00:42:41] the mission,

[00:42:43] the kindness revolution.

[00:42:44] and he is going to hit the ground

[00:42:46] running in Pakistan.

[00:42:48] Welcome to the complete guide

[00:42:51] to happiness.

[00:42:53] And isn't that what we're here for,

[00:42:54] Mohamed,

[00:42:55] to be happy?

[00:42:56] Yes, absolutely.

[00:42:57] Thank you very much.

[00:42:57] And I'm so happy

[00:42:58] and delighted to be here.

[00:43:00] And it's my privilege

[00:43:02] and the three commandments

[00:43:03] which you just shared.

[00:43:05] I think I was just thinking

[00:43:07] about all these three commandments

[00:43:08] and I got a sense of purpose

[00:43:12] and a sense of realization

[00:43:13] that the three commandments

[00:43:14] of doctor is fantastic.

[00:43:15] If we just meditate

[00:43:18] over these things,

[00:43:19] if we just try to think

[00:43:20] about all these things,

[00:43:21] all these three commandments

[00:43:23] can solve our problems.

[00:43:25] And I think

[00:43:26] these are very fundamental

[00:43:27] and these are just basic tenets

[00:43:29] and very fundamental

[00:43:30] to humanity,

[00:43:31] human purpose

[00:43:32] and a sense of human life.

[00:43:34] So I think

[00:43:34] if we can integrate

[00:43:35] all these three commandments

[00:43:37] within our lives

[00:43:38] so our world

[00:43:40] and our planet

[00:43:40] becomes a wonderful

[00:43:41] place to live.

[00:43:42] Well, I agree completely,

[00:43:44] of course.

[00:43:44] And this is my mission

[00:43:45] in life

[00:43:46] to make it a kinder world

[00:43:47] because there's a lot of problems.

[00:43:49] But I think words matter

[00:43:51] and words affect water

[00:43:52] and we are 85% water.

[00:43:54] But you're using

[00:43:55] the word commandment

[00:43:56] and I call it commitments

[00:43:58] which is an agreement

[00:44:00] to be kind to yourself,

[00:44:01] an agreement

[00:44:01] to be kind to others,

[00:44:02] an agreement

[00:44:03] to be kind

[00:44:03] to our Mother Earth,

[00:44:06] our planet,

[00:44:06] our environment.

[00:44:07] So I'm not sure

[00:44:08] if commandment

[00:44:08] is the right word.

[00:44:10] You know,

[00:44:10] they have the ten commandments

[00:44:11] in the Christian belief.

[00:44:12] But I believe

[00:44:14] it's three commitments

[00:44:15] to kindness.

[00:44:17] Correct you on that.

[00:44:18] But that's fine.

[00:44:19] I mean,

[00:44:19] you've got the right sentiment.

[00:44:21] You're obviously

[00:44:22] on the right path

[00:44:23] and you want to help.

[00:44:24] See,

[00:44:24] a lot of times

[00:44:25] I'm really,

[00:44:26] really big in Africa

[00:44:27] and I have 34 countries

[00:44:29] in Africa

[00:44:29] and a lot of the poor people

[00:44:31] when introduced

[00:44:32] to the

[00:44:32] Be Fantastic philosophy,

[00:44:34] our mission,

[00:44:35] the Kindness Revolution,

[00:44:36] they'll say,

[00:44:38] what's in it for me?

[00:44:40] And I want people

[00:44:41] like you

[00:44:42] that say,

[00:44:43] how can I help?

[00:44:44] Now,

[00:44:45] before we go any further,

[00:44:46] I forgot to ask,

[00:44:47] I ask everyone

[00:44:48] on this program,

[00:44:50] on this podcast,

[00:44:52] the first question is,

[00:44:54] what does happiness

[00:44:55] mean to you?

[00:44:57] How do you define happiness?

[00:44:59] Yes,

[00:45:00] absolutely.

[00:45:00] This is such

[00:45:01] a wonderful question

[00:45:02] and such,

[00:45:05] I think it is not

[00:45:06] as easy

[00:45:07] as it seems.

[00:45:10] You know,

[00:45:11] happiness is quite,

[00:45:12] I think,

[00:45:12] subjective

[00:45:13] and it is open

[00:45:14] for interpretation

[00:45:15] to each and every individual.

[00:45:16] Each and everyone

[00:45:17] defines happiness

[00:45:19] as per with

[00:45:19] accordance to

[00:45:20] their prior knowledge,

[00:45:22] as per

[00:45:22] with accordance

[00:45:23] to their

[00:45:24] social encounters,

[00:45:26] you know,

[00:45:26] social levels,

[00:45:28] social stratifications

[00:45:29] and particularly

[00:45:31] in terms of

[00:45:32] temporal assets,

[00:45:33] you know,

[00:45:34] and how

[00:45:35] material benefits,

[00:45:37] you know.

[00:45:38] So,

[00:45:38] I think

[00:45:38] we can link

[00:45:40] happiness

[00:45:40] with temporal

[00:45:42] assets

[00:45:43] and along

[00:45:43] with spiritual

[00:45:44] satisfaction

[00:45:45] as well.

[00:45:46] So,

[00:45:47] I think

[00:45:47] happiness

[00:45:48] as per

[00:45:50] with my limited

[00:45:51] information

[00:45:52] and knowledge.

[00:45:53] So,

[00:45:53] happiness is

[00:45:54] when you

[00:45:55] are satisfied

[00:45:56] doing something

[00:45:57] or I think

[00:45:58] when at least

[00:46:00] happiness is

[00:46:00] when something

[00:46:02] gives player

[00:46:03] to you

[00:46:03] as long

[00:46:04] as you

[00:46:05] are doing

[00:46:05] as long

[00:46:06] as you are

[00:46:07] attached to

[00:46:07] that particular

[00:46:08] activity.

[00:46:09] If it helps

[00:46:10] you,

[00:46:10] if it satisfies

[00:46:11] you,

[00:46:11] if it gives

[00:46:12] you a purpose

[00:46:13] of happiness,

[00:46:15] a sense

[00:46:15] of purpose.

[00:46:16] I think

[00:46:16] that will be

[00:46:17] a comprehensive

[00:46:19] definition

[00:46:19] of happiness

[00:46:20] as per

[00:46:21] my limited

[00:46:22] knowledge.

[00:46:23] That's very,

[00:46:24] very well put.

[00:46:26] and,

[00:46:26] you know,

[00:46:27] that's what

[00:46:27] our,

[00:46:27] we're here

[00:46:28] on the

[00:46:28] planet

[00:46:29] to be

[00:46:29] happy

[00:46:29] and if

[00:46:30] you're,

[00:46:30] no one's

[00:46:31] going to

[00:46:31] make you

[00:46:32] happy,

[00:46:32] people can

[00:46:33] bring you

[00:46:33] happiness,

[00:46:33] but it's

[00:46:34] up to

[00:46:34] you to

[00:46:34] be happy

[00:46:35] and I'm

[00:46:36] on a mission

[00:46:37] to tell

[00:46:37] people to

[00:46:37] think positively,

[00:46:39] you know,

[00:46:39] with positive

[00:46:40] thinking leads

[00:46:41] to happiness.

[00:46:41] I think

[00:46:42] kindness

[00:46:42] leads to

[00:46:43] happiness.

[00:46:44] Being kind

[00:46:45] to yourself,

[00:46:46] others,

[00:46:46] and Mother Earth

[00:46:47] is of course

[00:46:48] the ultimate

[00:46:50] answer to

[00:46:51] all the

[00:46:51] ills of

[00:46:52] society,

[00:46:53] of our

[00:46:54] planet.

[00:46:55] What did

[00:46:56] you do

[00:46:56] today?

[00:46:57] Because it's

[00:46:57] in the

[00:46:57] afternoon

[00:46:57] in Karachi.

[00:46:59] I think

[00:46:59] you're in

[00:47:00] Karachi right

[00:47:00] now?

[00:47:02] I'm in

[00:47:02] Haripur

[00:47:03] right now.

[00:47:04] You're going

[00:47:04] to Karachi.

[00:47:05] What did

[00:47:06] you do

[00:47:06] today to

[00:47:07] make you

[00:47:07] happy?

[00:47:09] Oh,

[00:47:10] yeah,

[00:47:11] it's once

[00:47:12] again,

[00:47:12] very good

[00:47:13] questions and

[00:47:14] it was

[00:47:15] Friday today

[00:47:15] and I

[00:47:16] just sit

[00:47:18] together

[00:47:19] with my

[00:47:19] friends

[00:47:20] and my

[00:47:21] undergraduate

[00:47:21] fellows

[00:47:22] and just

[00:47:22] talk to

[00:47:23] them about

[00:47:24] different human

[00:47:25] circumstances,

[00:47:26] about different

[00:47:27] human activities

[00:47:28] and I help

[00:47:29] them in

[00:47:31] minute

[00:47:32] activities.

[00:47:34] Happiness is

[00:47:35] not about

[00:47:35] a bundle of

[00:47:36] pile of

[00:47:37] works.

[00:47:38] Happiness is

[00:47:39] the combination

[00:47:40] of very little

[00:47:41] and minute

[00:47:41] things.

[00:47:42] When you do

[00:47:43] a very little

[00:47:43] thing to

[00:47:44] others,

[00:47:45] as you just

[00:47:46] mentioned,

[00:47:47] a sense of

[00:47:48] kindness to

[00:47:49] others and

[00:47:50] other fields,

[00:47:51] love,

[00:47:51] affection,

[00:47:52] another person

[00:47:54] is exuding

[00:47:55] this kindness

[00:47:56] to me.

[00:47:57] So,

[00:47:57] they become

[00:47:57] quite sensible

[00:47:58] and there

[00:48:00] becomes a

[00:48:01] sense of

[00:48:02] compatibility,

[00:48:03] a sense of

[00:48:04] understanding

[00:48:05] due to the

[00:48:06] prevailing

[00:48:06] kindness.

[00:48:08] kindness.

[00:48:09] So,

[00:48:09] I think

[00:48:09] these things

[00:48:10] do count

[00:48:11] and it

[00:48:12] does all

[00:48:12] matter.

[00:48:13] So,

[00:48:13] I just

[00:48:13] talked to

[00:48:14] my friends,

[00:48:15] just spent

[00:48:15] some time

[00:48:16] with them

[00:48:16] and it

[00:48:17] was wonderful

[00:48:18] to have

[00:48:19] interaction

[00:48:19] with them,

[00:48:20] asking about

[00:48:21] different

[00:48:21] activities and

[00:48:22] how they are

[00:48:23] living their

[00:48:24] life and how

[00:48:24] can we

[00:48:25] integrate a

[00:48:26] sense of

[00:48:27] purpose in

[00:48:27] our lives and

[00:48:28] how should we

[00:48:29] overcome all

[00:48:30] these problems

[00:48:31] through kindness

[00:48:32] and a

[00:48:33] message of

[00:48:34] love,

[00:48:35] message of

[00:48:35] peace,

[00:48:36] and message

[00:48:37] of affection

[00:48:39] and message

[00:48:40] of kindness.

[00:48:41] So,

[00:48:41] I think

[00:48:41] life is

[00:48:43] fantastic

[00:48:43] after all

[00:48:44] and we

[00:48:44] must be

[00:48:45] fantastic in

[00:48:46] our day-to-day

[00:48:47] activities.

[00:48:47] Well,

[00:48:48] you know,

[00:48:48] it's music to

[00:48:49] my ears when

[00:48:50] people like

[00:48:50] yourself speak

[00:48:52] like that

[00:48:52] and I'm

[00:48:53] happy to

[00:48:53] appoint you

[00:48:55] as director

[00:48:56] in Pakistan

[00:48:57] and I'm

[00:48:59] happy that

[00:48:59] you're going

[00:48:59] to take

[00:49:00] on that

[00:49:00] role,

[00:49:00] that

[00:49:00] responsibility

[00:49:03] and inspire

[00:49:04] your friends

[00:49:05] to be

[00:49:06] admin

[00:49:07] because an

[00:49:08] admin

[00:49:08] really is

[00:49:09] just inviting

[00:49:10] people to

[00:49:10] their group

[00:49:11] so they can

[00:49:12] hear about

[00:49:12] the three

[00:49:12] commitments

[00:49:13] because we

[00:49:14] have over

[00:49:15] 2,100

[00:49:16] videos on

[00:49:18] Be Fantastic

[00:49:18] YouTube channel.

[00:49:19] We've got

[00:49:20] four websites

[00:49:21] all filled

[00:49:22] with positivity

[00:49:23] and kindness

[00:49:24] and love.

[00:49:25] You know,

[00:49:25] we don't

[00:49:25] talk,

[00:49:26] well,

[00:49:27] on this

[00:49:27] particular

[00:49:28] podcast,

[00:49:28] we can

[00:49:29] talk about

[00:49:29] religion,

[00:49:30] politics,

[00:49:32] anything,

[00:49:32] but on the

[00:49:33] Be Fantastic

[00:49:34] YouTube channel,

[00:49:35] we don't

[00:49:35] talk politics,

[00:49:36] we don't

[00:49:36] talk religion

[00:49:37] and we

[00:49:37] don't talk

[00:49:38] business.

[00:49:39] But we

[00:49:40] do have

[00:49:40] groups for

[00:49:41] people that

[00:49:41] want to

[00:49:41] talk about

[00:49:42] those things

[00:49:42] because people

[00:49:43] have to make

[00:49:44] money.

[00:49:45] For years,

[00:49:45] people said,

[00:49:46] can I promote

[00:49:47] my business

[00:49:48] on your

[00:49:49] network?

[00:49:50] Because we're

[00:49:51] in 143

[00:49:51] countries.

[00:49:52] And I said,

[00:49:53] no,

[00:49:54] because it's

[00:49:54] not about

[00:49:55] business.

[00:49:55] But then I

[00:49:55] realized,

[00:49:56] you know,

[00:49:56] if I can

[00:49:57] help everyone

[00:49:58] with exposure

[00:49:59] to their

[00:50:00] NGO,

[00:50:01] their charity,

[00:50:02] their business,

[00:50:02] I'll create a group

[00:50:04] for that.

[00:50:04] And now we have

[00:50:05] businesses,

[00:50:05] fantastic.

[00:50:06] And we also

[00:50:07] promote the

[00:50:08] charities on

[00:50:08] the foundationforworldharmony.org.

[00:50:10] work.

[00:50:11] And, you know,

[00:50:12] it's all about,

[00:50:14] I mean,

[00:50:14] I really think

[00:50:15] there's a lot of

[00:50:15] problems in the

[00:50:16] world,

[00:50:16] and you know

[00:50:16] there are,

[00:50:17] and everyone

[00:50:17] knows there

[00:50:18] are.

[00:50:18] I don't have

[00:50:19] to talk about

[00:50:19] them too

[00:50:20] much.

[00:50:20] But the

[00:50:21] three commitments

[00:50:21] quite literally

[00:50:23] solve all

[00:50:24] mankind's

[00:50:25] problems.

[00:50:26] Because it's

[00:50:27] science,

[00:50:28] you know,

[00:50:28] saying the word

[00:50:29] fantastic makes

[00:50:30] you smile.

[00:50:31] And what I do

[00:50:32] here,

[00:50:32] I'm in Antigua

[00:50:34] right now,

[00:50:34] on my five-year

[00:50:36] journey around

[00:50:36] the world to

[00:50:37] spread kindness.

[00:50:38] And I'll walk

[00:50:39] up to someone

[00:50:40] who doesn't

[00:50:40] speak English

[00:50:40] as I pass

[00:50:41] them.

[00:50:41] Because I look

[00:50:42] in everyone's

[00:50:43] eyes as I

[00:50:43] pass them,

[00:50:44] and I smile.

[00:50:45] And that

[00:50:45] forces them

[00:50:46] to smile,

[00:50:46] typically.

[00:50:47] And I'll

[00:50:48] say in

[00:50:48] Spanish,

[00:50:49] que tengas un

[00:50:49] dia fantastico.

[00:50:51] And I'll

[00:50:51] say that in

[00:50:52] English to

[00:50:52] English-speaking

[00:50:53] people,

[00:50:53] which means

[00:50:54] have a

[00:50:54] fantastic day.

[00:50:56] And that

[00:50:56] forces a

[00:50:57] smile,

[00:50:58] which is,

[00:50:58] if you're

[00:50:59] in college,

[00:51:00] you know

[00:51:00] that a smile

[00:51:01] releases endorphins,

[00:51:02] dopamine,

[00:51:03] and serotonin,

[00:51:04] which release

[00:51:05] stress,

[00:51:06] anxiety,

[00:51:07] and depression.

[00:51:08] So,

[00:51:09] say the

[00:51:09] word fantastic

[00:51:10] is quite

[00:51:11] remarkable.

[00:51:12] I just

[00:51:13] released last

[00:51:14] week what I

[00:51:14] call the

[00:51:15] kindness

[00:51:15] challenge.

[00:51:17] And I

[00:51:17] challenge anyone

[00:51:18] to say,

[00:51:19] I am

[00:51:20] fantastic three

[00:51:21] times a day

[00:51:22] for the next

[00:51:22] 30 days.

[00:51:23] I guarantee

[00:51:24] them that

[00:51:26] their disposition,

[00:51:29] their point of

[00:51:30] view will

[00:51:30] change because

[00:51:31] it's called,

[00:51:32] as you might

[00:51:33] know,

[00:51:33] manifestation.

[00:51:35] If you say

[00:51:36] out loud,

[00:51:36] I'm a loser

[00:51:37] three times a

[00:51:38] day,

[00:51:38] that will

[00:51:39] become what

[00:51:40] you are.

[00:51:41] As Rene

[00:51:41] once said,

[00:51:43] the French

[00:51:43] philosopher,

[00:51:44] I think,

[00:51:45] therefore,

[00:51:46] I am.

[00:51:46] If you

[00:51:47] think you're

[00:51:47] beautiful,

[00:51:48] fantastic,

[00:51:48] and happy,

[00:51:49] you will

[00:51:50] be.

[00:51:51] And that's

[00:51:51] my mission

[00:51:52] on this

[00:51:53] podcast,

[00:51:54] is to get

[00:51:54] people to

[00:51:55] think that

[00:51:56] they're happy.

[00:51:57] You know,

[00:51:57] there's a

[00:51:57] saying,

[00:51:58] fake it

[00:51:58] till you

[00:51:58] make it.

[00:51:59] Pretend

[00:52:00] you're happy.

[00:52:02] Exactly.

[00:52:03] This is

[00:52:03] wonderful.

[00:52:04] This is

[00:52:04] wonderful

[00:52:05] account.

[00:52:05] I think

[00:52:05] there is

[00:52:06] one saying

[00:52:06] that to

[00:52:07] believe is

[00:52:08] to become,

[00:52:08] as you

[00:52:08] just very

[00:52:09] precisely and

[00:52:10] very exquisitely

[00:52:11] define that

[00:52:12] the way we

[00:52:14] speak anything,

[00:52:15] the way we

[00:52:15] utter anything,

[00:52:16] what we say

[00:52:17] that becomes

[00:52:18] our thoughts.

[00:52:19] They become

[00:52:20] the real

[00:52:20] manifestation of

[00:52:21] our life.

[00:52:22] So I think

[00:52:23] whatever we

[00:52:24] believe,

[00:52:25] we definitely

[00:52:26] become that

[00:52:26] thing.

[00:52:27] And whatever

[00:52:27] we want to

[00:52:28] see ourselves

[00:52:29] in the

[00:52:30] current position,

[00:52:32] definitely that

[00:52:33] will become a

[00:52:34] reflection of

[00:52:34] our future

[00:52:35] life.

[00:52:35] So this is

[00:52:36] wonderful,

[00:52:36] as you just

[00:52:37] mentioned,

[00:52:38] Rene Descartes

[00:52:39] famous lines,

[00:52:40] I think,

[00:52:40] therefore I am.

[00:52:41] So if we

[00:52:43] just utter

[00:52:44] all these

[00:52:44] three commitments,

[00:52:46] I think that

[00:52:47] this will bring

[00:52:48] happiness and

[00:52:49] joy and

[00:52:49] smile on

[00:52:50] everybody's

[00:52:51] lives.

[00:52:51] And I think

[00:52:51] this is quite

[00:52:53] crucial that

[00:52:54] the purpose of

[00:52:55] our life

[00:52:55] in this

[00:52:56] universe is

[00:52:57] to make

[00:52:59] other people

[00:52:59] smiley.

[00:53:01] And how

[00:53:01] much wonderful

[00:53:03] it will be

[00:53:03] if someone

[00:53:04] becomes smiley

[00:53:05] just because

[00:53:06] of me,

[00:53:06] if I am

[00:53:07] kind to

[00:53:08] them and

[00:53:09] if I'm

[00:53:10] just saying

[00:53:11] have a

[00:53:11] fantastic day

[00:53:12] and have a

[00:53:13] wonderful day

[00:53:13] and if it

[00:53:14] brings happiness

[00:53:15] and smile to

[00:53:16] the other

[00:53:17] face, it will

[00:53:17] be wonderful.

[00:53:18] And I think

[00:53:19] I'll be living

[00:53:20] a purposeful

[00:53:21] life that I

[00:53:21] am just

[00:53:22] exuding and

[00:53:23] making other

[00:53:24] people happy

[00:53:25] and making

[00:53:26] them smiley.

[00:53:27] each and

[00:53:27] every single

[00:53:28] day.

[00:53:29] And that,

[00:53:31] I made it

[00:53:31] so simple.

[00:53:32] You know,

[00:53:33] the three

[00:53:33] commitments,

[00:53:34] I mean,

[00:53:34] I'm going to

[00:53:35] say that

[00:53:35] there's ten

[00:53:35] commandments

[00:53:36] and I don't

[00:53:37] care how

[00:53:37] religious you

[00:53:38] are,

[00:53:38] it's tough

[00:53:38] for you to

[00:53:39] recite the

[00:53:39] ten commandments

[00:53:40] to remember

[00:53:41] them all.

[00:53:41] So three

[00:53:42] commandments,

[00:53:43] I actually

[00:53:43] used to

[00:53:43] have four

[00:53:44] commitments.

[00:53:44] And for

[00:53:45] at least

[00:53:46] two years,

[00:53:47] the fourth

[00:53:48] commitment was

[00:53:48] say kind

[00:53:49] words because

[00:53:50] words matter,

[00:53:51] words affect

[00:53:52] water,

[00:53:52] we are water,

[00:53:53] right?

[00:53:53] And then I

[00:53:54] realized,

[00:53:55] and no one

[00:53:55] ever pointed

[00:53:56] this out,

[00:53:57] but you

[00:53:58] don't say

[00:53:58] kind words to

[00:53:59] your coffee

[00:53:59] in the morning.

[00:54:00] Oh,

[00:54:01] coffee,

[00:54:01] you are

[00:54:01] fantastic.

[00:54:03] Right?

[00:54:05] You say

[00:54:05] kind words to

[00:54:06] people and

[00:54:07] animals.

[00:54:08] So that's

[00:54:09] commitment too,

[00:54:10] being kind

[00:54:10] to others.

[00:54:11] It's a random

[00:54:12] act of kindness

[00:54:13] to tell someone

[00:54:14] to have a

[00:54:14] fantastic day

[00:54:15] because you

[00:54:16] force them

[00:54:17] to smile.

[00:54:18] And I

[00:54:19] also recommend

[00:54:19] that when

[00:54:20] someone says

[00:54:20] how are you,

[00:54:21] because I

[00:54:21] don't know if

[00:54:22] you know this,

[00:54:22] and I don't

[00:54:23] think I've

[00:54:23] said this on

[00:54:23] this program

[00:54:24] yet,

[00:54:25] but do you

[00:54:25] know where

[00:54:26] the question

[00:54:27] that you get

[00:54:27] asked every

[00:54:28] single day

[00:54:28] of your life,

[00:54:29] every single

[00:54:30] day of your

[00:54:30] life,

[00:54:31] and for the

[00:54:31] rest of your

[00:54:32] life,

[00:54:32] how are you?

[00:54:33] Right?

[00:54:34] Do you know

[00:54:34] where that

[00:54:35] question comes

[00:54:35] from?

[00:54:36] Yes,

[00:54:36] I think

[00:54:36] this is

[00:54:37] a very

[00:54:40] basic

[00:54:40] question you've

[00:54:41] asked,

[00:54:42] a wonderful

[00:54:42] question that

[00:54:43] from where

[00:54:44] does this

[00:54:44] question that

[00:54:45] how are you

[00:54:46] come from?

[00:54:46] I think

[00:54:46] these are

[00:54:47] in the very

[00:54:48] intrinsic

[00:54:49] nature of

[00:54:49] human beings,

[00:54:50] you know,

[00:54:51] whenever we

[00:54:51] encounter anybody,

[00:54:52] the first and

[00:54:52] foremost question

[00:54:53] that has been

[00:54:54] asked,

[00:54:54] that how are

[00:54:55] you?

[00:54:55] And I

[00:54:55] think this

[00:54:56] is the

[00:54:58] very basic

[00:54:58] tenet that

[00:55:00] why we ask

[00:55:01] this question

[00:55:01] from other

[00:55:02] people whenever

[00:55:03] we encounter

[00:55:03] for the very

[00:55:04] first time,

[00:55:04] that this

[00:55:07] shows the

[00:55:07] importance,

[00:55:08] you know,

[00:55:09] why we say

[00:55:10] that how are

[00:55:11] you?

[00:55:11] I think we

[00:55:12] feel that

[00:55:12] another person

[00:55:13] maybe he

[00:55:14] said or

[00:55:15] how he's

[00:55:16] feeling

[00:55:17] physically,

[00:55:17] how he's

[00:55:18] feeling

[00:55:18] spiritually,

[00:55:19] how he's

[00:55:19] feeling

[00:55:20] mentally,

[00:55:20] and the

[00:55:21] purpose that

[00:55:21] by asking

[00:55:22] how are you

[00:55:23] that how

[00:55:23] to make

[00:55:24] them happy

[00:55:25] and how

[00:55:26] to bring

[00:55:26] a sense

[00:55:27] of happiness,

[00:55:28] how to

[00:55:29] bring a

[00:55:29] sense of

[00:55:30] purpose

[00:55:30] on their

[00:55:31] faces.

[00:55:31] So I

[00:55:32] think by

[00:55:34] asking how

[00:55:35] are you,

[00:55:35] I think

[00:55:36] another

[00:55:36] person must

[00:55:39] ask them.

[00:55:40] I'm going

[00:55:41] to give you

[00:55:41] a history

[00:55:41] lesson now

[00:55:42] as I'm

[00:55:43] going to

[00:55:43] give the

[00:55:43] audience.

[00:55:44] Now,

[00:55:45] today,

[00:55:46] unfortunately,

[00:55:47] it's really

[00:55:47] a greeting.

[00:55:48] It's not

[00:55:48] really a

[00:55:49] question because

[00:55:50] most people

[00:55:50] don't have

[00:55:51] time to hear

[00:55:51] the answer.

[00:55:52] Of course,

[00:55:53] when your

[00:55:53] mother says

[00:55:54] how are you,

[00:55:54] she cares and

[00:55:55] she wants

[00:55:55] to hear the

[00:55:55] answer.

[00:55:56] But we use

[00:55:57] it as a

[00:55:57] greeting now.

[00:55:58] And I

[00:55:58] believe in

[00:55:59] some cultures

[00:55:59] they say,

[00:56:00] have you

[00:56:00] eaten today?

[00:56:01] They don't

[00:56:01] say, how

[00:56:01] are you?

[00:56:02] They say,

[00:56:03] have you

[00:56:03] eaten today?

[00:56:04] But let me

[00:56:04] give you the

[00:56:05] history of

[00:56:05] the question,

[00:56:06] how are you?

[00:56:07] It was about

[00:56:09] 673 years old.

[00:56:11] And it came

[00:56:12] out during the

[00:56:12] Black Plague,

[00:56:13] the Bubonic

[00:56:14] Plague.

[00:56:15] And it was

[00:56:16] asked, it was

[00:56:17] shouted from

[00:56:18] a great distance.

[00:56:19] So they would

[00:56:20] yell out,

[00:56:21] Mohammed,

[00:56:22] how are you?

[00:56:23] To find out

[00:56:24] if they had

[00:56:25] the plague or

[00:56:25] not.

[00:56:26] Because as

[00:56:26] you might know,

[00:56:28] people died

[00:56:29] from the

[00:56:29] plague.

[00:56:30] And if you

[00:56:30] got close

[00:56:31] to them,

[00:56:31] you died

[00:56:32] as well.

[00:56:33] So you

[00:56:33] yell out,

[00:56:34] how are you?

[00:56:35] And there

[00:56:35] was only two

[00:56:36] answers back

[00:56:37] then.

[00:56:37] They either

[00:56:38] yelled out,

[00:56:39] I've got

[00:56:40] it, which

[00:56:40] meant, don't

[00:56:41] come near me.

[00:56:42] Or they

[00:56:43] yelled out,

[00:56:44] I'm well.

[00:56:45] The correct

[00:56:46] answer to

[00:56:46] how are you

[00:56:47] is, I'm

[00:56:48] well, I

[00:56:48] don't have

[00:56:49] the plague.

[00:56:50] So that's

[00:56:51] the history

[00:56:51] of how are

[00:56:52] you.

[00:56:52] But today,

[00:56:54] it's a

[00:56:56] greeting and

[00:56:57] it's a

[00:56:58] waste of

[00:56:58] breath, in

[00:56:59] my opinion.

[00:57:01] And of

[00:57:02] course, I

[00:57:03] really encourage

[00:57:04] people when

[00:57:04] they say

[00:57:05] goodbye to

[00:57:05] say, have

[00:57:06] a fantastic

[00:57:07] day.

[00:57:08] And in

[00:57:09] business, if

[00:57:10] you say

[00:57:10] have a fantastic

[00:57:11] day in

[00:57:11] business, people

[00:57:12] will remember

[00:57:13] you.

[00:57:13] And I

[00:57:15] used to

[00:57:15] ask, I

[00:57:16] stopped asking

[00:57:17] about 5,000

[00:57:17] people, after

[00:57:19] 5,000 people.

[00:57:20] I said, have

[00:57:21] you ever met

[00:57:22] someone in your

[00:57:22] life that when

[00:57:23] you first met

[00:57:24] them and you

[00:57:24] said, how are

[00:57:25] you?

[00:57:25] they said, I'm

[00:57:26] fantastic.

[00:57:27] Now, let me

[00:57:28] ask you,

[00:57:28] have you ever

[00:57:29] met someone in

[00:57:30] your life when

[00:57:31] you first asked

[00:57:32] them how they

[00:57:32] were, they

[00:57:33] said they're

[00:57:33] fantastic?

[00:57:34] Do you

[00:57:34] remember?

[00:57:36] Oh, I

[00:57:37] think I

[00:57:39] don't remember

[00:57:40] that.

[00:57:40] Now, the

[00:57:41] reason you

[00:57:42] don't remember

[00:57:42] is because it

[00:57:43] never happened.

[00:57:44] Now, after

[00:57:45] asking 5,000

[00:57:46] people this

[00:57:47] question, only

[00:57:48] 112 ever

[00:57:50] said yes.

[00:57:51] And of

[00:57:51] those 112,

[00:57:52] they never

[00:57:54] ever forgot

[00:57:55] that person.

[00:57:56] I'm talking

[00:57:56] about decades

[00:57:57] later, they

[00:57:58] may not

[00:57:58] remember their

[00:57:58] name, but

[00:57:59] they'll remember

[00:58:00] that they met

[00:58:00] a person that

[00:58:01] said, I'm

[00:58:02] fantastic when

[00:58:04] they agreed.

[00:58:05] That's pretty

[00:58:06] amazing.

[00:58:06] So in

[00:58:07] business, I

[00:58:08] think it's

[00:58:09] fantastic to

[00:58:09] say that.

[00:58:10] In personal

[00:58:11] relationships, you

[00:58:12] want to impress

[00:58:13] a girl?

[00:58:13] She says, how

[00:58:14] are you?

[00:58:14] Look at her

[00:58:14] and say, I

[00:58:15] am

[00:58:15] fan-freaking-tastic.

[00:58:17] They're not

[00:58:18] going to doubt

[00:58:18] you and they

[00:58:19] may laugh.

[00:58:20] If a girl

[00:58:20] laughs when you

[00:58:21] said I'm

[00:58:21] fantastic, that's

[00:58:23] the best first

[00:58:23] line.

[00:58:24] I mean, because

[00:58:25] a woman is

[00:58:26] never going to

[00:58:27] forget the

[00:58:27] first thing you

[00:58:28] say to her.

[00:58:29] You may end

[00:58:29] up dating her

[00:58:30] for a few

[00:58:30] months, you

[00:58:31] may end up

[00:58:32] marrying her

[00:58:32] for the rest

[00:58:33] of your life,

[00:58:33] but she will

[00:58:34] never forget

[00:58:34] the first

[00:58:35] words out of

[00:58:36] your mouth.

[00:58:37] And the

[00:58:37] first word

[00:58:38] shouldn't be,

[00:58:38] where are

[00:58:39] you from?

[00:58:40] Right?

[00:58:43] Or a

[00:58:44] first line is,

[00:58:45] you look

[00:58:46] fantastic.

[00:58:47] When I say

[00:58:47] that to

[00:58:48] women, they

[00:58:49] love that

[00:58:49] shit.

[00:58:51] I think

[00:58:52] this is a

[00:58:52] wonderful and

[00:58:53] fantastic

[00:58:54] elaboration you

[00:58:55] just mentioned.

[00:58:56] And I think

[00:58:56] these do

[00:58:57] count, all

[00:58:59] these things

[00:58:59] matter.

[00:59:00] And I think

[00:59:00] the word

[00:59:00] fantastic is

[00:59:01] appearing to

[00:59:02] human senses.

[00:59:03] and it's

[00:59:04] wonderful to

[00:59:07] have an

[00:59:08] encounter for

[00:59:09] the very first

[00:59:10] time and

[00:59:10] asking, as you

[00:59:11] just mentioned,

[00:59:12] a very beautiful

[00:59:13] sentence that I

[00:59:14] am freaking

[00:59:14] fantastic.

[00:59:15] So this is

[00:59:16] wonderful.

[00:59:17] Yes, it

[00:59:18] is.

[00:59:18] It spreads

[00:59:20] energy,

[00:59:21] positivity,

[00:59:22] kindness, and

[00:59:22] love.

[00:59:23] Now, as an

[00:59:25] ambassador to

[00:59:26] Pakistan and

[00:59:27] the director

[00:59:28] now, I

[00:59:29] highly encourage

[00:59:30] us to reach

[00:59:31] out to the

[00:59:31] schools and

[00:59:33] have them

[00:59:33] recite what I

[00:59:34] call now the

[00:59:35] global kindness

[00:59:36] pledge.

[00:59:37] Have you heard

[00:59:38] about this yet?

[00:59:39] Yes, global

[00:59:40] kindness pledge.

[00:59:41] Yes.

[00:59:42] You know how

[00:59:42] it goes?

[00:59:44] No, I just

[00:59:46] heard about it.

[00:59:47] But I don't

[00:59:47] know.

[00:59:48] You're going to

[00:59:48] repeat after me.

[00:59:49] And this is what

[00:59:49] I encourage the

[00:59:50] schools to do.

[00:59:51] Is before

[00:59:53] class and

[00:59:54] after class.

[01:00:00] It pastors

[01:00:00] camaraderie in

[01:00:01] the group.

[01:00:02] It could be a

[01:00:02] sports group.

[01:00:03] It could be a

[01:00:03] church.

[01:00:04] It could be a

[01:00:04] school.

[01:00:05] It spreads

[01:00:06] energy.

[01:00:07] It teaches the

[01:00:09] value of the

[01:00:09] word fantastic.

[01:00:11] And it makes

[01:00:12] them aware of

[01:00:13] our environmental

[01:00:14] concerns.

[01:00:14] So here's how

[01:00:15] it goes.

[01:00:16] You're going to

[01:00:16] feel the power

[01:00:17] of this.

[01:00:18] So repeat

[01:00:19] after me,

[01:00:19] Mohamed.

[01:00:20] I pledge to

[01:00:21] be kind to

[01:00:24] and love

[01:00:25] myself.

[01:00:26] and love

[01:00:27] myself.

[01:00:28] By the way,

[01:00:29] everyone listening,

[01:00:29] please do this as

[01:00:30] well.

[01:00:30] You're going to

[01:00:31] feel the power

[01:00:31] of this.

[01:00:32] I pledge to

[01:00:32] be kind to

[01:00:36] and strive

[01:00:37] to love

[01:00:37] all others.

[01:00:42] I pledge

[01:00:43] to be kind

[01:00:43] to love

[01:00:47] and respect

[01:00:47] our mother

[01:00:48] earth.

[01:00:53] We are all

[01:00:54] fantastic.

[01:00:56] We are all

[01:00:56] fantastic.

[01:00:57] You are

[01:00:58] fantastic.

[01:00:59] You are

[01:01:00] fantastic.

[01:01:01] I am

[01:01:02] fantastic.

[01:01:03] I am

[01:01:04] fantastic.

[01:01:05] Imagine for a

[01:01:06] minute,

[01:01:06] Mohamed,

[01:01:07] if every

[01:01:07] child and

[01:01:08] every person

[01:01:09] for that

[01:01:09] matter looks

[01:01:10] in the mirror

[01:01:10] or in the

[01:01:11] classroom says

[01:01:12] that because

[01:01:13] when you do it

[01:01:14] in a group,

[01:01:14] it creates

[01:01:15] amazing amount

[01:01:16] of energy.

[01:01:17] But to look

[01:01:17] in the mirror

[01:01:18] each day and

[01:01:19] say that,

[01:01:20] what is that

[01:01:21] going to

[01:01:21] foster?

[01:01:22] It's going

[01:01:22] to create

[01:01:23] a harmonious

[01:01:24] and fantastic

[01:01:25] future because

[01:01:27] again,

[01:01:28] we're going

[01:01:28] to impact

[01:01:28] the manifestation.

[01:01:29] Yes,

[01:01:30] absolutely.

[01:01:30] I think

[01:01:31] this is

[01:01:32] we need

[01:01:33] to understand

[01:01:33] the appealing

[01:01:34] senses of

[01:01:35] all these

[01:01:35] words you

[01:01:36] just mentioned.

[01:01:37] And I

[01:01:37] think I'll

[01:01:39] just start

[01:01:39] my initiative

[01:01:42] with my

[01:01:42] fellows and

[01:01:43] my friends

[01:01:44] and I'll

[01:01:44] do it in

[01:01:45] my class as

[01:01:46] well.

[01:01:47] And I

[01:01:47] think as

[01:01:49] you just

[01:01:49] mentioned,

[01:01:49] the very

[01:01:50] beautiful

[01:01:50] demonstration of

[01:01:51] the word

[01:01:52] manifestation,

[01:01:52] that all

[01:01:54] these

[01:01:54] words,

[01:01:54] these manifest

[01:01:55] a sense

[01:01:56] of happiness

[01:01:58] and a sense

[01:01:58] of kindness

[01:01:59] as these

[01:02:00] words exude

[01:02:01] lots of

[01:02:01] happiness.

[01:02:02] And I

[01:02:02] think this

[01:02:03] is wonderful.

[01:02:04] Well,

[01:02:05] words matter.

[01:02:07] I mean,

[01:02:08] words can

[01:02:09] destroy.

[01:02:10] You've heard

[01:02:10] of the Kyoto

[01:02:11] Water Study,

[01:02:12] right?

[01:02:13] Yes.

[01:02:14] Well,

[01:02:15] that's

[01:02:16] scientific

[01:02:16] proof that

[01:02:18] words affect

[01:02:19] us,

[01:02:20] words affect

[01:02:21] water,

[01:02:22] words affect

[01:02:22] plants.

[01:02:23] They also

[01:02:24] did a study

[01:02:25] where they

[01:02:26] put a

[01:02:26] photograph

[01:02:27] in water

[01:02:28] and froze

[01:02:29] it,

[01:02:29] and the

[01:02:29] water emulated

[01:02:30] the photograph.

[01:02:31] Water has

[01:02:32] properties we

[01:02:33] have no,

[01:02:34] we're just

[01:02:34] learning about.

[01:02:35] It's amazing.

[01:02:37] And of

[01:02:37] course,

[01:02:37] it's the

[01:02:38] second most

[01:02:38] important element

[01:02:39] on the

[01:02:40] planet,

[01:02:41] next to

[01:02:41] oxygen.

[01:02:42] And of

[01:02:44] course,

[01:02:44] just thinking

[01:02:45] about water,

[01:02:47] you know,

[01:02:47] people don't

[01:02:48] respect it.

[01:02:49] I mean,

[01:02:50] they don't,

[01:02:50] you know,

[01:02:51] we take

[01:02:51] things for

[01:02:52] granted.

[01:02:52] You turn

[01:02:53] on the

[01:02:54] faucet and

[01:02:54] water comes

[01:02:55] out.

[01:02:56] Now,

[01:02:57] when the

[01:02:57] electricity

[01:02:57] goes out,

[01:02:58] as you know,

[01:02:59] there's no

[01:02:59] water,

[01:03:00] there's nothing

[01:03:00] to pump it.

[01:03:01] And then you

[01:03:02] kind of really

[01:03:03] respect it when

[01:03:03] you don't have

[01:03:04] it,

[01:03:04] you know?

[01:03:05] Well,

[01:03:06] there's so many

[01:03:07] problems in the

[01:03:07] world and

[01:03:08] they can be

[01:03:09] solved for our

[01:03:10] future,

[01:03:10] we can solve

[01:03:11] problems,

[01:03:11] but they're

[01:03:11] not profitable

[01:03:12] on the

[01:03:13] short term.

[01:03:14] You know

[01:03:14] what a CME

[01:03:15] is?

[01:03:17] Coronal mass

[01:03:18] ejection?

[01:03:19] No.

[01:03:20] Well,

[01:03:21] in nature,

[01:03:23] the sun

[01:03:24] emits solar

[01:03:25] flares,

[01:03:25] as you know.

[01:03:26] They also

[01:03:26] emit coronal

[01:03:28] mass

[01:03:29] ejections.

[01:03:30] These are

[01:03:30] huge things

[01:03:31] that are,

[01:03:32] in the 1800s,

[01:03:34] we had one,

[01:03:35] and it quite

[01:03:36] literally knocked

[01:03:37] out all the

[01:03:38] electricity on

[01:03:39] the planet.

[01:03:39] Luckily,

[01:03:40] the only

[01:03:40] electrical things

[01:03:41] we had back

[01:03:42] then was the

[01:03:43] telegraph.

[01:03:45] So,

[01:03:45] we've

[01:03:46] repaired it

[01:03:46] in a few

[01:03:47] months.

[01:03:47] Imagine if

[01:03:48] that happens

[01:03:49] today,

[01:03:50] if the

[01:03:50] electricity

[01:03:51] goes out.

[01:03:51] It's the worst

[01:03:52] disaster mankind

[01:03:53] would ever have

[01:03:54] experienced.

[01:03:55] But we can

[01:03:56] protect that

[01:03:56] by investing

[01:03:58] in protecting

[01:03:59] the grid from

[01:04:00] a CME,

[01:04:01] which is going

[01:04:01] to happen

[01:04:02] eventually,

[01:04:02] one day.

[01:04:03] Right?

[01:04:04] But you know,

[01:04:04] it's going to

[01:04:04] cost trillions

[01:04:06] of dollars

[01:04:06] to protect

[01:04:07] the grid,

[01:04:09] but there's

[01:04:10] no profit

[01:04:10] in it

[01:04:11] today.

[01:04:12] There's a profit

[01:04:13] in it that

[01:04:13] mankind will

[01:04:14] survive because

[01:04:15] mankind won't

[01:04:16] survive if we

[01:04:17] get hit again.

[01:04:18] And in 2012,

[01:04:20] you remember

[01:04:20] the end of

[01:04:22] the world in

[01:04:23] 2012?

[01:04:23] I don't know

[01:04:24] if you remember

[01:04:24] that.

[01:04:25] There was a

[01:04:25] big thing

[01:04:25] going around

[01:04:26] at the end

[01:04:27] of the world.

[01:04:27] There was a

[01:04:28] prophecy.

[01:04:28] Well,

[01:04:29] guess what?

[01:04:29] Most people

[01:04:30] don't know

[01:04:30] this,

[01:04:31] but we missed

[01:04:32] the end of

[01:04:32] the world

[01:04:33] by about 10

[01:04:34] days.

[01:04:34] What happened

[01:04:35] was we had

[01:04:37] the orbit

[01:04:37] of our

[01:04:38] planet,

[01:04:39] and here's

[01:04:40] the sun

[01:04:40] over here,

[01:04:41] and it

[01:04:41] shot out

[01:04:42] a CME,

[01:04:43] and we

[01:04:44] moved out

[01:04:44] of the path

[01:04:45] of the CME

[01:04:46] by 10

[01:04:46] days.

[01:04:47] Had it

[01:04:48] hit 10

[01:04:49] days earlier,

[01:04:50] all electricity

[01:04:51] on the

[01:04:51] planet

[01:04:52] would

[01:04:54] eliminate,

[01:04:55] be eliminated.

[01:04:57] And that,

[01:04:58] of course,

[01:04:58] brings us back

[01:04:59] to the Stone

[01:04:59] Age because

[01:05:00] there's no way

[01:05:01] to communicate,

[01:05:01] there's no

[01:05:02] water,

[01:05:02] there's no

[01:05:03] refrigeration,

[01:05:03] there's no

[01:05:04] food,

[01:05:04] there's no

[01:05:04] nothing,

[01:05:06] and we're

[01:05:07] on our

[01:05:07] own.

[01:05:07] So,

[01:05:08] to be

[01:05:09] kind to

[01:05:09] yourself

[01:05:10] is to

[01:05:11] know what

[01:05:13] can befall,

[01:05:14] to be

[01:05:15] self-reliant,

[01:05:16] to have a

[01:05:18] source of

[01:05:18] water,

[01:05:19] to have

[01:05:20] seeds

[01:05:21] stocked,

[01:05:21] to have

[01:05:23] supplies

[01:05:23] stocked,

[01:05:24] because you

[01:05:25] can only rely

[01:05:27] on yourself

[01:05:27] in life.

[01:05:29] You know,

[01:05:29] I mean,

[01:05:30] people like me

[01:05:30] that are trying

[01:05:31] to help

[01:05:31] with education,

[01:05:33] because education

[01:05:33] is the,

[01:05:35] well,

[01:05:36] I always say

[01:05:36] the more

[01:05:36] you know,

[01:05:37] the easier

[01:05:38] your life

[01:05:38] is,

[01:05:39] and the

[01:05:39] more valuable

[01:05:40] you are

[01:05:40] to others.

[01:05:41] So,

[01:05:42] I've got

[01:05:43] five years

[01:05:43] of videos

[01:05:45] and blogs

[01:05:47] and articles

[01:05:48] on how

[01:05:49] to be happy,

[01:05:50] how to be

[01:05:50] successful,

[01:05:51] how to be

[01:05:53] kind,

[01:05:54] and,

[01:05:55] but nobody

[01:05:56] will read

[01:05:56] it,

[01:05:57] because they're

[01:05:57] too busy

[01:05:57] trying to make

[01:05:58] a buck,

[01:05:59] I think,

[01:05:59] is what it

[01:05:59] is.

[01:06:00] I think

[01:06:00] this is,

[01:06:01] I'm so

[01:06:01] happy,

[01:06:02] at least

[01:06:02] that people,

[01:06:03] at least

[01:06:04] I've found

[01:06:04] someone,

[01:06:05] people like

[01:06:06] you,

[01:06:06] that they

[01:06:06] are just

[01:06:07] spreading

[01:06:08] a message

[01:06:09] of peace,

[01:06:10] a message

[01:06:10] of kindness,

[01:06:11] a message

[01:06:11] of love,

[01:06:12] a message

[01:06:12] of understanding,

[01:06:14] and as you

[01:06:14] just mentioned,

[01:06:15] that we

[01:06:17] cannot expect

[01:06:18] any unexpected

[01:06:19] things.

[01:06:21] It can

[01:06:22] come at

[01:06:22] any time,

[01:06:23] so we

[01:06:23] must be

[01:06:24] self-sufficient

[01:06:24] and we

[01:06:25] must be

[01:06:25] self-reliant

[01:06:27] and we

[01:06:28] must be

[01:06:28] prepared and

[01:06:29] equipped for

[01:06:30] any unexpected

[01:06:31] situation,

[01:06:32] which can

[01:06:32] come at

[01:06:33] any time.

[01:06:34] So this

[01:06:34] is wonderful

[01:06:34] and your

[01:06:37] message of

[01:06:37] patience,

[01:06:38] your message

[01:06:39] of being

[01:06:39] fantastic,

[01:06:40] it's wonderful

[01:06:41] and I'm so

[01:06:42] happy and

[01:06:42] I'm delighted

[01:06:43] and I'm

[01:06:44] looking forward

[01:06:45] to it and

[01:06:46] let's try

[01:06:47] you and

[01:06:48] bring smiley

[01:06:51] faces everywhere

[01:06:52] around us

[01:06:52] and it

[01:06:53] will be

[01:06:53] wonderful

[01:06:53] to try

[01:06:56] and make

[01:06:57] a purpose

[01:06:58] of living

[01:06:59] and make

[01:07:00] other people

[01:07:01] love each

[01:07:02] other and

[01:07:03] be kind

[01:07:03] to each

[01:07:04] other and

[01:07:04] be fantastic

[01:07:06] after all.

[01:07:06] Well,

[01:07:07] I released

[01:07:07] yesterday the

[01:07:09] kindness class

[01:07:09] curriculum and

[01:07:11] I'm encouraging

[01:07:12] children to

[01:07:13] recite it in

[01:07:14] class.

[01:07:15] It's about a

[01:07:16] half hour long.

[01:07:17] It could be

[01:07:17] if you interact

[01:07:19] with the

[01:07:19] class or

[01:07:20] the group,

[01:07:21] it could be

[01:07:21] hours long

[01:07:22] because you're

[01:07:22] asking people

[01:07:23] to react to

[01:07:24] all the

[01:07:25] different information

[01:07:25] that's being

[01:07:27] spelled in the

[01:07:29] kindness class

[01:07:29] curriculum.

[01:07:31] And basically,

[01:07:32] so now you

[01:07:33] as director,

[01:07:34] I want you to

[01:07:35] start forming

[01:07:35] city groups,

[01:07:37] even if there's

[01:07:38] no one in it

[01:07:38] but you and me

[01:07:39] and then we'll

[01:07:40] find people

[01:07:41] that are in

[01:07:42] those cities

[01:07:42] like Karachi

[01:07:43] and others.

[01:07:44] We have a

[01:07:44] Karachi group

[01:07:45] already.

[01:07:46] To get at

[01:07:48] least 10%

[01:07:49] of what you

[01:07:50] get.

[01:07:51] It really is

[01:07:53] a very little

[01:07:54] amount of

[01:07:54] effort to be

[01:07:55] an admin

[01:07:56] and really to

[01:07:57] be a director

[01:07:58] because with

[01:07:59] all these groups

[01:08:00] that you form

[01:08:01] in Pakistan,

[01:08:03] you're going to

[01:08:03] put them in

[01:08:04] a community.

[01:08:04] What's that

[01:08:05] community?

[01:08:06] So really,

[01:08:07] it's three

[01:08:07] seconds a day

[01:08:08] to forward

[01:08:09] the daily

[01:08:09] quote or

[01:08:10] videos that

[01:08:11] you like

[01:08:11] producing to

[01:08:14] your community

[01:08:14] which goes out

[01:08:15] to all the

[01:08:16] groups in

[01:08:16] Pakistan.

[01:08:17] Now,

[01:08:18] as admin,

[01:08:19] you want to

[01:08:19] have a friend

[01:08:20] that says,

[01:08:21] I can invite

[01:08:21] my family.

[01:08:22] Even if everyone

[01:08:23] just invites their

[01:08:23] sister or their

[01:08:24] brother or their

[01:08:25] mother or their

[01:08:26] friend to a

[01:08:27] group and we

[01:08:28] have 10,000 groups

[01:08:29] with five people

[01:08:30] in each,

[01:08:30] that's 50,000

[01:08:31] people.

[01:08:32] The more people

[01:08:32] we have in our

[01:08:33] kindness revolution,

[01:08:34] the kinder

[01:08:35] it will grow

[01:08:37] and there'll be

[01:08:38] a point where

[01:08:39] people,

[01:08:41] you know,

[01:08:42] we're a team.

[01:08:43] I need your

[01:08:44] ideas.

[01:08:44] I need all the

[01:08:45] director's ideas.

[01:08:46] I need all the

[01:08:47] admin's ideas

[01:08:47] and I need all

[01:08:48] the ambassador's

[01:08:49] ideas on how

[01:08:50] we can make

[01:08:51] this bigger,

[01:08:53] better because

[01:08:54] everybody wins.

[01:08:55] This isn't for

[01:08:56] profit.

[01:08:56] This isn't a

[01:08:57] commercial venture

[01:08:58] and that's one of

[01:08:59] the problems,

[01:09:00] Mohammed,

[01:09:00] is it's free.

[01:09:02] Humans don't

[01:09:04] respect free

[01:09:05] because there's

[01:09:06] no inherent

[01:09:06] value.

[01:09:07] You know,

[01:09:08] you know that

[01:09:09] it's true.

[01:09:10] You go to a

[01:09:10] party,

[01:09:11] they give you

[01:09:11] a free beer,

[01:09:12] you drink half

[01:09:13] of it,

[01:09:13] put it down

[01:09:13] and you

[01:09:14] go get another

[01:09:14] one at the

[01:09:15] other part of

[01:09:16] it.

[01:09:17] If you bought

[01:09:17] that beer,

[01:09:19] you would

[01:09:20] drink the whole

[01:09:20] thing.

[01:09:21] It's just

[01:09:22] human nature.

[01:09:24] Freeing doesn't

[01:09:24] make sense to

[01:09:26] them.

[01:09:27] And so I'm

[01:09:28] fighting an

[01:09:29] uphill battle

[01:09:30] by giving

[01:09:30] away the

[01:09:31] kindness

[01:09:31] class,

[01:09:32] by giving

[01:09:32] away the

[01:09:33] anti-bullying

[01:09:34] poster.

[01:09:35] We've got so

[01:09:36] much information

[01:09:36] out there

[01:09:37] that I forgot

[01:09:38] how much I've

[01:09:39] created.

[01:09:40] You know what

[01:09:41] I'm saying?

[01:09:41] But it's

[01:09:42] there.

[01:09:43] If I pass

[01:09:44] away tomorrow,

[01:09:45] hopefully some

[01:09:45] people will

[01:09:46] carry the

[01:09:47] torch and we

[01:09:49] can die

[01:09:50] anytime.

[01:09:50] I had a

[01:09:51] fantastic life,

[01:09:52] Mohammed.

[01:09:52] I really had

[01:09:53] a blessed

[01:09:53] life.

[01:09:55] I don't

[01:09:56] think like

[01:09:57] most people,

[01:09:57] I have a

[01:09:57] book.

[01:09:58] I published

[01:09:58] a book.

[01:09:59] By the way,

[01:09:59] I don't

[01:10:00] know if

[01:10:00] you know

[01:10:00] any of

[01:10:02] your students

[01:10:04] or your

[01:10:04] people,

[01:10:05] but I've

[01:10:05] written a

[01:10:05] book.

[01:10:06] I'm looking

[01:10:06] for a

[01:10:06] publisher.

[01:10:07] It's called

[01:10:07] How to

[01:10:08] Be a

[01:10:08] Fantastic

[01:10:08] Person.

[01:10:09] I've

[01:10:10] written it.

[01:10:10] I'm

[01:10:10] looking for

[01:10:10] an editor.

[01:10:11] I'm also

[01:10:12] looking for

[01:10:12] someone to

[01:10:13] help me

[01:10:15] go to the

[01:10:15] next level

[01:10:16] of the

[01:10:16] kindness

[01:10:16] class with

[01:10:17] slides and

[01:10:18] the whole

[01:10:18] nine yards.

[01:10:20] But anyway,

[01:10:20] it's a group

[01:10:21] effort.

[01:10:21] We're a team.

[01:10:23] I'm doing

[01:10:24] this without

[01:10:24] any money,

[01:10:26] which is

[01:10:26] phenomenal,

[01:10:27] that I've

[01:10:28] gone this

[01:10:29] far without

[01:10:30] money.

[01:10:30] Now I've

[01:10:31] got this

[01:10:32] Complete Guide

[01:10:33] to Happiness,

[01:10:34] which I think

[01:10:34] is reaching

[01:10:35] these interviews

[01:10:36] I've been

[01:10:37] having,

[01:10:37] by the way.

[01:10:38] This interview

[01:10:39] here, I love

[01:10:40] this interview.

[01:10:41] I mean, I

[01:10:41] love the things

[01:10:42] you're saying,

[01:10:43] and I hope

[01:10:43] people will

[01:10:44] watch it,

[01:10:44] but no one's

[01:10:45] going to take

[01:10:46] the time.

[01:10:47] We've been

[01:10:48] talking for

[01:10:48] half an hour

[01:10:49] or so.

[01:10:50] People just

[01:10:51] don't have

[01:10:51] the time,

[01:10:51] I guess.

[01:10:52] I don't know.

[01:10:52] But there

[01:10:53] are a few

[01:10:53] that do.

[01:10:54] And we,

[01:10:55] Mohammed,

[01:10:55] we can't

[01:10:56] help everyone,

[01:10:57] especially the

[01:10:57] ones that

[01:10:58] don't see

[01:10:59] the value

[01:10:59] in kindness.

[01:11:00] We don't

[01:11:00] want them

[01:11:00] in our

[01:11:01] group.

[01:11:01] We don't

[01:11:01] want them

[01:11:01] in our

[01:11:02] community.

[01:11:02] We would

[01:11:03] hope that

[01:11:03] one day

[01:11:04] they see

[01:11:04] the value

[01:11:05] of kindness.

[01:11:06] And,

[01:11:07] because it's

[01:11:07] like karma.

[01:11:08] I mean,

[01:11:09] I think karma

[01:11:09] is a big thing

[01:11:10] in Pakistan.

[01:11:11] So I've

[01:11:12] ended up

[01:11:12] talking.

[01:11:12] Tell me about

[01:11:13] Pakistan,

[01:11:14] what you

[01:11:15] love about

[01:11:15] Pakistan,

[01:11:16] what people

[01:11:17] should know

[01:11:17] about Pakistan

[01:11:18] that are

[01:11:18] listening.

[01:11:20] Yeah.

[01:11:22] Changing the

[01:11:22] subject.

[01:11:24] Thank you

[01:11:25] for asking.

[01:11:26] Pakistani

[01:11:27] generally

[01:11:28] are happy

[01:11:28] people.

[01:11:30] Is the

[01:11:30] country safe

[01:11:31] to visit?

[01:11:32] Tell me

[01:11:33] about your

[01:11:33] country and

[01:11:35] your city.

[01:11:36] Pakistan is

[01:11:37] a diverse

[01:11:39] country.

[01:11:40] It's a

[01:11:41] home of

[01:11:41] so many

[01:11:42] diverse

[01:11:43] cultures.

[01:11:43] so many

[01:11:44] diverse

[01:11:44] people from

[01:11:45] different

[01:11:46] communities.

[01:11:47] And it's

[01:11:47] a safest

[01:11:50] country.

[01:11:51] And it's

[01:11:52] the best

[01:11:53] place to

[01:11:54] visit,

[01:11:54] you know,

[01:11:55] best

[01:11:55] hospitable

[01:11:56] people.

[01:11:57] This is

[01:11:57] very much

[01:11:59] key and

[01:12:00] core value

[01:12:01] of Pakistan

[01:12:01] that people

[01:12:03] of Pakistan,

[01:12:04] the country

[01:12:04] of Pakistan

[01:12:05] is very

[01:12:06] much hospitable.

[01:12:07] And whenever

[01:12:07] people from

[01:12:08] different countries

[01:12:09] around the

[01:12:09] world visit

[01:12:10] Pakistan,

[01:12:11] particularly

[01:12:11] when they

[01:12:12] travel to

[01:12:13] metropolitan

[01:12:14] and urban

[01:12:16] cities,

[01:12:16] you know,

[01:12:17] they do

[01:12:18] enjoy each

[01:12:19] and every

[01:12:19] bit of it

[01:12:20] and every

[01:12:21] moment of

[01:12:22] it they

[01:12:22] enjoy.

[01:12:23] And people

[01:12:23] are so much

[01:12:24] hospitable

[01:12:24] that even

[01:12:28] whatever amount

[01:12:30] of time they're

[01:12:30] living in

[01:12:31] Pakistan,

[01:12:32] either that is

[01:12:32] in days or

[01:12:33] weeks or

[01:12:34] months or

[01:12:35] years,

[01:12:36] the Pakistani

[01:12:36] people,

[01:12:37] they just

[01:12:39] don't take

[01:12:41] money from

[01:12:42] them and

[01:12:42] consider them

[01:12:43] as their

[01:12:44] guests.

[01:12:44] and so a

[01:12:45] sense of

[01:12:46] friendship

[01:12:47] prevailed,

[01:12:48] a sense

[01:12:48] of kindness,

[01:12:49] you know,

[01:12:49] that people

[01:12:50] of Pakistan,

[01:12:52] they are

[01:12:52] lovely people,

[01:12:53] they are

[01:12:53] kind people,

[01:12:54] you know,

[01:12:55] they're

[01:12:55] accepting

[01:12:57] people from

[01:12:58] each and

[01:12:58] every country

[01:13:00] of the world

[01:13:00] and there's

[01:13:02] a sheer

[01:13:04] understanding

[01:13:06] between people.

[01:13:07] So this is

[01:13:07] so fantastic

[01:13:08] about my

[01:13:09] country,

[01:13:10] Pakistan.

[01:13:12] Well,

[01:13:13] I hope to

[01:13:14] visit it

[01:13:14] because my

[01:13:15] goal is to

[01:13:16] travel the

[01:13:17] world and

[01:13:18] give speeches

[01:13:19] to the

[01:13:20] schools,

[01:13:21] meet with my

[01:13:22] directors,

[01:13:22] meet with my

[01:13:23] admin and

[01:13:25] just keep

[01:13:26] spreading the

[01:13:27] word,

[01:13:27] you know.

[01:13:31] I've met so

[01:13:32] many fantastic

[01:13:32] people on

[01:13:33] this journey.

[01:13:34] We've got

[01:13:35] 10, as of

[01:13:36] today,

[01:13:37] 10,101

[01:13:38] ambassadors of

[01:13:40] kindness as

[01:13:41] of today.

[01:13:42] Every day

[01:13:42] people are

[01:13:43] introducing it

[01:13:44] to their

[01:13:44] friends and

[01:13:46] it's just,

[01:13:47] it's growing

[01:13:49] organically.

[01:13:50] You know,

[01:13:51] we don't have

[01:13:51] a big campaign

[01:13:53] out there.

[01:13:55] And it's,

[01:13:56] I call it the

[01:13:57] world's best

[01:13:58] kept secret.

[01:14:00] Yeah.

[01:14:00] Wonderful.

[01:14:01] That's fantastic.

[01:14:02] And I think

[01:14:04] let's,

[01:14:05] let's,

[01:14:06] let's make it

[01:14:08] happier.

[01:14:09] Let's make it

[01:14:09] fantastic.

[01:14:10] and let's

[01:14:11] work together

[01:14:13] and spread

[01:14:15] this mission

[01:14:15] of kindness.

[01:14:17] You had some

[01:14:18] ideas before

[01:14:19] we got on

[01:14:19] the interview

[01:14:20] on how to

[01:14:20] spread it.

[01:14:21] I think you

[01:14:21] have a lot

[01:14:22] of students,

[01:14:23] you know,

[01:14:24] I think

[01:14:25] students,

[01:14:26] I think

[01:14:27] teachers,

[01:14:28] and I think

[01:14:28] doctors and

[01:14:31] clergy get

[01:14:32] it quicker

[01:14:33] than most

[01:14:34] because they're

[01:14:35] givers.

[01:14:37] teachers,

[01:14:38] especially,

[01:14:38] I love

[01:14:39] teachers because

[01:14:39] they're not

[01:14:40] doing it for

[01:14:40] the money.

[01:14:41] They're doing

[01:14:42] it to help

[01:14:42] mankind,

[01:14:43] to spread

[01:14:44] knowledge.

[01:14:45] And there's

[01:14:46] another thing I

[01:14:47] want to throw

[01:14:47] out to everyone

[01:14:48] here.

[01:14:48] There's a,

[01:14:49] one of our

[01:14:50] ambassadors in

[01:14:51] Cairo created a

[01:14:52] program called

[01:14:53] e-learning.

[01:14:54] e-learning.

[01:14:55] And it's,

[01:14:56] it's fantastic

[01:14:57] program.

[01:14:57] It's free.

[01:14:59] And what you

[01:15:00] do is you

[01:15:01] don't need a

[01:15:01] college degree.

[01:15:02] You just need

[01:15:03] to be an

[01:15:03] expert or very

[01:15:05] knowledgeable in

[01:15:06] your field.

[01:15:07] And you can

[01:15:07] teach that

[01:15:08] whether you're

[01:15:09] a car mechanic

[01:15:10] or you,

[01:15:11] you know,

[01:15:11] in a car

[01:15:12] wood,

[01:15:12] it doesn't

[01:15:12] really matter

[01:15:13] what because

[01:15:14] there's someone

[01:15:14] out there that

[01:15:15] wants to learn

[01:15:15] that.

[01:15:16] And that student,

[01:15:18] that person,

[01:15:18] pays for that

[01:15:20] particular class.

[01:15:21] And that company

[01:15:22] e-learning takes

[01:15:23] a percentage.

[01:15:24] So it doesn't

[01:15:25] cost you anything

[01:15:25] to sign up,

[01:15:27] to start,

[01:15:28] you know,

[01:15:28] charge whatever

[01:15:29] you want.

[01:15:29] You can do it

[01:15:30] for free if you

[01:15:31] wanted.

[01:15:31] But of course,

[01:15:32] people need to

[01:15:32] make money.

[01:15:34] And then the

[01:15:34] student only

[01:15:35] doesn't have,

[01:15:36] they can sign

[01:15:36] up for free

[01:15:37] and they only

[01:15:37] pay for the

[01:15:38] courses that

[01:15:38] they want.

[01:15:39] And you can

[01:15:40] do it live,

[01:15:41] you can do it

[01:15:41] recorded.

[01:15:42] So I think

[01:15:42] it's a great,

[01:15:43] because we have

[01:15:44] so many fantastic

[01:15:45] ambassadors that

[01:15:46] have great

[01:15:47] inventions.

[01:15:48] I represent a

[01:15:49] few of them

[01:15:49] that are,

[01:15:50] I mean,

[01:15:52] it's,

[01:15:52] I'm blessed

[01:15:52] to have met

[01:15:53] on this journey

[01:15:55] and in my

[01:15:55] life,

[01:15:56] so many

[01:15:56] incredible

[01:15:57] people.

[01:15:58] I know

[01:15:58] billionaires,

[01:15:59] I know

[01:15:59] heads of

[01:15:59] state,

[01:16:00] I know

[01:16:00] inventors,

[01:16:01] scientists,

[01:16:03] bishops,

[01:16:04] queens,

[01:16:04] and all

[01:16:05] kind of

[01:16:06] fantastic

[01:16:06] people in

[01:16:07] this group.

[01:16:08] So I'm

[01:16:09] interviewing one

[01:16:09] a week,

[01:16:10] or two,

[01:16:10] this particular

[01:16:11] week is two,

[01:16:12] and it's going

[01:16:13] to take about

[01:16:13] 300 years if no

[01:16:15] one else joins

[01:16:15] to interview

[01:16:16] everyone.

[01:16:17] Because everyone

[01:16:18] has a fantastic

[01:16:19] story.

[01:16:20] Yeah,

[01:16:20] doctor,

[01:16:20] that is so

[01:16:21] fantastic.

[01:16:22] And I want

[01:16:22] you to keep

[01:16:23] thinking,

[01:16:23] put your brain

[01:16:24] cap on,

[01:16:24] how can we,

[01:16:26] because you're

[01:16:26] in charge of

[01:16:26] Pakistan now,

[01:16:27] you can do

[01:16:28] anything you want

[01:16:29] in Pakistan

[01:16:29] to grow the

[01:16:30] group,

[01:16:31] to create

[01:16:32] more groups,

[01:16:33] to spread

[01:16:34] the word.

[01:16:35] Maybe you know

[01:16:36] a journalist,

[01:16:36] maybe you know

[01:16:37] a celebrity,

[01:16:38] maybe you know

[01:16:39] someone in

[01:16:40] government,

[01:16:40] because I've

[01:16:41] got a speech

[01:16:41] I wrote to

[01:16:42] the United

[01:16:42] Nations,

[01:16:43] I don't know

[01:16:43] if you read

[01:16:44] it or not,

[01:16:45] but one day

[01:16:46] I hope to

[01:16:47] read it in

[01:16:48] front of the

[01:16:48] United Nations,

[01:16:49] but what I'm

[01:16:49] doing now is

[01:16:50] I'm sending

[01:16:50] it to

[01:16:51] individuals,

[01:16:52] because to

[01:16:53] get to the

[01:16:53] individual is

[01:16:54] more important

[01:16:54] than to get

[01:16:55] to the

[01:16:56] leaders.

[01:16:58] Yeah,

[01:16:58] that is so

[01:16:59] fantastic,

[01:17:00] as you

[01:17:01] mentioned,

[01:17:01] that you

[01:17:02] have just

[01:17:02] written a

[01:17:04] very comprehensive

[01:17:05] speech for

[01:17:05] the United

[01:17:06] Nations,

[01:17:06] and you

[01:17:07] want to

[01:17:07] deliver that

[01:17:08] particular

[01:17:09] message to

[01:17:10] the world

[01:17:10] parliament

[01:17:10] and people

[01:17:12] from different

[01:17:12] worlds.

[01:17:13] That is so

[01:17:13] fantastic and

[01:17:14] so wonderful,

[01:17:15] and I'm

[01:17:16] very much

[01:17:17] delighted and

[01:17:18] looking forward

[01:17:18] to it,

[01:17:19] and I would

[01:17:20] invite you

[01:17:21] to visit

[01:17:23] Pakistan as

[01:17:23] well.

[01:17:24] It will be

[01:17:24] wonderful

[01:17:25] to have you

[01:17:26] and to meet

[01:17:26] you and spread

[01:17:28] this message

[01:17:28] of kindness

[01:17:29] together,

[01:17:29] and it's

[01:17:30] wonderful.

[01:17:31] I'm very

[01:17:31] much looking

[01:17:32] forward to

[01:17:32] all these

[01:17:33] things,

[01:17:33] and particularly

[01:17:36] to get

[01:17:39] infected with

[01:17:40] you more

[01:17:42] easily,

[01:17:43] more conveniently,

[01:17:44] and meeting

[01:17:44] people like

[01:17:45] you.

[01:17:47] I'm quite

[01:17:48] hopeful that

[01:17:52] I'll get

[01:17:53] connected with

[01:17:53] more people

[01:17:54] as well.

[01:17:54] and it's

[01:17:55] wonderful,

[01:17:56] and doctor,

[01:17:57] you are

[01:17:58] absolutely

[01:17:58] fantastic,

[01:17:59] and I'm

[01:17:59] so happy

[01:18:00] to have

[01:18:00] you,

[01:18:01] and looking

[01:18:02] forward to

[01:18:02] it.

[01:18:03] Well,

[01:18:03] we're all

[01:18:04] connected

[01:18:04] somehow or

[01:18:05] other.

[01:18:06] Like you,

[01:18:06] I'd love to

[01:18:07] get to the

[01:18:07] Pakistani

[01:18:07] government,

[01:18:08] and I guarantee

[01:18:09] you,

[01:18:10] you're probably

[01:18:10] only three

[01:18:11] away from

[01:18:11] one of the

[01:18:12] top officials,

[01:18:13] because you

[01:18:13] know someone

[01:18:14] who knows

[01:18:14] someone who

[01:18:15] knows someone,

[01:18:15] and if they're

[01:18:17] all willing to

[01:18:18] become an

[01:18:19] ambassador of

[01:18:19] kindness,

[01:18:21] I quite

[01:18:22] frankly won't

[01:18:22] do any

[01:18:23] business or

[01:18:24] associate with

[01:18:24] people that

[01:18:25] don't follow

[01:18:25] the three

[01:18:26] commitments,

[01:18:26] because that's

[01:18:28] the solution,

[01:18:29] and I'm so

[01:18:30] happy to have

[01:18:30] you as our

[01:18:31] new director

[01:18:31] in Pakistan.

[01:18:34] Thank you for

[01:18:35] your time.

[01:18:35] Let's communicate

[01:18:36] more often.

[01:18:37] You're going

[01:18:37] to be put in

[01:18:38] a group called

[01:18:38] Directors are

[01:18:39] fantastic.

[01:18:40] That's where we

[01:18:40] all network.

[01:18:41] We all come

[01:18:42] up with plans

[01:18:42] and ideas.

[01:18:44] You're in

[01:18:44] charge of

[01:18:45] Pakistan.

[01:18:46] Do whatever

[01:18:46] you like in

[01:18:47] that country

[01:18:47] to spread the

[01:18:48] word.

[01:18:48] It's not

[01:18:50] for profit.

[01:18:50] It's for

[01:18:51] our future,

[01:18:52] this program.

[01:18:54] Thank you

[01:18:54] very much,

[01:18:55] Dr.

[01:18:55] Fantastic.

[01:18:57] I'm thankful

[01:18:58] that you

[01:18:58] just placed

[01:18:59] this trust

[01:19:00] in me,

[01:19:01] and I'm

[01:19:01] looking forward

[01:19:02] to it.

[01:19:03] I'll just

[01:19:04] initiate and

[01:19:05] start this

[01:19:05] mission of

[01:19:06] purpose,

[01:19:07] and this

[01:19:07] mission of

[01:19:08] fantastic,

[01:19:09] and this

[01:19:09] mission of

[01:19:10] kindness,

[01:19:11] and letting

[01:19:12] other people

[01:19:12] to be happy

[01:19:13] and smile

[01:19:13] each and

[01:19:14] every single

[01:19:14] day.

[01:19:15] Have a

[01:19:16] fantastic

[01:19:17] evening.

[01:19:17] Call

[01:19:18] anytime.

[01:19:18] I'm there

[01:19:19] for you.

[01:19:19] Any

[01:19:20] questions

[01:19:20] you have?

[01:19:21] I'll start

[01:19:22] sending you

[01:19:22] some more

[01:19:23] information

[01:19:23] because I

[01:19:24] don't think

[01:19:24] you have

[01:19:24] all the

[01:19:25] information

[01:19:25] you need

[01:19:26] as far

[01:19:27] as I've

[01:19:28] got videos

[01:19:29] on how

[01:19:30] to be an

[01:19:30] admin and

[01:19:30] how to

[01:19:31] be a

[01:19:31] director

[01:19:32] and ways

[01:19:33] to reach

[01:19:34] out to

[01:19:35] your

[01:19:35] community.

[01:19:36] Thank you,

[01:19:37] my friend.

[01:19:38] Have a

[01:19:38] fantastic

[01:19:39] week.

[01:19:39] By the way,

[01:19:44] fantastic

[01:19:45] morning.

[01:19:46] I call

[01:19:56] name for

[01:19:56] everything.

[01:19:57] Just be

[01:19:57] positive.

[01:19:58] Nothing but

[01:19:59] positive

[01:19:59] thoughts in

[01:20:00] your mind.

[01:20:01] Get rid

[01:20:01] of negative

[01:20:02] people,

[01:20:02] negative

[01:20:03] thinking because

[01:20:04] they're

[01:20:04] cancerous to

[01:20:04] your health.

[01:20:05] I can

[01:20:06] speak for

[01:20:06] hours on

[01:20:07] how to

[01:20:07] be kind

[01:20:08] to yourself,

[01:20:08] others in

[01:20:09] the planet,

[01:20:09] and you'll

[01:20:10] find all

[01:20:11] those thousands

[01:20:12] of videos on

[01:20:13] Be Fantastic

[01:20:13] YouTube.

[01:20:25] Thank you so

[01:20:25] much.

[01:20:26] My pleasure.

[01:20:52] you.

[01:20:53] We hope

[01:20:54] you will enjoy

[01:20:55] them.

[01:20:58] subscribe,

[01:21:00] like,

[01:21:00] and share.

[01:21:08] Did you

[01:21:09] enjoy those

[01:21:10] two interviews?

[01:21:11] I certainly

[01:21:11] did.

[01:21:12] You know,

[01:21:13] there's a lot

[01:21:13] to learn from

[01:21:14] every one of

[01:21:14] our ambassadors,

[01:21:15] and I hope

[01:21:16] you're learning

[01:21:16] a little bit

[01:21:16] from each

[01:21:17] one of them.

[01:21:17] They each

[01:21:18] have a

[01:21:18] different view

[01:21:19] on happiness,

[01:21:21] and that's

[01:21:22] fantastic.

[01:21:23] So now it's

[01:21:23] time for another

[01:21:24] episode of

[01:21:24] Dr. Fantastic

[01:21:25] Cooks,

[01:21:26] where I give

[01:21:26] away my

[01:21:27] favorite recipes

[01:21:28] from my

[01:21:29] travels around

[01:21:30] the world.

[01:21:30] Let me dig

[01:21:31] it in my bag.

[01:21:32] I'll pull out

[01:21:32] something from

[01:21:33] Africa,

[01:21:34] because I haven't

[01:21:35] been to

[01:21:35] Pakistan yet,

[01:21:35] but I did live

[01:21:36] in Africa,

[01:21:37] so let me

[01:21:37] pull out

[01:21:38] one of my

[01:21:39] African cooking

[01:21:40] episodes.

[01:21:41] Enjoy,

[01:21:42] and I'll talk

[01:21:43] to you in a

[01:21:43] little bit.

[01:21:44] Welcome to

[01:21:45] another episode

[01:21:46] of Dr.

[01:21:46] Fantastic

[01:21:47] Cooks.

[01:21:48] And you

[01:21:49] know,

[01:21:49] you don't

[01:21:50] always need

[01:21:51] a stove to

[01:21:51] cook.

[01:21:52] I've made

[01:21:53] chicken salad,

[01:21:54] I've made

[01:21:55] chef salad,

[01:21:56] I've made

[01:21:56] tuna salads,

[01:21:57] those are

[01:21:57] fantastic and

[01:21:58] healthy meals.

[01:21:59] Last week,

[01:22:00] I prepared

[01:22:01] servici,

[01:22:02] which is cooked

[01:22:03] in lemon juice,

[01:22:04] and today,

[01:22:05] I'm cooking,

[01:22:06] not cooking,

[01:22:07] I'm preparing

[01:22:07] steak tartare.

[01:22:09] Oh my goodness,

[01:22:10] and I found

[01:22:11] the best

[01:22:12] steak tartare,

[01:22:13] and it's brought

[01:22:13] to you,

[01:22:14] and this episode

[01:22:15] is brought to

[01:22:15] you by Point

[01:22:17] Market,

[01:22:17] the newest market

[01:22:18] in all of

[01:22:19] Sharm El Sheikh.

[01:22:20] It's state-of-the-art,

[01:22:21] it's fantastic,

[01:22:22] the best beef

[01:22:24] I've found

[01:22:25] in all of Egypt

[01:22:26] and in a year.

[01:22:27] It's fantastic,

[01:22:28] and as you know,

[01:22:29] I only represent

[01:22:30] the best of the

[01:22:32] best,

[01:22:32] the fantastic

[01:22:33] products,

[01:22:33] fantastic companies,

[01:22:35] and fantastic people,

[01:22:36] and Point Market

[01:22:37] has asked me

[01:22:38] to be their

[01:22:39] brand ambassador,

[01:22:39] and I wouldn't have

[01:22:40] been it unless

[01:22:41] they were fantastic.

[01:22:42] So today,

[01:22:43] I'm going to prepare

[01:22:44] steak tartare,

[01:22:45] which needs

[01:22:45] the best beef.

[01:22:47] Get the filet mignon

[01:22:49] and ground it up.

[01:22:50] A lot of people

[01:22:50] like to chop it up

[01:22:51] into little pieces

[01:22:52] for their steak tartare.

[01:22:54] Grinding it is fine

[01:22:55] with me,

[01:22:56] but you know,

[01:22:56] the two most

[01:22:57] important ingredients

[01:22:58] in cooking

[01:22:59] is having fun

[01:23:00] and having a cocktail

[01:23:01] while you're cooking,

[01:23:02] and the third

[01:23:03] is get your

[01:23:03] family in the kitchen.

[01:23:04] Teach your kids

[01:23:05] how to cook.

[01:23:06] Teach your wife

[01:23:07] or husband

[01:23:07] how to cook

[01:23:07] and have a cold

[01:23:09] beer on 100

[01:23:09] degree heat

[01:23:11] when you're in

[01:23:11] Egypt.

[01:23:18] Two-point market,

[01:23:19] they are fantastic

[01:23:20] and they're right

[01:23:21] across the street.

[01:23:22] You can't be deaf.

[01:23:24] So,

[01:23:24] I'm going to start

[01:23:24] with about a half

[01:23:25] a pound of ground

[01:23:27] beef.

[01:23:28] It's delicious.

[01:23:30] I'm going to put

[01:23:31] up one egg yolk

[01:23:32] in it.

[01:23:33] A pound

[01:23:34] would take two.

[01:23:35] Okay?

[01:23:36] So,

[01:23:36] what you do

[01:23:37] is

[01:23:38] you only want

[01:23:39] the yolk

[01:23:39] so you have to

[01:23:40] drain off

[01:23:41] the white

[01:23:42] and you do that

[01:23:43] by balancing

[01:23:44] the yolk

[01:23:45] back and forth

[01:23:45] like that.

[01:23:47] Okay?

[01:23:48] Get all that white

[01:23:48] out

[01:23:49] and here you go.

[01:23:51] Boom!

[01:23:51] She's in there.

[01:23:53] Throw the shell away.

[01:23:55] In about a half

[01:23:56] a pound,

[01:23:56] I'm going to put

[01:23:57] I like onions

[01:23:58] so I'm going to

[01:23:59] put two tablespoons

[01:24:01] of

[01:24:02] and you can use

[01:24:04] shallots.

[01:24:04] Most of the other

[01:24:05] recipes call for

[01:24:05] shallots

[01:24:06] but I'm going to

[01:24:07] put in red onions

[01:24:08] because it looks

[01:24:09] like shallots

[01:24:10] and it tastes delicious.

[01:24:11] I'm going to put

[01:24:12] in about a tablespoon

[01:24:13] of capers.

[01:24:14] I was really

[01:24:15] lucky to find capers.

[01:24:16] Now,

[01:24:17] this is the

[01:24:17] Egyptian recipe

[01:24:18] of course

[01:24:19] and

[01:24:21] it calls for

[01:24:22] either a dry mustard

[01:24:23] or a Dijon

[01:24:24] and I couldn't

[01:24:24] find that

[01:24:25] so I'm going to

[01:24:25] go with yellow,

[01:24:26] a little yellow

[01:24:27] it's not going to

[01:24:28] ruin it.

[01:24:28] For spice,

[01:24:29] I'm putting in

[01:24:30] jalapenos.

[01:24:31] Again,

[01:24:32] the first time

[01:24:33] I found jalapenos

[01:24:34] was at Point Market

[01:24:35] a nice big jar

[01:24:37] of spicy jalapenos.

[01:24:39] Now,

[01:24:40] I'm going to

[01:24:40] put in

[01:24:41] I'm thinking

[01:24:42] of two tablespoons

[01:24:44] of olive oil

[01:24:47] and I never

[01:24:48] usually measure

[01:24:48] but today

[01:24:50] I felt like measuring

[01:24:51] I'll usually

[01:24:51] just pour it.

[01:24:53] You know,

[01:24:53] cooking

[01:24:54] for me

[01:24:55] is not a precise

[01:24:56] science.

[01:24:56] Baking

[01:24:57] is a precise

[01:24:57] precise science.

[01:24:59] I don't

[01:24:59] bake too much

[01:25:00] and then

[01:25:00] it calls for

[01:25:01] vinegar.

[01:25:02] I'm going to

[01:25:02] go with

[01:25:02] balsamic vinegar.

[01:25:04] One tablespoon

[01:25:05] of that

[01:25:08] calls for salt

[01:25:09] and pepper.

[01:25:11] I don't have

[01:25:12] any pepper

[01:25:13] and that's life.

[01:25:15] It calls for

[01:25:16] mustard

[01:25:18] and I'm just

[01:25:19] going to give

[01:25:19] a little

[01:25:20] I don't want to

[01:25:21] give a half

[01:25:21] a teaspoon

[01:25:22] of mustard.

[01:25:24] Now,

[01:25:24] when you prepare

[01:25:26] like my guacamole,

[01:25:27] you don't

[01:25:27] smoosh things.

[01:25:29] Food has

[01:25:30] feelings.

[01:25:30] So,

[01:25:31] you never want

[01:25:31] to smoosh

[01:25:32] things and put

[01:25:32] them in blenders

[01:25:33] like mashed

[01:25:34] potatoes and

[01:25:34] grind the hell

[01:25:35] out of it.

[01:25:35] You want it

[01:25:36] to have some

[01:25:36] consistency.

[01:25:37] So,

[01:25:38] in this,

[01:25:38] you're going

[01:25:38] to toss it.

[01:25:40] You're going

[01:25:40] to toss it

[01:25:41] around.

[01:25:41] You're not

[01:25:41] going to

[01:25:42] mix it all

[01:25:42] up.

[01:25:43] And then

[01:25:44] you're going

[01:25:44] to form

[01:25:44] round patties

[01:25:47] and I'm

[01:25:48] going to

[01:25:48] have french

[01:25:48] fries with

[01:25:49] it and

[01:25:51] it's delicious.

[01:25:52] I mean,

[01:25:53] I actually

[01:25:53] eat ground

[01:25:54] beef without

[01:25:55] anything,

[01:25:56] just with

[01:25:56] salt.

[01:25:57] It's delicious.

[01:25:58] I know

[01:25:59] it's a raw

[01:25:59] cow and

[01:26:01] for you

[01:26:01] vegetarians,

[01:26:03] this isn't

[01:26:03] your recipe,

[01:26:04] but for people

[01:26:05] who love me

[01:26:06] on a hot

[01:26:07] day,

[01:26:08] steak tartare

[01:26:09] is fantastic.

[01:26:11] Then you

[01:26:11] want to

[01:26:11] take this

[01:26:12] and you

[01:26:13] always

[01:26:13] want to

[01:26:13] serve it

[01:26:13] cold,

[01:26:14] nice and

[01:26:14] cold so

[01:26:15] everything's

[01:26:16] room temperature

[01:26:16] you want

[01:26:17] to put

[01:26:18] in the

[01:26:18] fridge for

[01:26:19] a while.

[01:26:19] We'll

[01:26:20] get it

[01:26:20] nice and

[01:26:20] cold.

[01:26:22] And of

[01:26:22] course,

[01:26:22] the taste

[01:26:23] test,

[01:26:23] there it

[01:26:24] goes.

[01:26:31] Maybe

[01:26:32] I put

[01:26:32] in a

[01:26:32] little

[01:26:32] bit

[01:26:32] too

[01:26:32] much

[01:26:32] olive

[01:26:33] oil.

[01:26:35] So

[01:26:35] let me

[01:26:36] go back

[01:26:36] to one

[01:26:36] tablespoon

[01:26:37] of

[01:26:37] olive

[01:26:37] oil.

[01:26:40] But

[01:26:40] it's

[01:26:41] delicious

[01:26:41] olive

[01:26:41] oil

[01:26:42] so

[01:26:43] a little

[01:26:43] bit

[01:26:43] more

[01:26:43] salt.

[01:26:48] Now

[01:26:49] let me

[01:26:49] try

[01:26:49] it.

[01:26:54] It's

[01:26:55] fantastic.

[01:26:56] Thanks

[01:26:57] for

[01:26:57] watching.

[01:26:59] Now

[01:27:00] today is

[01:27:00] September

[01:27:01] 12th

[01:27:02] 2021

[01:27:04] A year

[01:27:04] ago yesterday

[01:27:05] I was in

[01:27:05] New York

[01:27:06] for the

[01:27:06] 19th

[01:27:07] anniversary

[01:27:08] of the

[01:27:08] horrific

[01:27:09] accident,

[01:27:10] not

[01:27:10] accident,

[01:27:10] terrorism

[01:27:11] attack on

[01:27:12] America.

[01:27:14] September

[01:27:14] 11,

[01:27:16] 20,

[01:27:17] 2001.

[01:27:19] And

[01:27:20] yesterday

[01:27:21] they had

[01:27:21] some nice

[01:27:21] tributes

[01:27:22] as they

[01:27:23] do.

[01:27:24] So it

[01:27:24] was a

[01:27:25] somber

[01:27:25] occasion

[01:27:25] in

[01:27:26] Pennsylvania,

[01:27:26] around the

[01:27:27] world,

[01:27:27] around the

[01:27:28] country,

[01:27:28] in New

[01:27:28] York.

[01:27:29] it was

[01:27:30] also a

[01:27:30] fantastic

[01:27:31] day for

[01:27:31] teenagers.

[01:27:33] Two

[01:27:33] teenagers

[01:27:34] who were

[01:27:34] in the

[01:27:34] finals of

[01:27:35] women's

[01:27:35] tennis.

[01:27:36] As you

[01:27:36] know,

[01:27:36] I taught

[01:27:36] my sons

[01:27:37] to be

[01:27:37] pros,

[01:27:38] and they

[01:27:39] had

[01:27:39] fantastic

[01:27:39] careers.

[01:27:41] So tennis

[01:27:41] is a

[01:27:41] fantastic sport

[01:27:42] to get

[01:27:42] your kids

[01:27:42] into.

[01:27:43] And so

[01:27:43] England

[01:27:44] is

[01:27:44] reveling

[01:27:45] in the

[01:27:45] fact that

[01:27:46] they have

[01:27:46] a teenage

[01:27:46] champion.

[01:27:47] She won

[01:27:48] the

[01:27:48] US

[01:27:48] Open

[01:27:49] and

[01:27:49] first

[01:27:50] time

[01:27:50] in

[01:27:50] 44

[01:27:50] years.

[01:27:51] Teenagers

[01:27:52] never

[01:27:52] dropped

[01:27:52] a set.

[01:27:53] That's

[01:27:54] pretty

[01:27:54] fantastic.

[01:27:55] So tennis

[01:27:56] is a

[01:27:57] fantastic

[01:27:57] sport.

[01:27:58] Cooking

[01:27:59] is a

[01:27:59] fantastic

[01:27:59] thing

[01:27:59] to do.

[01:28:00] Eating

[01:28:00] is

[01:28:01] even

[01:28:01] more

[01:28:01] fantastic.

[01:28:02] And being

[01:28:02] kind

[01:28:16] in the

[01:28:17] future

[01:28:17] here

[01:28:17] is

[01:28:18] traveling

[01:28:18] around

[01:28:18] the

[01:28:18] world

[01:28:19] spreading

[01:28:19] kindness.

[01:28:21] So

[01:28:22] keep in

[01:28:23] mind

[01:28:23] that on

[01:28:24] November

[01:28:24] 13th,

[01:28:25] 2021,

[01:28:26] two months

[01:28:26] from now,

[01:28:28] we're going

[01:28:28] to be having

[01:28:29] a worldwide

[01:28:30] webcast,

[01:28:31] 12 hours

[01:28:31] of kindness.

[01:28:34] And you

[01:28:34] can call

[01:28:35] in,

[01:28:35] you can

[01:28:35] sing for

[01:28:36] us,

[01:28:37] you can

[01:28:37] tell jokes,

[01:28:38] you can

[01:28:38] play your

[01:28:38] band,

[01:28:39] whatever

[01:28:39] you like,

[01:28:40] tell us

[01:28:41] kind

[01:28:41] stories,

[01:28:42] acts

[01:28:42] of kindness,

[01:28:43] all kind

[01:28:43] of fun

[01:28:43] stuff.

[01:28:44] So

[01:28:45] stay tuned

[01:28:45] for that.

[01:28:46] I'll be

[01:28:46] sending out

[01:28:47] emails,

[01:28:47] and if

[01:28:48] you're

[01:28:48] not on

[01:28:48] my

[01:28:48] email

[01:28:49] list,

[01:28:49] please

[01:28:49] do

[01:28:49] get

[01:28:50] on

[01:28:50] it,

[01:28:51] drfantastic

[01:28:51] at

[01:28:51] beeffantastictoday.com.

[01:28:53] Have a

[01:28:54] fantastic day

[01:28:54] everyone,

[01:28:55] and get

[01:28:55] cooking!

[01:28:59] La la la,

[01:29:00] I am

[01:29:01] fantastic!

[01:29:05] Overpopulated

[01:29:05] cities around

[01:29:06] the world

[01:29:07] have caused

[01:29:07] people to

[01:29:08] become a

[01:29:08] greedy,

[01:29:09] selfish,

[01:29:10] and litigious

[01:29:10] society.

[01:29:11] Would you

[01:29:12] like to

[01:29:12] be happier,

[01:29:13] live longer,

[01:29:14] never be

[01:29:15] forgotten,

[01:29:16] and help

[01:29:16] make the

[01:29:16] world a

[01:29:17] kinder,

[01:29:17] more civil

[01:29:18] place?

[01:29:18] It's

[01:29:19] actually

[01:29:19] easier

[01:29:20] than you

[01:29:20] think.

[01:29:21] Every day

[01:29:21] you're

[01:29:22] asked,

[01:29:22] how are

[01:29:23] you?

[01:29:23] Instead

[01:29:24] of saying

[01:29:24] good,

[01:29:24] say I

[01:29:25] am

[01:29:25] fantastic.

[01:29:27] It will

[01:29:27] make you

[01:29:28] look better,

[01:29:28] feel great,

[01:29:29] and reduce

[01:29:30] your stress.

[01:29:31] Making

[01:29:32] the world

[01:29:32] a better

[01:29:32] place starts

[01:29:33] with each

[01:29:34] person.

[01:29:44] Be

[01:29:44] fantastic!

[01:29:45] fantastic

[01:29:48] along

[01:29:49] this way,

[01:29:51] and I

[01:29:52] heard

[01:29:53] him say,

[01:29:54] you've

[01:29:54] got to

[01:29:55] say,

[01:29:56] I am

[01:29:56] fantastic,

[01:29:57] la la la,

[01:29:59] I am

[01:30:00] fantastic.

[01:30:03] Well,

[01:30:04] I hope you

[01:30:05] enjoyed those

[01:30:06] two interviews.

[01:30:07] I thought

[01:30:08] they were

[01:30:08] fantastic.

[01:30:09] It's great

[01:30:10] to have

[01:30:10] such a

[01:30:11] wonderful

[01:30:11] help in

[01:30:13] this fantastic

[01:30:15] mission of

[01:30:15] mine to

[01:30:16] make the

[01:30:17] world happier

[01:30:18] and a

[01:30:19] kinder place.

[01:30:21] So,

[01:30:21] whatever you're

[01:30:21] doing,

[01:30:22] keep doing

[01:30:22] it if it's

[01:30:23] making you

[01:30:23] happy,

[01:30:24] and if you're

[01:30:25] doing things

[01:30:25] that are

[01:30:25] making you

[01:30:25] sad,

[01:30:26] stop doing

[01:30:26] that!

[01:30:28] So,

[01:30:28] have a

[01:30:28] happy week.

[01:30:29] I'll see

[01:30:30] you next

[01:30:30] week.

[01:30:37] and,

[01:30:38] of course,

[01:30:38] a kinder

[01:30:39] place.

[01:30:57] can

[01:31:01] just

[01:31:12] listen to

[01:31:13] the doctor.
